前記課題を解決するために本発明は、トルマリン鉱石（電気石）を粉末化したものと、頭皮への付着性を高めるため、水、珪酸塩、ポリサッカライド、グリコール、有機酸、グリセリン、ハッカ油、アルコール、防腐剤を混合した粘性状の材料と混練し、その粉末化したトルマリン鉱石を４０％〜５０％の範囲とすることを特徴とするものである。

粘性状の材料としては、水、珪酸塩、ポリサッカライド、グリコール、有機酸、グリセリン、ハッカ油、アルコール、防腐剤などのいわゆる一般化粧品の基材に使用される素材でも良いが、長時間皮膚面に付着されている粘性をもつものであれば良い。
