[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention has found a composite film that can solve the above problems, and the above object is achieved by the following means.
That is, at least a polyethylene resin, a cohesive failure layer, a polyolefin resin is laminated in this order from at least the seal layer side, and the thickness of the polyethylene resin layer of the seal layer is 20 to 200 μm. It is to propose. Here, at least from the seal layer side, a polyethylene-based resin, a cohesive failure layer, a polyolefin-based resin, an adhesive resin, and a film laminated in the order of nylon, and from at least the seal layer side, a polyethylene-based resin, a cohesive failure layer, a polyolefin-based resin, Resin layer, a film laminated in the order of Eval resin, and at least from the seal layer side polyethylene-based resin layer, cohesion failure layer, polyolefin-based resin layer, adhesive resin layer, nylon, Eval in the order of, or polyethylene-based resin layer, A film in which a cohesive failure layer, a polyolefin resin layer, an adhesive resin layer, EVAL, and nylon are laminated in this order is preferable.
[0006]
Further, the polyethylene resin of the seal layer is an ethylene-α-olefin copolymer (hereinafter referred to as LL) having a density of 0.915 to 0.940, and the cohesive failure strength of the cohesive failure layer is 0.2 N to 8.0 N /. A composite film obtained by dry laminating one or more films selected from a biaxially oriented PET film, a biaxially oriented PP film, and a biaxially oriented polyamide film on the outside of these coextruded composite films, The package includes a package using the composite film as a lid material.
[0007]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a schematic cross-sectional view showing a procedure of peeling off a lid material using a lid material made of a film of the present invention, and is a partial cross-sectional enlarged view of a schematic cross-sectional view of a pack product such as a fragrance of FIG. .
The structure of the film of the present invention is such that the
In the method of using the film of the present invention, contents having a volatile component such as an fragrance are put into a container having polyethylene as a sealing layer, and the film of the present invention is sealed and sealed. On the opposite side of the seal layer with the

[0009]
The material used for the
[0010]
The polyolefin resin layer adjacent to the cohesive failure layer is not particularly limited, but LL, LDPE, PP and the like can be considered. In particular, since the seal layer of the present invention is made of polyethylene resin, it is most preferable that the polyolefin resin layer is also made of polyethylene resin in consideration of the interlayer strength with the cohesion failure layer. The polyolefin resin layer may be an acid-modified adhesive resin. Further, the thickness of the cohesive failure layer is preferably as thin as possible to prevent flapping at the time of peeling and because the cohesive failure layer has a sea-island structure and thus the transparency may be reduced, and as thin as possible, 1 to 15 μm, It is desired that the thickness be 1 to 10 μm, more preferably 1 to 5 μm.
[0011]
Since the film of the present invention is preferably provided with a barrier property for volatile components, it is preferable to co-extrude a barrier layer in addition to the release layer provided with easy peel performance. Examples of the material that can be preferably coextruded with the sealing layer include polyamide resin and saponified ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (EVOH). In particular, EVOH is useful because it has a high gas barrier property and an excellent barrier for aroma components. The type of EVOH is not particularly limited, but those having an ethylene content of 29 to 47 mol% can be suitably used in terms of coextrusion suitability and film strength. Although the kind of the polyamide resin is not particularly limited, MX nylon or 6 nylon having high gas barrier properties can be suitably used. As the lamination order, it is preferable that nylon, EVOH, EVOH / nylon or nylon / EVOH be laminated in order of polyethylene resin / cohesion failure layer / polyolefin resin / adhesive resin from the seal layer side, and in particular, the film strength. Considering the interlayer adhesion strength and the suitability for lamination, it is most preferable that the layers are laminated in the order of polyethylene resin / cohesion failure layer / polyolefin resin / adhesive resin / nylon / EVOH from the seal layer side. However, if the polyolefin resin layer is replaced with an adhesive resin, the same effect can be obtained even if the number is reduced.
[0012]
The cohesive failure strength of the cohesive failure layer may be 0.2 N to 8.0 N / 15 mm width, more preferably 0.5 to 4.9 N / 15 mm width, and still more preferably 0.5 to 2.0 N / 15 mm width. Although it is desired, if the width is less than 0.2 N / 15 mm, there is a possibility of peeling even at the time other than opening, which is not preferable. Conversely, if the width exceeds 8.0 N / 15 mm, there is a problem that the remaining sealant film is pulled and easily deformed at the time of peeling. The term "cohesive failure strength" as used herein refers to the strength when a sample cut into a strip having a width of 15 mm is peeled off from the cohesive failure layer by a tensile tester (pull speed 200 mm / min).
[0013]
In the present invention, in the co-extruded film to which the easy peel is applied, only the seal layer film having a low gas barrier property is left, and the film portion having a high gas barrier property is peeled off. It is preferable to dry-laminate the stretched and heat-set film outside the film. By laminating such a stretched product, the tensile modulus increases, the phenomenon of elongation at the time of peeling can be suppressed, and stable peelability can be easily obtained. If the gas barrier layer cannot be laminated by co-extrusion, gas barrier properties can be imparted by laminating silica-deposited PET or the like. Further, it is preferable that the stretched product is disposed on the surface layer on the side opposite to the seal layer, because the seal during heat sealing is stable and good seal appearance and sealability can be obtained. Furthermore, when a stretched product is used, pitch printing can be performed, and intermediate printing for printing on the laminate surface side can also be performed, which is very suitable in terms of printing appearance. Here, it is most preferable to use biaxially stretched PET in terms of seal stability, printability, and the like.
[0014]
In the package using the film of the present invention, when the barrier layer is peeled off, the bottom material container and the unsealed portion of the lid material film of the present invention are peeled off as a trigger portion. It is necessary to break the polyethylene resin layer. Therefore, it is preferable that the seal groove at the trigger portion is easily broken by increasing the seal pressure, for example, by using a line seal.
The film of the present invention is mainly used on the lid material side, but can be thermoformed and used as a bottom material. As the contents of the package, in addition to the fragrance, an agent utilizing volatility such as an insect repellent or an insecticide can be suitably used.
[0015]
