<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a household tissue paper storage box which keeps a household tissue sheet of paper hygienic and stabilizes easiness in holding and taking out the tissue sheet of paper. <P>SOLUTION: The tissue paper storage box 1 is structured to receive pieces of household tissue paper 2 piled inside. Two wings 3 and 3 are provided on the upper surface 1a of the box, wherein the upper surface is cut open to form an outlet port 11 from which the tissue sheet of paper can be taken out. The two wings are provided so that bases 3a of the cut-open wings interpose the outlet port to form a shared cut G with their base ends connected. 【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、ティシューペーパー等の家庭用薄葉紙を収納する家庭用薄葉紙収納箱に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、家庭用薄葉紙の一つであるティシューペーパーを収納するティシューペーパー収納箱（以下、収納箱という。）には、収納箱の上面にティシューペーパーを取り出すための取出口が設けられている。この取出口には、プラスチック製のフィルムが貼付され、取出口の全体を被覆している。このフィルムの中央部には直線状のスリットが設けられており、中身のティシューペーパーは、このスリットを通して外部へ引き出される。このフィルムとスリットは次のティシューペーパーを所定の位置に保持する役割を果たしている。

しかし、フィルムを貼付するには、手間とコストがかかることに加え、環境上の理由によりフィルムと紙を分別回収する必要があるという問題があった。
そこで、かかる問題を解決するため、収納箱の頂壁（上面）の中央部にティシューペーパー取出孔（取出口）を設ける一方、フィルムを貼付せずにティシューペーパー取出孔の両端部にティシューペーパーの端部を挟み込んで抑止しうるフラップ状の抑止板部を設けた収納箱が提案されている（例えば、特許文献１参照）。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、上記特許文献１記載の収納箱の場合、取出口が常時開口した状態となっているために、例えば、当該収納箱に収納されたティシューペーパーの取出を長期間行わない場合等に、前記取出口を介して外部のチリや埃が収納箱内に侵入して、ティシューペーパーに付着してしまうという問題があった。
また、上記実用新案文献１の場合、ティシューペーパーの両端部をフラップ状の抑止板部で挟むため、ティッシューペーパーとの接触面積が少なく、ティシューペーパーの保持力が安定しないという問題もあった。

本発明の課題は、家庭用薄葉紙を衛生的に保つことができるとともに、家庭用薄葉紙の保持性及び取出性を安定させることができる家庭用薄葉紙収納箱を提供することである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
請求項１に記載の発明は、例えば、図１〜図３に示すように、内部に積層された家庭用薄葉紙（例えば、ティシューペーパー２、…）が収納された家庭用薄葉紙収納箱（例えば、ティシューペーパー収納箱１）であって、
当該家庭用薄葉紙収納箱の上面１ａには、前記上面が切り開かれることにより前記家庭用薄葉紙を取り出すことができる取出口１１を形成する二つの羽部３、３が設けられ、
前記二つの羽部は、切り開かれた前記羽部の付け根部３ａが前記取出口を挟み、且つ、前記付け根部の端部どうしを結んで共有される切れ目Ｇを形成するように設けられ、一方の羽部のうち、少なくとも前記切れ目を挟んで他方の羽部の前記付け根部に対向する付け根対向部３ｃに、丸みがつけられていることを特徴としている。

請求項１に記載の発明によれば、取出口は、上面に当該上面が切り開かれるように設けられた二つの羽部により形成されているので、これら羽部が閉じられることで取出口が塞がれた状態とすることができ、例えば家庭用薄葉紙の取り出しが行われない場合等において、取出口を介して外部からチリや埃が当該家庭用薄葉紙収納箱内に侵入して、家庭用薄葉紙に付着してしまうということを適正に抑制できる。従って、当該家庭用薄葉紙収納箱の内部に収納された家庭用薄葉紙を衛生的に保つことができる。
また、二つの羽部は、一方の羽部のうち、少なくとも当該二つの羽部により共有される当該羽部の付け根部の端部どうしを結んだ切れ目を挟んで他方の羽部の付け根部に対向する付け根対向部に、丸みがつけられている。これにより、取り出された家庭用薄葉紙を二つの羽部、主に、二つの付け根対向部により挟んで、適度の保持力を持って保持した状態とすることができるとともに、家庭用薄葉紙が羽部のうち、少なくとも前記付け根対向部にひっかかることが抑制され、当該家庭用薄葉紙をスムーズに取り出すことができる。このように、家庭用薄葉紙の保持性及び取出性を安定させることができる。

請求項２に記載の発明は、例えば、図１〜図３に示すように、請求項１に記載の家庭用薄葉紙収納箱において、

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、図を参照して本発明に係る家庭用薄葉紙収納箱の実施の形態をティシューペーパー収納箱により説明する。
図１は、使用状態のティシューペーパー収納箱を示す斜視図であり、図２は、未使用状態のティシューペーパー収納箱を示す斜視図であり、図３は、図２のティシューペーパー収納箱の平面図である。

図１に示すティシューペーパー収納箱（以下、「収納箱」という。）１は、例えば、長辺の長さが１６０〜２５０ｍｍ、短辺の長さが１００〜１２０ｍｍ、高さが５０〜１２０ｍｍの略直方体状に形成された収納箱であり、この収納箱１内にティシューペーパー２、…が積層されて収納されている。
なお、図１においては、ティシューペーパー２が取出口１１を介して引き出された状態を図示している。

収納箱１の上面１ａには、その上面にティシューペーパー２…を取り出すための取出口１１が設けられている。
取出口１１は、例えば図３に示すように、最初の使用時等に、上面１ａに設けられたミシン目に沿って二つの羽部３、３が切り開かれることで露出するようになっている。

各羽部３は、切り開かれた際に付け根となる略直線状の折目用線３１が設けられた付け根部３ａと、この付け根部３ａに連続するようにミシン目によって囲まれた羽本体部３ｂとから形成されている。
二つの羽部３、３は、互いに略反対向きに切り開かれるように、各付け根部３ａによって、取出口１１の略平行な二つの長辺縁部１１ａ、１１ａの各々が構成されている。また、二つの羽部３、３は、二つの付け根部３ａ、３ａの一端部どうしを結んで形成されたミシン目（切れ目）Ｇを共有するように開かれる。即ち、二つの羽部３、３は、付け根部３ａ、３ａの端部どうしを結んで共有される切れ目Ｇを形成するように設けられている。この切れ目Ｇは、例えば、曲線状に形成されており、これにより、二つの羽部３、３は、一方の羽部３の羽本体部３ｂのうち、少なくとも切れ目Ｇを挟んで他方の羽部３の羽本体部３ｂの付け根部３ａに対向する付け根対向部３ｃに、丸みがつけられている。
また、一方の羽部３の外縁部は、付け根対向部３ｃの切れ目Ｇ側と異なる一端部に連続して、他方の羽部３の付け根部３ａと略等しい方向に延在する直線状部３ｄと、直線状部３ｄの前記付け根対向部３ｃ側と異なる他端部から付け根部３ａの他端部まで略円弧状に結ぶように形成された円弧状部３ｅとを備えて構成されている。
従って、切り開かれた一方の羽部３の付け根部３ａ及び上面１１ａのうちの他方の羽部３の直線状部３ｄに沿う部分によって、取出口１１の長辺縁部１１ａが構成され、円弧状部３ｅに沿う部分によって、取出口１１の短辺縁部１１ｂが構成されている。

このように構成された取出口１１は、その長辺縁部１１ａが収納箱１の長手方向と略平行となるように形成されている。
なお、各羽部３は、付け根部３ａの折目用線３１を折り目として折り曲げ自在に構成されている。
折目用線３１は、羽部３の付け根部３ａに沿って押圧部材（図示省略）を型押しして形成した線状のくぼみであり、例えば、０．３ｍｍ程度窪んでいる。
この折目用線３１を設けることにより、羽部３の開閉を容易にするとともに、羽部３を切り開いて起立させた場合に、羽部３の自重による傾倒モーメントと付け根部３ａの剛性による復元モーメントのバランスを取り易く、羽部３が起立した状態を保ち易くなって、二つの羽部３、３によるティシューペーパー２の保持性を向上させることができる。
また、付け根対向部３ｃの形状は、丸みがつけられていれば如何なる形状であっても良く、例えば、一方の羽部３の付け根対向部３ｃが他方の羽部３の羽本体部３ｂに十分にえぐり込むようにして丸みがつけられたような形状であっても良い。

また、羽部３には、例えば切れ目Ｇの略中央を中心として点対称となる位置に、ループ状の破断用切目線が設けられ、この破断用切目線の内部に指を当てて力を加えると、破断用切目線の内部が収納箱１の内側に折れ曲がり、指を挿入可能な指穴４が形成されるようになっている。
ここで、指穴４を構成する破断用切目線は、指穴４の形成後に羽部３から切り取られるような構成であっても良いし、羽部３から切り取られないような構成であっても良いが、収納箱１からのティシューペーパー２の取り出しを長期間行わないような状況下にて、羽部３による取出口１１の被覆を目的とする場合には、指穴４は羽部３から切り取られないような構成であることが望ましい。

ティシューペーパー２、…は、例えば、２枚が１組とされ、１組１組が継続して箱から取り出せるように交互に折り重ねられており、ティシューペーパー１組を外へ引き出したときに、次のティシューペーパー１組がその上端が取出口１１よりも突出する位置まで収納箱１の内部から引き出される折り方となっている。

ティシューペーパー２の大きさは、ティシューペーパー２の折り畳み軸方向の長さが１４５〜２４５ｍｍ、軸方向に対し垂直方向の長さが１８０〜２３０ｍｍの範囲とされている。

次に、取出口１１の大きさは以下のように規定されている。
収納箱１の長手方向の長さが１６０〜２５０ｍｍである場合、当該収納箱１の長手方向の長さに対する取出口１１の長手方向の長さ（以下、単に「長さ」という。）の割合が６０％以上である。下限を６０％と規定したのは、６０％を下回ると、ティシューペーパー２の折り畳み軸方向の端部と取出口１１の短辺縁部１１ｂとの接触抵抗が高くなり過ぎてティシューペーパー２の取出性が著しく悪くなるからである。なお、ティシューペーパー２の取出性の観点からは、取出口１１の長さの収納箱１の長手方向の長さに対する割合は１００％により近いことが好ましいが、デザイン的な観点からは８７％程度が望ましい。
また、収納箱１の長手方向並びに取出口１１の長さが上記のような場合、取出口１１の長手方向に直交する方向の長さ（以下、「幅」という。）は２０〜９２ｍｍの範囲とされている。下限を２０ｍｍと規定したのは、２０ｍｍを下回ると、開封直後の収納箱１からのティシューペーパー２の取り出しの際に、指が入りにくくなりティシューペーパー２の取出性が悪くなるからである。一方、上限を９２ｍｍと規定したのは、９２ｍｍを上回ると、取出口１１を介し継続して取り出されるティシューペーパー２の羽部３による保持が適正に行われなくなるからである。即ち、ティシューペーパー２の羽部３による保持が適正に行われるためには、少なくとも２０ｍｍの掴みしろが必要となっている。例えば、折り畳み軸方向に対し垂直方向の長さが２００ｍｍであるティシューペーパー２を用いる場合、収納箱１の略中央に設けられた取出口１１からティシューペーパー２を取り出すこととすると、シート出幅は２００÷２−２０＝８０（ｍｍ）が最大となる。そして、二つの羽部３、３によりティシューペーパー２が保持された状態においては、羽部３の付け根部３ａに略直線状の折目用線３１が設けられているため、二つの羽部３、３の取出口１１の幅方向に略平行な方向の長さと取出口１１の幅とが略等しくなった略正三角形を形成する。この正三角形の高さが８０ｍｍと考えられることから、取出口１１の幅は、８０×２÷√３≒９２（ｍｍ）が最大となる。

【実施例】
以下、本発明の実施例及び比較例について説明する。

（取り出し抵抗の測定方法）
電子天秤上に４２７ｇの鉄板を置き、この鉄板にティシューペーパーを収納したティシューペーパー収納箱を接着した。そして、上面よりティシューペーパーを１枚づつ取り出した。このとき、ティシューペーパー収納箱の上面における取り出し抵抗（ｇｆ）を電子天秤の値により測定した。測定した結果を表１に示す。
なお、この測定方法において、取り出し抵抗が１００ｇｆ以下であれば、片手で無理なくティシューペーパーを取り出すことができるレベルである。

（取出口のサイズの影響）
表１に示すように、取出口の長さＬが１００ｍｍである場合（比較例１）、５枚目の時点でも取り出し抵抗が１００ｇｆを越える。また、取出口の長さＬが１３０ｍｍである場合（比較例２）、２枚目以降、取り出し抵抗が１００ｇｆを下回っているが、１枚目の時点では取り出し抵抗が１００ｇｆを越える。
これに対し、取出口の長さＬが１５０ｍｍ以上、即ち、収納箱１の長手方向の長さに対する取出口の長さＬの割合αが６０％以上である場合（実施例１、２）、１枚目から取り出し抵抗が１００ｇｆを下回り、ティシューペーパーをスムーズに取り出すことができる。

以上説明した本発明にかかるティシューペーパー収納箱１によれば、二つの羽部３、３が閉じられることで取出口１１が塞がれた状態とすることができるので、例えばティシューペーパー２の取り出しが長期間行われない場合等において、取出口１１を介して外部からチリや埃が収納箱１内に侵入して、ティシューペーパー２、特に最上面のティシューペーパー２に付着してしまうということを適正に抑制できる。従って、収納箱１の内部に収納されたティシューペーパーを衛生的に保つことができる。
また、収納箱１から取り出されたティシューペーパー２を二つの羽部３、３、主に、二つの付け根対向部３ｃ、３ｃにより挟んで、適度の保持力を持って保持した状態とすることができるとともに、ティシューペーパー２が羽部３のうち、少なくとも付け根対向部３ｃにひっかかることが抑制され、ティシューペーパー２をスムーズに取り出すことができる。このように、ティシューペーパー２の保持性及び取出性を安定させることができる。

また、家庭用薄葉紙は、２枚１組に限らず、３枚１組、４枚１組としても良い。

請求項１に記載の発明によれば、二つの羽部が閉じられることで取出口が塞がれた状態とすることができ、取出口を介して外部からチリや埃が家庭用薄葉紙収納箱内に侵入して、家庭用薄葉紙に付着してしまうということを適正に抑制できる。従って、当該家庭用薄葉紙収納箱の内部に収納された家庭用薄葉紙を衛生的に保つことができる。
また、取り出された家庭用薄葉紙を二つの羽部、主に、二つの付け根対向部により挟んで、適度の保持力を持って保持した状態とすることができるとともに、家庭用薄葉紙が羽部のうち、少なくとも前記付け根対向部にひっかかることが抑制され、当該家庭用薄葉紙をスムーズに取り出すことができる。このように、家庭用薄葉紙の保持性及び取出性を安定させることができる。
