Abstract
Description
【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a structure of a vehicle-mounted air conditioner mounted on a cabin ceiling of a vehicle such as a construction machine, an industrial machine, an agricultural machine, and the like, and more particularly, to an improvement in an air volume from each outlet and an outlet temperature.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As the vehicle-mounted air conditioner of this type, the present applicant has previously filed an application for a vehicle-mounted air conditioner described in Patent Document 1. In this conventional apparatus, a defroster heat outlet for blowing out warm air at the time of defrosting for clearing the fogging of the front glass of the vehicle or at the time of heating is arranged at a central portion on the front of the vehicle compartment immediately after the heat exchanger for heating.
[0003]
[Patent Document 1]
Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 9-249020
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the above-described conventional apparatus, since the defroster / heat outlet that blows out warm air is located near the center of the front of the vehicle compartment, there is a problem that it is difficult to clear the fogging at both ends of the front glass when the vehicle front glass is frosted. Further, since the meter panel is located immediately below the defroster / heat outlet (see FIG. 1B), there is a problem that the warm air does not easily reach the feet.
[0005]
For this reason, if the defroster heat outlet is configured to be distributed to the left and right sides of the air conditioning unit, the cold air bypass passage and the defroster heat outlet are close to each other in the above-described conventional device, and both the defroster heat outlet and the face outlet are connected. When it is open, most of the conditioned air flows out of the defroster heat outlet, which causes a problem that the amount of air from the face outlet is reduced.
[0006]
Further, in the bi-level mode in which the cold air bypass passage is opened to generate head cold foot heat, the outlet temperature of the face outlet that blows toward the occupant's head is higher than the outlet temperature of the defroster heat outlet that blows toward the feet. There is also the problem of becoming
[0007]
The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned problems of the related art, and has as its object to solve the problem that the defroster heat outlet that blows out hot air is located closer to the center of the front of the passenger compartment. In addition, during cooling, the face air outlet has a larger air volume than the defroster / heat outlet, and in the bi-level mode, the face air outlet has a lower outlet temperature than the defroster / heat outlet. Is to provide.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention employs the technical means described in claims 1 to 3 to achieve the above object. That is, the invention according to claim 1 is characterized in that the defroster / heat outlet (29) is disposed adjacent to the cool air bypass passage (24) and immediately forward of the cold air bypass passage (24) in the passenger compartment. I do.
[0009]
As a result, the position of the defroster heat outlet (29) in the vehicle left-right direction is at least about left and right apart by the width of the heating heat exchanger (18), so that the defrost range is widened and both ends of the front glass are disposed. The problem that cloudiness is hard to clear is solved. In addition, since the warm air directly reaches both feet without hitting the meter panel and the feeling of heating is improved, the problem that the conventional hot air hits the meter panel and hardly reaches the feet is solved.
[0010]
According to the second aspect of the present invention, a cover (30) is provided on the upstream side of the defroster / heat outlet (29) for the mainstream of the conditioned air to cover substantially the upper half of the defroster / heat outlet (29). Is characterized in that the main flow of flows around the cover portion (30) and then flows into the defroster heat outlet (29).
[0011]
Thus, even when the cool air bypass passage (24) and the defroster / heat outlet (29) are in the positional relationship described in claim 1, the amount of air flowing into the defroster / heat outlet (29) during air conditioning is suppressed. As a result, the face air outlet (28) can have a larger air volume than the defroster / heat air outlet (29), and can improve the coolness especially during cooling.
[0012]
According to the third aspect of the invention, the conditioned air from the cool air bypass passage (24) is directed to the face outlet (28) between the cool air bypass passage (24) and the defroster heat outlet (29). An air guide means (31) for guiding is provided.
[0013]
Thus, even in the positional relationship between the cool air bypass passage (24) and the defroster heat outlet (29), the cool air from the cool air bypass passage (24) is face-blown in the bilevel mode. Since the air is guided to the outlet (28), the temperature of the face air outlet (28) can be lower than that of the defroster heat air outlet (29). it can. In addition, the code | symbol in the parenthesis of each said means is an example which shows the correspondence with the concrete means described in embodiment mentioned later.
[0014]
