Abstract
【解決手段】 多数の熱交換通路を有する熱交換ブロック(1)を備えたプレート式熱交換器において、熱交換ブロック(1)の縁部に沿って延在するヘッダ(6,7)が熱交換通路間の連通部を形成する。ヘッダ(6,7)は配管の流路接続部(12.13)を備えており、これらの流路接続部はヘッダが延在している熱交換ブロック縁部に対して直交する向きに配置されている。ヘッダ(6,7)内には、熱交換ブロック(1)に対する供給流体又は排出流体の流れを流路接続部経由のルートに導く案内板(23,24)が設けられている。

Claims (4)
- 多数の熱交換通路を有する熱交換ブロックを備え、該熱交換ブロックにはヘッダが取り付けられ、該ヘッダは熱交換ブロックの縁部の少なくとも一部に亘って延在して一部の熱交換通路間の連通部を形成すると共に流路接続部を備え、該流路接続部は前記ヘッダが延在している熱交換ブロック縁部に対して実質的に直交する向きに配置されているプレート式熱交換器において、熱交換ブロックに対する供給流体又は排出流体の流れを前記流路接続部(12,13)を経由するルートに導く手段(23,24)が前記ヘッダ(6,7)内に設けられていることを特徴とするプレート式熱交換器。
- ヘッダ(6,7)が半円形の断面形状を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のプレート式熱交換器。
- 複数の熱交換ブロック(1a,1b)とヘッダ(6a,6b;7a,7b)とを備え、該ヘッダ内において複数の熱交換ブロック(1a,1b)の熱交換通路間の連通部が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のプレート式熱交換器。
- 複数の熱交換ブロック(1a,1b)が互いに間隙をあけて連設され、各熱交換ブロック(1a,ab)間の間隙が帯状の連結部材(16,27)によって塞がれて熱交換ブロック(1a,1b)に接する側のヘッダ(6a,6b;7a,7b)の側面が熱交換ブロック(1a,1b)の表面(5a,5b;6a,6b)及び/又は前記連結部材(16,27)によって完全に覆われていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のプレート式熱交換器。
