Abstract
Description
【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a method for producing and storing gas hydrate.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, natural gas is supplied to the city, but gas holders are used to absorb fluctuations in demand.
[0003]
Generally, the gas consumption increases during the meal time, so that the gas supply amount from the gas holder is increased according to the gas demand so that the gas supply is not insufficient during the time. When the demand for gas decreases, pressure is stored again in the gas holder.
[0004]
However, the presence of a huge gas holder in the city not only impairs the scenery, but also has the danger of gas leakage during a disaster such as an earthquake. In addition, the large site requires huge capital investment.
[0005]
Therefore, if the spread of natural gas is further promoted in the future, it is expected that even the construction of these facilities will be difficult.
[0006]
By the way, in recent years, technology development related to natural gas hydrate which is a hydrate of natural gas and water has attracted attention because the same gas amount can be stored in a container which is extremely small as compared with a gas holder (gas tank) (for example, , Non-Patent Document 1.).
[0007]
[Non-patent document 1]
Hiroshi Kaneko, "Natural Gas Hydrate Ship-New Natural Gas Transport Technology-""EnergyReview", November 1999, pages 22-25.
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
A comparison of the volume ratio of the storage tank when slurry of natural gas hydrate is stored in place of the conventional gas holder is as follows.
[0009]
For example, the gas holder capacity facilities 500 meters 3, storage of natural gas by the accumulator in the pressure change from 10ata (0.98MPa) to 3ata (0.29MPa) is 2524Kg.
[0010]
On the other hand, based on the same storage gas amount by natural gas hydrate (NGH), its storage (NGH slurry) is only 52 m 3 . That is, it is about 1/10 of the conventional gas holder storage type storage system. This is due to the fact that the gas is reduced in volume by forming so-called hydrates in which natural gas molecules are incorporated into water molecules.
[0011]
However, producing natural gas hydrates for conventional gas storage requires significant energy. For example, the energy required to produce a 1 ton / hr natural gas hydrate slurry is 530 kW. In this case, the main energy consuming equipment is the refrigerator.
[0012]
Natural gas stored as an NGH slurry is supplied after being thermally decomposed when the demand for gas is increased. However, since the decomposition is an endothermic reaction, a means of recovering this heat should be provided. If it shifts, the above energy consumption can be reduced.
[0013]
The present invention has been made based on such knowledge, and an object of the present invention is to provide a gas hydrate production method capable of reducing energy consumption when natural gas is stored as an NGH slurry. It is to provide a storage method.
[0014]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve this problem, the gas hydrate production and storage method of the present invention generates a gas hydrate slurry from gas and water, stores the gas hydrate slurry in a storage tank, and removes the gas hydrate slurry in the storage tank. Re-gasification using the waste heat of the condenser in the ice making refrigerator, surplus water including water generated at that time is made by the ice making refrigerator, and the ice is used as cold heat at the time of producing gas hydrate slurry. It is characterized in that it is used.
[0015]
According to the present invention, ice produced by an ice-making refrigerator is converted into an ice slurry and returned to a gas hydrate production tank. Further, the present invention uses a heat pump as the ice making refrigerator.
[0016]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
[0017]
FIG. 1 is a schematic configuration diagram for carrying out a method for producing and storing gas hydrate according to the present invention.

【Example】
(Example)
Now, the operating conditions of this method are set as follows.
[0030]
(1) Supply gas amount: 1 t / h
(2) NGH generation amount: 8 t / h
(3) Water volume: 7 t / h
(4) Ice machine heat removal (gasification tank heat absorption): 418 USRT
(5) Ice machine refrigerator, evaporation temperature: -5 ° C
・ Condensation temperature: 20 ° C
・ COP : 6
・ Freezing effect: 340 USRT
・ Power: 199kW
・ Amount of ice making: 10,830 kg / h
Therefore,
NGH generation power by this method: 96.8 kW
Ice making machine power by this method: 199kW
Other common auxiliary power: 105.3 kW
And the total power is 401.1 kW.
[0031]
On the other hand, as described above, in the conventional natural gas hydrate generation method, the energy required to generate the 1 t / h NGH slurry is 530 kW.
[0032]
Therefore, the power reduction of this method
530 (kW) -401.1 (kW) = 128.9 kW
Thus, energy saving of about 24% can be realized.
[0033]
That is,
{(530-401.1) / 530} × 100 ≒ 24%
Thus, energy saving of about 24% can be realized.
[0034]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, the present invention generates a gas hydrate slurry from gas and water, stores the gas hydrate slurry in a storage tank, and disposes of the gas hydrate slurry in the storage tank in a condenser for an ice making refrigerator. Regasification is performed using heat, and surplus water including water generated at that time is ice-made by the ice-making refrigerator, and the ice is used as cold heat when producing a gas hydrate slurry.
[0035]
Therefore, when natural gas is converted into an NGH slurry and stored in a storage tank, while the temperature of the NGH slurry stored in the storage tank is raised to regasify the natural gas, the energy consumption can be significantly reduced.
