TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a control device for a vehicle with an idle stop function, in which a power supply system of a starter includes an electronic device that performs a reset operation when an applied voltage falls below a predetermined value (hereinafter, referred to as a voltage drop reset device).
[0002]
[Prior art]
In automotive, in order to suppress the emission of suppressing the operation of CO 2 waste engine, the vehicle began to appear more equipped with idle stop function. Idle stop is when the running vehicle stops, when the stop condition satisfies a predetermined stop condition, when the engine stops operating, and then when a predetermined start condition such as start operation of the vehicle is satisfied. , The function to restart the engine. Specifically, for example, when the running vehicle is stopped by a brake operation, the conditions under which the stopped state can be continued, for example, the vehicle speed is zero, the shift lever is in the N (neutral) position (position for disconnecting the power system), and the foot If the stop state is maintained by depressing the brake or operating the side brake, it is determined that the stop condition is satisfied, the engine is stopped, and then the shift lever is shifted to a D (drive) position for traveling. When an operation leading to the start such as releasing the foot brake is performed, it is determined that the start condition (start condition) is satisfied, and the engine is restarted by the starter for starting.
[0003]
Like other automobiles, an idle stop car is equipped with many on-vehicle electronic devices such as navigation and audio devices such as a navigation device, a CD device, and an MD device. A circuit that receives power from a battery is used for a power supply system of such an electronic device. This circuit supplies power from the battery to the electronic device when the key is on so that the electronic device can be used independently even when the engine is stopped.
[0004]
In addition, a circuit that is connected to the starter is formed so that power from the battery is also supplied to the starter used when the engine is started.
[0005]
By the way, since many navigation / audio-related devices are electronic devices provided with an electronic circuit such as an MPU (Micro Processor Unit), if the applied voltage becomes lower than a predetermined value, the operation may be reset or cut off. Yes (corresponds to a brownout reset device).
[0006]
Therefore, when the vehicle-mounted electronic device is operating, the idle stop function is activated, and when the engine is restarted, the current consumed by the starter operation is large, and the voltage drop caused by the starter operation causes the vehicle-mounted electronic device to operate. , The operation of the electronic device may be reset or cut off. After the reset, even if the drive voltage recovers thereafter, a lot of time is required to start up the in-vehicle electronic device again, which causes discomfort to the occupant. In addition, since information stored in the in-vehicle electronic device is deleted, there is a problem that a re-operation is required.
[0007]
Therefore, in addition to the battery serving as the main power supply, a rechargeable sub-battery serving as a sub-power supply is provided, and after the key is turned on, power is supplied from the sub-battery to the on-vehicle electronic device so as to withstand a voltage drop when the engine is restarted. A power supply technology has been proposed (for example, see Patent Document 1).
[0008]
[Patent Document 1]
JP-A-11-11235
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, the idle stop function stops the operation of the engine as long as the predetermined stop condition is satisfied, and then stops the engine as long as the predetermined start condition is satisfied, regardless of the state of charge of the sub-battery. Is restarted.
[0010]
However, if the sub-battery is subjected to a long-time spontaneous discharge or if the engine is frequently restarted, a driving voltage that can withstand a voltage drop due to a starter operation at the time of the restart cannot be secured. For example, in a navigation device (including a main body and a display), a driving voltage of several volts or more is required, but a large amount of electric power of the sub-sub-battery is generated due to a long-time spontaneous discharge or frequent engine restart. When consumed, the sub-battery alone cannot secure an amount of electricity enough to maintain the terminal voltage, and the terminal voltage is secured by power supply from a battery (main power supply). When the engine is restarted in such a state in which the amount of electricity of the sub-battery is low, the power supply from the battery to the vehicle-mounted electronic device decreases due to a power drop due to the starter operation. A voltage drop in the on-vehicle electronic device cannot be avoided, which may cause a situation in which the on-vehicle electronic device is reset, and measures for the voltage drop have not been sufficient.
[0011]
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a control device for a vehicle with an idle stop function that can reliably prevent resetting or disconnection of an electronic device due to a voltage drop due to engine restart.
[0012]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the invention according to
[0013]
With this configuration, a system is established in which the power sufficiently stored in the auxiliary power supply is supplied to the electronic device with a voltage equal to or higher than the reset voltage or the disconnection voltage when the engine is restarted in any operating condition. As a result, the resetting or cutting operation of the electronic device caused by the voltage drop accompanying the starter operation is reliably avoided.
[0014]
According to a second aspect of the present invention, in addition to the above object, the idle stop prohibiting means includes a simple control for prohibiting the idle stop function until the sub power supply reaches a predetermined state of charge. A configuration is adopted in which the operation of the idle stop control means is inhibited until it is determined that the battery has reached the predetermined state of charge when the time has reached the predetermined time.
[0015]
According to a third aspect of the present invention, the idle stop prohibiting means similarly prohibits the operation of the idle stop control means until the predetermined state of charge is determined based on the charged amount of the sub power supply being equal to or more than a predetermined value. It was adopted.
[0016]
According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, in addition to the above object, a fourth power supply circuit capable of supplying power from the main power supply to the sub power supply at the time of key-on is provided so as to prevent a shortage of charge in the sub power supply. Adopted to charge from the main power supply to the sub power supply.

【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the first aspect of the invention, the power can always be sufficiently stored in the sub power supply regardless of the operating conditions.
[0039]
Therefore, when the engine is restarted, the power sufficiently stored in the sub power supply can always be supplied to the electronic device, and the reset or disconnection of the electronic device due to the voltage drop due to the engine restart can be performed. Occurrence can be reliably prevented.
[0040]
According to the second and third aspects of the present invention, in addition to the above-described effects, there is an effect that the idle stop function can be prohibited with a simple control until the sub power supply reaches a predetermined state of charge.
[0041]
According to the fourth aspect of the present invention, in addition to the above effects, there is an effect that it is possible to prevent a shortage of the charge amount of the sub power supply at the time of key-on.
[0042]
According to the fifth aspect of the invention, in addition to the above-described effects, it is possible to prevent the sub-power supply from being insufficiently charged at the time of key-off. Also, by synergistic with the prevention of insufficient charging at key-on, once sufficient power is stored in the sub power supply by the first manual engine start, no matter what situation the idle stop function is repeatedly executed in the future This has the effect of avoiding the occurrence of a voltage drop when the engine is restarted.
