本発明は、水中の削孔対象物を連続的に削孔する水中連続コア削孔工法に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来より、水中において、例えば護岸を目的とした鉄筋コンクリート造の底盤等の削孔対象物を分割して撤去する際には、削孔対象物に対してコアボーリングを連続的に実施する方法が用いられている。
水中での連続コア削孔方法は、図5に示すように、削孔対象物17に固定された1台の削孔機18に対して一人の削孔作業員が水中の作業場所に張り付き、削孔位置の測量、削孔機18を固定するための削孔位置のアンカー打設、削孔機18のセット等を行った後、削孔作業を実施している。
このため、削孔作業員は、稼働している削孔機18の近傍で作業を行う必要があるため、危険を伴う潜水作業が長時間にわたることとなり、作業環境の改善と合わせて、施工効率の向上が求められていた。
このような中、特許文献1に示すように、削孔作業者の水中における直接作業を大幅に減じることを目的に、削孔作業を半自動化する電動式の水中削孔装置が開発されている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかし、上述する電動式水中策孔装置は、電気を用いるため漏電事故等の発生が懸念される場合が多く、削孔作業者の安全確保には課題が残る。また、連続して複数の削孔作業を行いたい場合にも、1カ所の削孔終了毎に、装置全体を次の削孔位置に移動させて再度位置決めをする作業を繰り返す必要があり、作業が繁雑である。

上記事情に鑑み、本発明は、安全で、効率よく水中削孔の連続作業を行うことのできる水中連続コア削孔工法を提供することを目的としている。

【課題を解決するための手段】
請求項1記載の水中連続コア削孔工法は、削孔対象物の上面に固定されるレールユニット、及び該レールユニット上でその長さ方向に移動自在に設置される複数の削孔機を備える水中削孔装置を用いて、水中に位置する削孔対象物に、連続して削孔する水中連続コア削孔方法であって、前記削孔対象物の上面で、連続して削孔したい線上に沿って前記レールユニットを配置し、固定手段を介して削孔対象物に固定する第1の工程と、該レールユニットの上部で所定位置に、複数の削孔機を所定の離間距離をもって設置する第2の工程と、複数の該削孔機を稼働させて、削孔したい線上の所定位置に削孔する第3の工程と、複数の該削孔機を、前記レールユニットの長さ方向に所定の距離だけ水平移動させる第4の工程よりなり、第3の工程及び第4の工程を繰り返すことを特徴としている。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明の水中連続コア削孔工法は、削孔対象物の上面に固定されるレールユニット、及び該レールユニット上でその長さ方向に移動自在に固定される複数の削孔機を備える水中削孔装置を用いることにより、前記レールユニットに備えられた複数の削孔機を用いて、一度に複数の削孔作業を実施することができるとともに、複数の該削孔機をレール上でその長さ方向に水平移動させることにより、移動後の位置決め作業も簡略化でき、容易に連続しての複数の削孔作業を実施することができるものである。

水中の削孔対象物1に連続して削孔する水中連続コア削孔工法を説明するにあたり、まず本工法で用いる水中削孔装置2について、詳述する。
なお、本実施の形態において、水中連続コア削孔工法を適用する削孔対象物1は、河川や海岸の護岸用底盤や水中に構築された構造物、もしくは岩盤など水中で削孔したい硬物であれば、何れを対象としてもよい。

図1に示すように、水中連続コア削孔工法に用いる水中削孔装置2は、レールユニット12と、削孔機3と、集中制御盤9と、油圧パワーパック10とを備えている。
前記削孔機3は、図2に示すように、削孔対象物1を削孔する削孔具7と、該削孔具7を回転させる回転モーター5、削孔具7を削孔対象物1に向けて送り出す送りモーター6、該送りモーター6及び回転モーター5を支持する柱口4、及び該柱口4を支持するスライド基盤8を備えている。これら削孔機3は、削孔具7を回転モーター5により回転しながら、送りモーター6により削孔対象物1に対して送り出すことにより、削孔対象物1の所望位置を削孔するものである。

上述する前記削孔機3は、前記削孔対象物1の上面に固定されるレールユニット12の上部に設置されている。該レールユニット12は、所定の離間距離をもって平行に配される対をなすレール本体13と、対をなす該レール本体の両端部近傍各々を連結するように配される対をなす連結部材14と、対をなす該連結部材14各々に締結手段14aを介して締結されるとともに、前記削孔対象物1に固定される固定治具15と、対をなす前記レール本体13より下方に突出するように設けられる高さ調整ボルト13aとを備えている。

前記レール本体13は、高さと比較して十分長い部材長を有するとともに、一方の面側の上端部近傍に突部13bが設けられた垂直面を備えた鋼材より構成されている。対をなすレール本体13は、突部13bが設けられた一方の面側を外方に向けた上で、垂直面が平行に向かい合うように配置されており、その間で両端部近傍には、対をなす連結部材14が両者を連結するように固定手段を介して固定されている。該連結部材14には、対をなす前記レール本体13の垂直面と直交するように配された鋼材よりなる垂直板が用いられている。

これら対をなすレール本体13の離間距離は、前記削孔機3に備えられたスライド基盤8の下面に設けられた凹部8aに、前記レール本体13の上端部近傍に設けられた突部13bが嵌合する幅に形成されている。
このような構成により、前記削孔機3は、スライド基盤8の下面に設けられた凹部8aに対をなすレール本体13の上部近傍に配された突部13bが嵌合されて、レールユニット12の上面に設置されるとともに、突部13bの長さ方向、つまり、レールユニット12の長さ方向に前記スライド基盤8が水平移動することにより、削孔機3がレールユニット12の上面をその長さ方向に水平移動するものである。

また、図3(a)に示すように、対をなす該レール本体13には、各々の両端部近傍に高さ調整ボルト13aが取り付けられている。該高さ調整ボルト13aは、鉛直上に配されており、一方の端部が、削孔対象物1に当接されるとともに、他方の端部がレール本体13の側面下部近傍に設けられたネジ孔13eに嵌合されている。これは、高さ調整ボルト13aを回転することにより、レール本体13の削孔対象物1に対する上下方向の移動を自在にするものである。

さらに、対をなすレール本体13に固定されている対をなす前記連結部材14には、対をなすレール本体13を削孔対象物1の上面に固定するための固定治具15が備えられている。該固定治具15は、前記連結部材14と面どうしで接する垂直面を備える回転部材15a、及び該回転部材15aの下端部に設けられた固定脚部15bを備えている。該回転部材15aは、垂直面を連結部材14に対して面どうしで接するように配置された上で、締結手段14aを介して締結されるもので、締結手段14aを緩めることにより回転部材15aと連結部材14の両者は、鉛直方向の回転が自在となるものである。
また、前記固定脚部15bは、前記削孔対象物1の所定位置にあらかじめ設けられたアンカー15cを介して削孔対象物1の上面に固着されるものである。このような構成により、前記レールユニット12は、アンカー15cを介して削孔対象物1に固定されることとなる。

なお、削孔対象物1の上面が水平面でない場合において、対をなすレール本体13各々は、両端部近傍に設けられた高さ調整ボルト13aを用いて削孔対象物1からの高さを上下方向に調整することにより、水平を確保することが可能である。また、対をなすレール本体13同士のレベル調整は、前記連結部材14と固定治具15を構成する回転部材15aとを締結する締結手段14aを緩めて、対をなすレール本体13両者のレベルが同一となるように連結部材14を鉛直方向に回転することにより、レベルを合わせることができるものである。

ところで、図2に示すように、上述するレールユニット12の上面には、定規部材16が取り付けられている。該定規部材16は、断面角形状の棒鋼材により構成されており、対をなすレール本体13に直交して両者に架け渡されるように配され、レールユニット12に対して図示しない締結手段を介して締結されている。
また、該定規部材16には、レールユニット12の長さ方向に伸びるアーム部材16aが設けられている。該アーム部材16aも棒鋼材等によりなり、前記定規部材16に対して収納が自在な構成を有している。本実施の形態では、定規部材16との取り合い部に図示しないピン支承が設けられて、鉛直方向に回転して鉛直に立設することにより、収納される構成となっている。
このようなアーム部材16aを備えた定規部材16は、レールユニット12の上面で進行方向先頭に位置する削孔機3の、進行方向側の所定位置に設置されており、定規部材16の側面、及びレールユニット12の長さ方向に突出させたアーム部材16aの突端面を交互に削孔機3の側面に当接させるように、定規部材16と併せて削孔機3を進行方向に移動させることにより、削孔機3をレールユニット12の長さ方向に所定量だけ移動させる際の位置決め手段として機能するものである。
なお、本実施の形態では、該定規部材16を、進行方向先頭に位置する削孔機3の進行方向側の所定位置に設置したが、必ずしもこれに限るものではなく、定規部材16の側面、及びレールユニット12の長さ方向に突出させたアーム部材16aの突端面を交互に削孔機3の側面に当接させるように、定規部材16と併せて削孔機3を進行方向に移動させることが可能な位置であれば、レールユニット12の上面において、何れの位置に設置しても良い。

また、図3(b)に示すように、前記レールユニット12には、対をなすレール本体13各々の一方の端部の垂直面に貫通孔13fが設けられており、他方の端部には、レール本体13の長さ方向に突出するようにガセットプレート13cが設けられている。これらは、端部同士を突き合わされて長さ方向にレールユニット12、12aを複数配置した際に、ガセットプレート13c及び貫通孔13fを同軸上に合わせて締結手段13dを嵌合させることにより両者が連結されて、前記削孔機3が移動できる水平距離を延長することができるものである。
なお、隣り合うレールユニット12、12a同士を、ガセットプレート13c及び貫通孔13fに締結手段13dを締結することにより連結した場合には、レールユニット12aの一方の端部近傍に位置する固定治具15を、前記削孔対象物1に必ずしも固定する必要はない

これらは、前記削孔機3及びレールユニット12は、水中の削孔対象物1の上面に配置されるものの、前記集中制御盤9及び油圧パワーパック10は、図1に示すように、地上に配置されている。
前記油圧パワーパック10は、油圧を動力とする装置に対して圧油を供給する機材として一般に用いられているものである。本実施の形態における前記削孔機3に用いる前記回転モーター5及び送りモーター6には、油圧駆動式を採用しており、これらに油圧パワーパック10が油圧ホース11を介して連結されている。
さらに、前記集中制御盤9は、削孔機3及び油圧パワーパック10に連結されているとともに、図示しない油圧計を備えた油圧制御機能を有しており、油圧の変化を把握することにより削孔機3に係る削孔対象物1からの抵抗をモニタリングしながら、削孔操作を制御するものである。

上述する構成の水中削孔装置2を用いて、水中の削孔対象物1に削孔する水中連続コア削孔工法を以下に詳述する。
なお、本実施の形態では、レールユニット12に定規部材16及びアーム部材16aを設置しこれらを用いて、削孔機3の位置決めを行いながらアーム部材16aの部材長Lづつ水平移動させて連続削孔する方法を示したが、削孔機3の位置決めは必ずしも定規部材16を用いる必要はなく、あらかじめレールユニット12のレール部材13に目盛りを設けておき位置決めを行う、もしくは状況に応じて削孔作業者が任意の位置に適宜位置決めを行う等、何れの方法を用いてもよい。

第1の工程として、図4(a)に示すように、水中で削孔したい削孔対象物1の上面で、連続して削孔したい線上に沿って、レールユニット12を配置し、固定治具15の固定脚部15bを削孔対象物1にアンカー15cを用いて固定することにより、レールユニット12を削孔対象物1に固定する。
なお、該レールユニット12の対をなすレール本体13各々について、図3(a)に示すように、高さ調整ボルト13aを調整し水平を保持するとともに、固定治具15の回転部材15aと連結部材14を締結する締結手段14aを緩めて、連結部材14を鉛直方向に回転させ、対をなすレール本体13同士が同一レベルとなるよう調整する。

第2の工程として、図4(b)に示すように、レールユニット12の上面で所定の位置に、複数の削孔機3を所定の離間距離をもって配置し、削孔機3を構成するスライド基盤8の凹部に、レールユニット12を構成する対をなすレール本体13の突部13bとを嵌合させることにより、レールユニット12の上面に複数の削孔機3を設置する。
この時、進行方向側の先頭に配される削孔機3を所定の位置に位置決めすることを目的に、複数の削孔機3の進行方向側で、先頭に配される削孔機3の側面よりアーム部材16aの部材長だけ離間した位置に、あらかじめアーム部材16aを長さ方向に突出させた状態で定規部材16を締結しておく。これにより、先頭に配される削孔機3をアーム部材16aの突端部に側面を当接するように設置すれば、レールユニット12に対して削孔機3の位置決めを容易に行うことができる。

第3の工程として、複数の削孔機3を稼働させて、削孔対象物1の削孔したい線上の所定位置に削孔する。
なお、複数の前記削孔機3を操作する集中制御盤9、及び駆動力となる油圧パワーパック10は、地上に配置されるため、削孔作業者は地上において、油圧の変化をモニタリングしながら、複数の削孔機3を一度に操作すればよい。

第4の工程として、図4(c)に示すように、前回の削孔対象物1への削孔作業が終了した後、前記定規部材16に設けられたアーム部材16aを鉛直上方に回転させて固定し、進行方向側で先頭の削孔機3を、定規部材16の側面に当接するまでレールユニット12の長さ方向に水平移動させて、次に削孔したい所定位置に削孔機3を設置する。他の複数の前記削孔機3についても、同様にして同様の距離をレールユニット12の長さ方向に水平移動させて、レールユニット12に位置決めする。
この後、第3の工程に戻って、削孔作業員による地上での操作により、複数の削孔機3を稼働させて、削孔対象物1の削孔したい線上の所定位置に削孔する。

以降、削孔作業を進行する場合には、第4の工程として、図4(d)に示すように、前記定規部材16をレールユニット12の長さ方向に水平移動させながらアーム部材16aを回転してレールユニット12の長さ方向に突出させ、アーム部材16aの突端部に削孔機3が当接するまで、つまりアーム部材16aの部材長の長さLだけ、前記定規部材16を進行方向に水平移動させる。
次に、図4(e)に示すように、アーム部材16aを鉛直上方に回転させて固定し、進行方向側で先頭の削孔機3を、定規部材16の側面に当接するまでレールユニット12の長さ方向に水平移動させて、次に削孔したい所定位置に削孔機3を設置する。他の複数の前記削孔機3についても、同様にして同様の距離をレールユニット12の長さ方向に水平移動させて、レールユニット12に位置決めする。この後、第3の工程を実施する。

このようにして、第3の工程から第4の工程を繰り返すことにより、一度に複数の削孔機3による削孔をした後、長さLだけ水平移動して再度複数の削孔機3による削孔を行う工程を繰り返すこととなるので、削孔対象物1の削孔したい線上に、容易に連続して削孔することができるものである。

なお、本実施の形態では、アーム部材16aを備えた定規部材16を用いる水中連続コア削孔工法を詳述したが、必ずしもこれらを用いる必要はなく、用いない場合にも、第4の工程において、削孔機3を進行方向に水平移動させる際に適宜の方法用いた上で、第3の工程から第4の工程を繰り返すことにより削孔対象物1の削孔したい線上に連続して削孔することができるものである。
また、アーム部材16aを備えた定規部材16を用いる場合には、前述したように、必ずしも進行方向側で先頭に配される削孔機3の先頭側に配置する必要はなく、削孔機3の位置決めを行うことができれば、何れの削孔機3に配置しても良く、また進行方向側、もしくは進行方向逆側の何れに配置しても良い。
さらに、前記アーム部材16aを備えた定規部材16を用いる場合において、アーム部材16aの長さは、連続する削孔どうしの中心点距離に応じて決定すればよい。

また、用いる削孔機3の機数を増やす、もしくは複数の削孔機3の離間距離を大きく取ることにより、一連の作業工程により連続削孔する距離を長くとりたい場合には、その必要長さに応じて前記レールユニット12を複数連接して延長すればよい。
この場合には、図4(e)に示すように、新たな前記レールユニット12aを前記レールユニット12の進行方向側に隣接して配置し、図3(b)で示したように、新たな前記レールユニット12aのレール本体13に設けられた貫通孔13eと、レールユニット12に設けられたガセットプレート13cとの位置あわせを行った上で、締結手段13dを介して両者を締結する。この後、新たな前記レールユニット12aの他方の端部側に設けられた固定治具15のみを、削孔対象物1に前記アンカー15cを介して固定する。

なお、レールユニット12を所定の長さでモジュール化しておけば、どのような長さにも汎用的に対応することができるものである。
また、レールユニット12は、本実施の形態において、延長軸が直線に形成されているが、必ずしもこれにこだわるものではなく、隣り合うレールユニット12どうしが滑らかに連続する同一線を描くように、接合できる構成であれば、連続削孔したい線の形状に合わせて、曲線等何れの形状に成形してもよい。

上述する構成によれば、削孔作業者は、削孔対象物1へのレールユニット12の固定、及びレールユニット12への複数の削孔機3の設置等の作業を水中の削孔現場において行う必要があるが、削孔機3が稼働する削孔作業時においては水上に配される集中制御盤9を操作することにより削孔作業を実施できるため、削孔作業員の潜水作業を削減できるとともに、削孔作業時に想定される漏電や削孔作業者への送気管の巻き込み等を防止することが可能となり、作業安全性を向上することができる。
また、削孔作業者は、複数の削孔機3を一度に操作することができることから、削孔作業者単位の作業効率を大幅に向上できるため、従来と比較して大幅な省人化を図ることが可能となり、工費削減、工期短縮に大きく寄与することが可能である。

さらに、削孔機3の回転モーター及び送りモーターに油圧駆動式が用いられるとともに、これらと水上に配される油圧パワーパック10が同じく水上に配される集中制御盤9に連動されており、該集中制御盤9には油圧制御機能が設けられているため、油圧の変化をモニタリングすることにより削孔機3の削穴状況を把握することができ、確実に削孔対象物1の所定箇所を削孔することができ、施工精度を向上することが可能となる。

【発明の効果】
