Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a method for mounting a fence in a protective fence. More specifically, the present invention relates to a fence with an integrated fence attached to a protective fence such as a viaduct.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, when installing a bridge fence and a fence in the same place, a fence post is attached to the back of the bridge fence post, or a fence post is provided separately from the bridge protection fence post. It is known to install
[0003]
However, in these cases, the support for the bridge fence and the support for the fence are required separately, so the number of members increases, the cost of the members increases, and the space for installing both supports must be secured. There was a problem.
[0004]
Therefore, there is a fence integrated with a fence as shown in FIG. 9 as a protection fence for the purpose of solving the above problem (for example, see Patent Document 1). The fence-integrated protective fence is provided with columns 101 having an H-shaped horizontal section at appropriate intervals, and a fence frame 104 is inserted and attached between a front flange 102 and a rear flange 103 of the column 101, and In the lower part of the front flange 102, a bolt hole for attaching a protective fence is formed.
[0005]
[Patent Document 1]
JP-A-9-71914 (see FIG. 2)
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the fence-integrated protective fence is a mechanism for attaching the protective fence to a lower part of a fence post having a horizontal cross section of H-shaped at the fence height. And installation work is very time-consuming.
[0007]
In addition, since the height of the fence varies depending on the installation location or applications such as falling object prevention and wind protection, it must be manufactured in a factory in advance according to the purpose, and cannot be used together with other applications. In addition, installation of the fence between the support and the support is a work of lifting the fence to the height of the support using a crane or the like, and there is a problem in construction at a site where it is difficult to secure a work space.
[0008]
The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and an object of the present invention is to provide a fence-integrated protective fence excellent in workability by providing a split type fence support on the back of the protective fence. Is what you do.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, a fence-integrated fence according to the present invention has a horizontal section formed of a front flange and a web erected at appropriate intervals on a lining concrete of a bridge, and a T-section steel. The fence includes a fence post, a fence mounting post provided at a rear end of the web of the fence post, and a fence mounted between the fence mounting posts.
[0010]
Here, the horizontal section formed from the front flange and the web is a protective fence post made of T-shaped steel, and a fence mounting post is integrally provided at the rear end of the web of the protective fence post, so that the number of members is small and construction is possible. The fence can be easily mounted.
[0011]
In addition, by using a protective fence post of T-shaped steel for the horizontal cross section, the strength as the protective fence can be maintained, the whole weight can be reduced, and the height of the fence mounting post is generally reduced. By setting the height of the support, the construction as a fence-integrated protective fence becomes easy.
[0012]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings for understanding the present invention.
[0013]
FIG. 1 is a side view for explaining an example of a fence-integrated protection fence to which the present invention is applied, FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view taken along the line AA of FIG. 1, and FIG. 3 is a front view of FIG. The fence-integrated protective fence 1 shown here comprises a protective fence post 3 erected on the ground covering concrete 2 of the bridge at appropriate intervals, and a fence mounting post 4 provided at the rear end of the protective fence post 3. And a fence body 5 mounted between the fence mounting columns 4.
[0014]
Here, the protective fence post 3 is formed in a T-shape having a horizontal cross section composed of a front flange 6 and a web 7, and is fastened and fixed by anchor bolts 8 provided on the ground covering concrete 2 of the bridge. An upper horizontal beam 9 and a lower horizontal beam 10 are continuously attached to the upper and lower portions of the front surface of the protective fence support 3.
[0015]
Therefore, the fence mounting column 4 having a rectangular cross section formed of a cylindrical body is fixed along the rear end of the web 7 of the protective fence column 3. A connecting rib 15 is protruded along both side surfaces of the fence mounting support 4, and the connecting rib 15 and the frame 11 of the fence 5 are respectively fixed to the frame 11 of the fence 5 through a bolt insertion hole 12 by a fastening member 13 such as a bolt and a nut. It is mounted between the fence mounting columns 4.
[0016]
Further, the fence mounting column 4 has a height substantially equal to that of the protective fence column 3, and is connected to the upper end of the protective fence column 3 via a sleeve 14 in accordance with the fence height.
[0017]
Next, FIGS. 4, 5 and 6 show other examples of the fence mounting column to which the present invention is applied. FIG. 4 shows a fence along the rear end of the web 7 of the protective fence column 3. The fence mounting column 4 having a horizontal cross section into which the frame 11 of the main body 5 can be inserted is formed in an H shape. With the frame 11 of the fence main body 5 inserted into the fence mounting post 4, a fence is attached between the fence mounting posts 4 by a fastening member 13 such as a bolt and a nut through a bolt insertion hole 12. It is.
[0018]
Also, as shown in FIG. 5, a fence mounting column 4 formed of a cylindrical body is fixed along the rear end of the web 7 of the protective fence column 3. Therefore, connecting ribs 15 are projected from both outer peripheral surfaces of the fence mounting column 4, and the connecting ribs 15 and the frame 11 of the fence main body 5 are fixed to each other by bolts and nuts or other fastening members 13 through the bolt insertion holes 12. It is mounted between the fence mounting columns 4.
[0019]
FIG. 6 shows a fence frame 11 having an L-shaped horizontal cross-section fixed along both rear side surfaces of the web 7 of the protective fence post 3. The protective fence support 3 and the fence frame 11 are directly attached by fastening members 13 such as bolts and nuts.
[0020]
Next, FIG. 7 shows another example of a protective fence post to which the present invention is applied. The protective fence post 3 is formed from an H-shaped steel column from the bottom to a middle part thereof, and the upper portion thereof is formed of a T-shaped steel column. Are formed by the struts. Therefore, the fence mounting support 4 is configured to be mounted from the middle of the protective fence support 3.
Therefore, by forming the lower part of the protective fence post 3 with H-shaped steel, it is possible to obtain a protective fence post with excellent rigidity.
[0021]
Note that a crack portion 16 is formed on the lower rear side of the protection fence post 3 shown in FIGS. 1 and 7, and the protection fence is caused by the impact of a collision of a vehicle or the like with the protection fence, for example. The structure does not break even if the column is deformed by 300 mm.
[0022]
Here, the fence mounting support need not necessarily be in the form shown in the present embodiment, and may be in any form as long as the fence frame can be easily and reliably connected.
[0023]
Further, the connection between the fence mounting posts does not necessarily need to be performed by a sleeve, and any connection mechanism may be used as long as the connection between the fence mounting columns can be easily and reliably performed, such as a fitting type. No problem.
[0024]
Further, the fence body may be a metal plate having an opening such as an ex-band metal or a punching metal, a metal plate such as a steel plate, an aluminum alloy plate, or a stainless steel plate, or a synthetic resin plate such as a polycarbonate plate or an FRP plate.
[0025]
In the present invention having the above-described configuration, first, the protection fence post is erected on the ground covering concrete, and then the fence is mounted between the fence mounting posts fixed to the rear end of the protection fence post.
[0026]
After the fence is mounted on the protective fence post, the fence mounting post is connected to each fence mounting post according to the height of the fence, and the fence mounting post is connected again. A fence is installed in between.
[0027]
Therefore, at the site, by adding the fence mounting pillars according to the fence height, the transportability and the workability are improved.
[0028]
Further, by making the height of the fence mounting post attached to the rear end of the protective fence post substantially the same as the height of the protective fence post, for example, as shown in FIG. By installing only one stage, it can be used as a normal protective fence.
[0029]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, the horizontal cross-sectional structure of the protective fence post is a T-shaped structure consisting of a flange and a web, and the fence mounting post is fixed to the rear end of the web, thereby providing a member. The material cost is reduced because the number of points is reduced, and the height of the fence mounting post is approximately the height of the protective fence post, and the mechanism to add the protective fence post according to the fence height is excellent in transportability. In addition, since the construction work can be performed from within the bridge, the workability is greatly improved.
[0030]
Furthermore, by using a mechanism to add a fence mounting post, it is possible to freely adjust the height of the fence according to the installation situation, and since the connecting work of the fence mounting post can be performed on site, workability It will be excellent.
