Abstract
Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a vertical processing line for plate materials. More specifically, processing of plate materials such as formation of marking lines for cutting on the surface of plate materials such as rare metals, silicon, and flat display glass, cutting from the marking lines for cutting, cleaning of the surface of the plate material, etc. The present invention relates to a vertical processing line for a plate material for applying a sheet.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, plate glass has been used in various fields. In particular, a plate glass (hereinafter referred to as a glass substrate) used for a liquid crystal display, a plasma display or the like is very thin. For example, many products having a thickness of about 0.7 mm and a size of about 550 mm × 650 mm are produced. In such trimming and division of the glass substrate, generally, the plate glass is conveyed by a belt conveyor or the like in a horizontal state (sideways state) and processed in a horizontal state in each apparatus (for example, see Patent Document 1).
[0003]
Alternatively, an apparatus has been proposed in which a plate glass is conveyed in a posture leaning against a roller row, and each edge of the plate glass is polished in this leaned state (see, for example, Patent Document 2). These devices are fixed on the installation floor.
[0004]
On the other hand, in recent years, in the field of glass substrates and the like, there has been a demand to increase the size of glass for the purpose of improving the yield in order to improve productivity and for the purpose of dealing with larger displays. It has come out. In addition, there is a desire to improve the portability of displays and the like by making the glass substrate thinner, and the glass tends to be made thinner. In addition, the demand for the quality of the glass substrate has become stricter as the years progress, and there is also a demand for cost reduction.

[Patent Document 1]
JP-A-8-59269 [Patent Document 2]
Japanese Patent No. 2623476 [0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the technology for transporting and processing plate glass in the horizontal state as described above, and the technology for processing in a state leaning against some structural member, when processing a large and thin plate glass, it is caused by its own weight. There is a possibility that cracking due to deflection or the like, cracking due to reaction force from a structural member that supports and conveys the surface of the plate glass, and the like may occur. Further, in the horizontal state, the installation area of the apparatus is increased due to the increase in size of the glass sheet, the apparatus itself is increased in size and the cost is increased, and the maintenance becomes difficult as the apparatus width increases. In addition, in equipment where each device such as processing and cleaning is fixed, it is difficult to quickly respond to the line according to the processing content of the plate material.
[0007]
The present invention has been made in order to solve such problems. For various plate materials including plate glass which has been increased in size and reduced in thickness, scribing, cutting, cleaning, and chamfering are performed without causing deterioration in quality. It aims at providing the vertical processing line of the board | plate material which can perform etc.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The plate material vertical processing line according to the present invention includes a plurality of modularized processing devices,
Each processing apparatus applies a fluid pressure to the surface of the plate material disposed on the gantry, a conveying means that supports the lower end of the plate material that is placed on the gantry, and supports the lower end of the plate. A fluid guide that supports the plate material in a non-contact state in a standing state,
The said processing apparatus consists of two or more combinations selected from a scribing apparatus, a cutting apparatus, a chamfering apparatus, a detergent cleaning apparatus, a water cleaning apparatus, a high pressure water spray apparatus, and a board | plate material conversion apparatus.
[0009]
According to the vertical machining line having such a configuration, a desired vertical machining line can be constructed by arbitrarily connecting modularized machining apparatuses. Further, since the plate material is processed while being conveyed in a standing state, the installation space for the line can be saved.
[0010]
Another vertical processing line according to the present invention is a vertical processing line for a plate material provided with a processing unit for the plate material and a plurality of modularized conveying devices,
The transport device applies a fluid pressure to the surface of the plate material, which is disposed on the frame, the conveyance means that is disposed on the frame and supports and conveys the lower end of the plate material in a standing state. A fluid guide that supports the plate material in a non-contact state in a standing state, and a mounting portion that is disposed on the mount and for mounting the processing unit.
The processing unit includes two or more combinations selected from a scribe unit, a cutting unit, a chamfering unit, a detergent cleaning unit, a water cleaning unit, a high-pressure water spray unit, and a plate material conversion unit.
[0011]
According to the vertical processing line having such a configuration, a desired vertical processing line can be constructed similarly to the above-described vertical processing line, and the installation space of the line can be saved. Furthermore, the machining apparatus can be changed by replacing the machining unit.
[0012]
In the vertical processing line, a gantry, a conveying means for supporting and conveying the lower end of the plate material in a standing state, a fluid guide for supporting the plate material in a non-contact manner, and a conveying means and a fluid guide attached to the gantry It is preferable to further include a plate turning device having a turning means for turning the plate in a horizontal plane, since the conveying direction of the plate in the line can be easily changed.
[0013]
An acid of a plate material having a frame, a conveying means for supporting and conveying the lower end of a standing plate material attached to the frame, and an acid treatment means for acid-treating the surface of the plate material on the vertical processing line By further providing a processing apparatus, not only molding and cleaning of the plate material but also surface treatment with acid becomes possible.
[0014]
The vertical processing line includes a gantry, conveying means attached to the gantry to support and convey the lower end of the standing plate material, and a fluid guide that can be inclined in a direction perpendicular to the surface of the plate material. Further, it is preferable to further include a plate material tilting device having the above structure because the processed plate material can be conveyed with a slight inclination from the vertical state. Moreover, it becomes possible to stand the plate material in a horizontal state and carry it into the line and to carry it down and carry it out.
[0015]
A plate having a platform, a conveying means that supports and conveys the lower end of the standing plate material, a fluid guide that supports the plate material in a non-contact manner, and a linear reciprocating means attached to the frame. It is preferable to further comprise a parallel shift device. The linear reciprocating means is configured to move the conveying means and the fluid guide in a direction perpendicular to the conveying direction of the plate material. According to such a vertical machining line, it is possible to perform double sorting by sorting the lines.
[0016]
It is preferable to attach a caster to the lower end of the gantry because the line can be easily recombined.
[0017]
It is also preferable to provide each of the above devices with a connection tool for detachably connecting to an adjacent device, because the line can be easily recombined.
