【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
According to the present invention, the outer guide rail can be easily attached to the rail guide formed on the inner peripheral surface of the window opening of the front frame, and the outer guide rail can always be arranged while maintaining a stable ball flying state. It relates to a ball-and-ball game machine.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, a pachinko gaming machine, which is a type of ball-and-ball gaming machine, has, for example, an inner guide rail and an outer guide rail, which are guide rails, arranged in a spiral shape on a front surface of a game board mounted on a front frame so as to surround a game section. Have been. Both the inner and outer guide rails are fixed to the game board surface by directly driving nail members provided at regular intervals along the longitudinal direction (for example, see Patent Document 1).
[0003]
[Patent Document 1]
JP-A-2000-140239 (page 2-3, FIG. 2)
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the pachinko gaming machine, since the inside and outside guide rails are fixed on the game board surface by directly driving nail members provided at regular intervals along the longitudinal direction, the mounting operation is complicated. It is. In particular, the outer guide rail occupies an important element in relation to greatly affecting the ball flying state of the hit ball. However, when the outer guide rails are fixed by the nail members provided at regular intervals as described above, the outer guide rails are bent at those portions, and in extreme cases, the outer guide rails are arranged in a polygonal shape, and the hit ball jumps. In addition to the extremely unstable ball flying state, there is a problem that the hit ball may damage the glass plate of the transparent plate holding frame covering the front surface thereof. Therefore, it is most desirable to arrange the outer guide rails so as to have a smooth arc surface if possible.
[0005]
Therefore, the present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned problems, and aims to reduce the complicated mounting work of the guide rail and to provide a stable ball by installing the outer guide rail so as to always realize a smooth arc surface. It is an object of the present invention to provide a ball game machine which keeps a flying state.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve such an object, the ball game machine according to the present invention has a window opening facing a game unit of a game board, and a front frame in which an arc-shaped rail guide is formed on an inner peripheral surface of the window opening. An outer guide rail arranged on the front surface of the game board by fixing only both end portions to a predetermined position of the front frame and attaching to the rail guide portion, and one end of the outer guide rail is Is fastened to the outer guide rail by pressing the outer guide rail to the rail guide portion by rotating the bent piece portion to the other end side around the one end portion. It has a configuration provided with a normal position setting means.
[0007]
The normal position setting means is, for example, rotatably supported by the front frame, and an outer peripheral surface thereof presses the surface of the bent piece portion to rotate the bent piece portion with the rotation operation. There is a position setting tool to make it. Note that the normal position setting means is not limited to this, and other means may be employed.
[0008]
As described above, since the outer guide rail is attached to the front frame side, and only the both ends are attached, the attaching operation is simplified. As a result, complicated installation work of the guide rail is reduced. In addition, since the normal position setting means for pressing the outer guide rail against the rail guide portion is provided, the outer guide rail can be set so as to always realize a smooth arc surface, and the ball flying state is stabilized. Specifically, the outer peripheral surface is pressed against the surface of the bent piece part by rotating the normal position installation tool. As a result, the bent piece portion is pushed toward the other end, so that the outer guide rail is compressed from both end portions, whereby the outer guide rail bends toward the rail guide portion, and the back surface is the inner surface of the rail guide portion. Pressed against to stabilize.

On the inner edge of the substrate portion 27 corresponding to the curvature adjusting space M, a disengagement prevention piece 41 provided with a claw portion 40 projecting inward and having a front end capable of engaging with the outer guide rail 15 is provided integrally. .
[0018]
As shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, a projection 43 having a screw hole 42 is provided on the rear end of the side cover member 32 at the start end of the rail guide groove 33. As shown in FIGS. 8 and 9, the terminal end of the rail guide groove 33 is bent upward to be provided with a terminal bent part 44 having a fixed length. A support protrusion 46 having a screw hole 45 and a protrusion 43 having the screw hole 42 are provided on the rear surface of the upper cover member 31 at a position slightly above and near the side thereof. Then, the support projection 46 in the vicinity of the terminal bent portion 44 eliminates the looseness of the outer guide rail 15 with respect to the rail guide groove 33 and installs the outer guide rail 15 at the correct position. 47 is attached.
[0019]
The normal position installation tool 47 is fitted on the support protrusion 46 and rotates about the support protrusion 46, and a cylindrical shaft tube portion 48 a whose rear end face is closed, and an outer peripheral surface of the shaft tube portion 48 a And an overhanging plate portion 48b arranged substantially in parallel with the back surface of the upper cover member 31. A screw insertion hole 49 communicating with the screw hole 45 is formed on the rear end surface of the shaft cylinder portion 48a, and the screw 50 is screwed into the screw hole 45 through the screw insertion hole 49 to thereby set the correct position setting tool 47. Is mounted on the shaft. The overhanging plate portion 48b is formed in a substantially disk shape and has an operation portion 51 protruding outward on one side, and a knob piece portion 52 provided on one side surface of the operation portion 51, which can be picked and operated with a fingertip. The center of the shaft tube portion 48a is shifted from the center of the overhang plate portion 48b toward the terminal bent portion 44, and the shaft tube portion 48a is located at an eccentric position of the overhang plate portion 48b. Then, by rotating the normal position installation tool 47 to one side, the outer peripheral surface 63 of the overhang plate portion 48b gradually approaches (finally comes into pressure contact with) the end bent portion 44 side. .
[0020]
The screw 50 of the shaft cylinder portion 48a is tightened relatively strongly so that the normal position installation tool 47 does not turn unless it is turned with a fingertip, and one locking tooth 53a is provided on the inner surface of the operation portion 51. A plurality of locking teeth 53b, which can mesh with the locking teeth 53a, are provided on the back surface of the upper cover member 31 opposed thereto in an arc shape centering on the shaft tube portion 48a. When the knob 52 is pinched by the fingertip and the correct position setting tool 47 is rotated and stopped at an appropriate position, the locking teeth 53a and 53b mesh with each other, and the correct position setting tool 47 stops. .
[0021]
The outer guide rail 15 has a cylindrical portion 54a that is bent outward in a V-shape and fitted to the protrusion 43 at the distal end. The end portion is also bent outward in a V-shape to form a bent piece portion 55 attached to the end bent portion 44, and a cylindrical portion 54b fitted to the upper projection 43 is provided at the tip thereof. I have. A notch 56 is provided at one side edge of the outer guide rail 15 so that the claw portion 40 of the detachment preventing piece 41 can be engaged.
[0022]
In the present invention, the outer guide rail 15 is arranged along the rail guide groove 33, and the cylindrical portion 54a on the start end side is fitted to the projection 43 on the side cover member 32a side as shown in FIG. Then, a screw 57 having a flange 57a having an outer diameter larger than the cylindrical portion 54a is screwed into the screw hole 42 from the back side. As a result, the cylindrical portion 54a is firmly fixed without coming off from the projection 43. A fixing member 58 is screwed on the front side of the start end of the rail guide groove 33. The fixing member 58 has a substantially right-angled triangular shape, and a pressing surface portion 59 that is parallel to the upper surface 39a of the supporting step portion 39 is provided on the upper edge of the back side of the substrate portion 58a. Then, by screwing a screw 62 into a screw hole 61 provided in the side cover member 32 through a screw insertion hole 60 formed in the substrate portion 58a, an outer guide rail placed on the upper surface 39a of the supporting step portion 39 is provided. The front edge of the front 15 can be firmly fixed by the upper surface 39a and the pressing surface 59.
[0023]
Similarly, although not shown, the cylindrical portion 54b at the end of the outer guide rail 15 is fitted into the projection 43 on the upper cover member 31, and the same screw 57 is screwed into the screw hole 42 from the back side. I do. At this time, the bent piece portion 55 is located between the terminal bent portion 44 and the normal position setting tool 47, and a slight gap is formed between the bent piece portion 55 and the terminal bent portion 44. It is designed to be molded. Further, as shown in FIG. 7, the claw portion 40 of the detachment preventing piece 41 is engaged with the notch 56. In this manner, when the outer guide rail 15 is attached to the rail guide groove 33, only the both ends are fixed to the front frame 2 when the detachment preventing piece 41 is engaged with the notch 56. Since the outer guide rails 15 are curved in an arc shape, the outer guide rails 15 may rotate rearward with both ends serving as fulcrums and fall out of the rail guide grooves 33 until the game board 5 is mounted. It is to avoid.
[0024]
Further, in this state, the grip portion 52 is gripped with the fingertip, and the normal position setting tool 47 is rotated in the direction of the arrow (counterclockwise) in FIG. 8 so that the outer peripheral surface 63 is brought into contact with the surface of the bent piece portion 55. Crimp. As a result, as shown in FIGS. 10 and 11, the bent piece 55 is pushed toward the other end of the outer guide rail 15, and the bent piece 55 almost comes into close contact with the terminal bent part 44. The outer guide rail 15 is bent toward the rail guide groove 33 along with the compression of the outer guide rail 15 from both ends. Then, the back surface is pressed against the inner surface of the rail guide groove 33 to be stabilized. Further, since the outer guide rails 15 are attached to the front frame 2 side, and only the both ends are attached, the attaching work is simplified. Further, since the outer guide rail 15 is pressed against the rail guide groove 33 and is installed so as to always realize a smooth arc surface, the ball flying state is stabilized.
[0025]
As a result, the outer guide rail 15 is attached between the arcuate edges 31 a and 32 a of the rail guide groove 33 and the front surface of the game board 5. Further, the outer guide rail 15 is provided at the tip of the firing rail 28 via a return ball discharge port 64 for guiding a pachinko ball which is fired once but returns due to a weak flying force or the like to the lower ball tray 12. Department.
[0026]
Further, the outer guide rail 15 is supported on the back surface of the bottom wall 33a, and only the front edge side of the outer guide rail 15 comes into contact with and is supported by the supporting step portion 39. On the other hand, a space S is formed on the back surface of the unsupported portion along at least the central portion in the rail width direction over the entire area between the start end and the end. As a result, the required elasticity is imparted to the outer guide rail 15, and the impact of the flying pachinko ball is absorbed especially when the pachinko ball jumps out of the firing rail 28 and lands on the surface of the outer guide rail 15. This suppresses the useless bouncing of the pachinko ball during the flight, which also makes the ball fly very well.
[0027]
Further, a curvature adjusting space M is formed between the upper covering member 31 and the side covering member 32. Usually, an inner peripheral surface of the upper covering member 31 and the side covering member 32, that is, a rail guide groove is provided. 33 have different radii of curvature. Therefore, when the outer guide rail 15 having a fixed radius of curvature is attached to the rail guide groove 33 at the time of manufacture, the curvature is different between the upper side and the lower side of the outer guide rail 15 so that distortion is reduced. As a result, the surface swells, and as a result, the ball flying state becomes unstable. Then, the surface of the outer guide rail 15 is smoothed by releasing the distortion in the curvature adjusting space M that can freely bend, and a stable ball flying state is to be ensured.
[0028]
In the present invention, as described above, the correct position setting means is provided at the end side of the outer guide rail, but may be provided at the start end side, and the correct position setting means also includes other means. Of course, it may be used.
[0029]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, in the ball game machine of the present invention, only the both ends are fixed to the predetermined positions, and the outer guide rail is attached to the rail guide portion of the front frame. A right position where the outer guide rail is pivotally moved to the other end side around the one end portion in the vicinity thereof and is fixed to the rail guide portion by pressing the outer guide rail against the rail guide portion. Since the configuration is such that the installation means is provided, the mounting operation can be easily performed, thereby reducing the complicated mounting operation of the guide rail. Also, since the outer guide rail can always be installed so as to realize a smooth arc surface, the ball flying state is extremely stable, for example, when the launched pachinko ball jumps in the middle of the flight There is an effect that the interest of the game is not lost by breaking the glass plate of the transparent plate holding frame.
