Abstract
Description
【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a drain header that combines drainage from a bathroom, a sink, a kitchen, and the like, and drains the water outdoors.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In recent years, drainage headers have been installed under the floor, drainage branch pipes from bathrooms, washbasins, kitchens, etc. are connected to this drainage header to merge each drainage, and from the drainage header to the foundation penetration member embedded in the foundation concrete of the house A drainage system has been proposed in which a drainage main pipe is connected to drain water outdoors. By adopting such a drainage system, the number of drainage basins installed outdoors can be reduced to less than half of the conventional drainage basin, which can drastically reduce costs and improve the aesthetics of the outdoors. I think that the.

In addition, in the drain header, since the
[0006]
Further, in order to prevent the backflow to the upstream drain
[0007]
An object of the present invention is to provide an improved drainage header to solve these problems.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the drainage header of the present invention has a plurality of joints for headers having an insertion port and a receptacle at both ends and having a drainage branch pipe connection port on the side in a line, and each header joint has The header joint is connected to each other by inserting the insertion opening into the socket of the adjacent header joint, and the header joint located at the upstream end has or has no drain main pipe connection port. A drain header comprising an end plug having a drain main pipe connection port connected to a header joint located at the downstream end, and a top portion of the inner surface of the header joint and the drain branch. The top of the inner surface at the inner end of the pipe connection port has substantially the same height.
[0009]
As in the drainage header of the present invention, when the top of the inner surface of the header joint and the top of the inner surface at the back end of the drainage branch pipe connection port are substantially the same height, the inside of the header is almost full and almost full. Also, a space always remains at the upper end (near the top surface) inside the header, and through this space, the drainage branch pipe connection port and the drainage branch pipe connection port or the upstream drainage main pipe connection port are connected. The drain branch pipe connection port is in a state where it can be mutually ventilated. Therefore, the air contained in the drainage flowing from the drainage branch pipe connection port or the upstream drainage main pipe connection port escapes to other drainage branch pipe connection ports and the like, so that the inside of the header does not become substantially in a positive pressure state, It is possible to solve problems such as the trapped water leaking out, the flow of water being impaired by air that has lost its place of escape, and the generation of gurgling noise.
[0010]
In the drainage header of the present invention, at least one of the header joints has a drainage branch pipe connection port having a diameter larger than the drainage branch pipe connection ports of the other header joints, and the drainage branch pipe connection having a large diameter. It is desirable that an eccentric bushing formed by eccentrically arranging an inner cylinder having the same diameter as the drain branch pipe connection port of the other header joint on the inside of the outer cylinder is detachably fitted in the mouth.
[0011]
Since the drainage header having such a configuration can adjust the height of the inner cylinder to the height of the drainage branch pipe by turning the eccentric bushing, the drainage branch pipe from the drainage port as in the specific unit bath described above. Can be connected to the inner cylinder of the eccentric bushing even when the pipe height is low. Further, if the eccentric bushing is removed, a thick drain branch pipe can be connected. Therefore, a thick drain branch pipe from a toilet or the like having a large amount of drainage can be used for connection.
[0012]
Further, in the drainage header of the present invention, the end plugging member connected to the header joint located at the upstream end has an insertion hole inserted into a socket of the header joint, and an upstream of the insertion hole. A drain main pipe connection port protruding on the side, and a tongue piece inclined obliquely downward from the lower half of the back end of the drain main pipe connection port and protruding downstream, and the drain main pipe connection port It is desirable that the top of the inner surface of the back end and the top of the inner surface of the insertion opening have substantially the same height.
[0013]
With the drainage header having such a configuration, since the drainage flowing from the drainage main pipe connected to the drainage main pipe connection port on the upstream side smoothly flows down on the tongue piece, solid matter contained in the drainage is discharged to the upstream end. No longer accumulates at the bottom of the header joint. Therefore, even if the header joint or the end closing material is formed of a transparent resin or the like, no unclean feeling is given.
[0014]
In the drainage header of the present invention, the end plugging member connected to the header joint located at the downstream end includes a socket into which the insertion opening of the header coupling is inserted, and a downstream of the reception opening. The drain main pipe connection port formed on the side, the upper half connecting these receptacles and the drain main pipe connection port is provided with a substantially bell-mouth-shaped connecting cylinder, the inner bottom of the drain main pipe connection port and the Desirably, the bottoms are at substantially the same height.
[0015]
In the drainage header having such a configuration, the connection pipe has a substantially bellmouth-shaped upper half, so that the inlet loss coefficient of the drainage main pipe connection port is reduced, and the drainage inside the drainage header is smoothly sent to the downstream drainage main pipe. be able to.

In the drainage header of the present invention, it is needless to say that the number of connection of the header joints, the combination of the header joints having different diameters, the diameter of the drainage branch pipe connection port and the inner diameter of the inner cylinder of the eccentric bushing can be appropriately changed. .

【The invention's effect】
As is apparent from the above description, the drainage header of the present invention has a drainage branch pipe connection port and a drainage branch pipe connection port, or an upstream drainage main pipe connection port and a drainage drainage pipe even when substantially full. The branch connection port can be ventilated to each other, and the inside of the header does not become a substantially positive pressure state, so that the trap seals will pop out, or the air that has lost its escape will cause a poor flow of water, And generation of noise can be prevented. And even if the pipe height of the drainage branch pipe is low, it can be connected by adjusting the height with the eccentric bushing, and if the eccentric bushing is removed, the drainage branch pipe with a large pipe diameter can be connected, so the workability is good. . In addition, the solid material can be prevented from being accumulated by the tongue of the upstream end plugging material, and the inlet loss coefficient of the drain main pipe connection port of the downstream end plugging material is small, so that the drainage collected in the drain header can be collected. It has many remarkable effects such as being able to discharge smoothly.
