Abstract
Description
【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a packaging box formed by folding a single piece of paperboard into a hexahedral shape, and a method of displaying stored articles using the hexahedral packaging box.
[0002]
[Prior art]
A packaging box formed by folding a paperboard made of cardboard or cardboard into a hexahedral shape is used, for example, to cover a plurality of commercialized household articles and other various articles collectively. It is used for transportation and storage efficiently. In such a packaging box, while locking a paperboard cut into a desired developed shape capable of forming a hexahedral shape through, for example, a previously provided fold line, a locking piece is locked to a locking notch. It is assembled into a hexahedral shape while bonding the folded pieces of paperboard via an adhesive or a fastener.
[0003]
On the other hand, a plurality of articles contained in such a hexahedral packaging box are completely covered by the packaging box until they are taken out of the packaging box, even if the opening / closing lid is opened. However, since only a small part of the stored article appears outside the packaging box through the outlet, it has been difficult to display the article stored using the packaging box in a state where it is easily visible. For this reason, when displaying the stored articles, the stored articles are taken out of the packaging box and placed on a separately provided display stand, or part or all of the side surfaces of the packaging box are cut and removed. Although the method of exposing the stored articles from the cut and removed parts is adopted, the former is not efficient because it requires a special display stand separate from the packaging box, and the latter is stored again as a packaging box Since the articles cannot be packed, the packaging boxes are wasted.
[0004]
On the other hand, various boxes having a display function that enables the packaging box to be used as a display stand have been developed (for example, see Patent Document 1). A box having such a display function is constituted by a plurality of box members such as a box main body, a lid, and a middle lid. From a hexahedral shape used as an article storage box during transportation or storage, By changing the direction in which these box members are put on each other, the box members function as an exhibition stand.
[0005]
[Patent Document 1]
JP 2001-55224 A
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the above-mentioned conventional box having a display function is a packaging box that also serves as a display that is used on the premise that each of the articles stored in each box is displayed, and is a complicated and expensive one including a plurality of box members. is there. Therefore, according to such a box having a conventional display function, for example, one or several packaging boxes are selected from a large number of packaging boxes stacked and placed at a sales floor as a box for accommodating gift articles. It is uneconomical to use materials for simple display of stored goods, such as when using the packaging boxes used for these displays again for packing, if necessary. This will result in waste.
[0007]
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION It is an object of the present invention to provide a packaging box and a display method of a stored article that enable the stored article to be easily displayed in a state that is easily visible without impairing the packing function.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention relates to a packaging box formed by bending a single paperboard into a hexahedral shape, wherein a pushing breaking line or a pushing bending line intersecting with a ridge line formed on a bottom surface or a side peripheral surface of the hexahedral shape is provided. The support base is formed inside by folding the mountain fold portion sandwiched by the indentation breaking line or the indentation habit line so as to form a valley fold, and the lower end portion of the storage container is formed in the support base. The object has been achieved by providing a packaging box that can be displayed while being held high from the bottom surface by being supported.
[0009]
Here, at least one pair of the indentation breaking line or the indentation habit line sandwiching the mountain-folded portion folded inward is provided in a straight line intersecting with the ridge line on the development surface of the paperboard constituting the packaging box. It is not always necessary, and may be provided, for example, by being bent at the ridge portion, or provided in a curved shape. Further, the pair of indentation breaking lines or indentation breaking lines sandwiching the mountain fold portion includes not only a case in which both of them are indentation breaking lines, but also a case in which one is indentation breaking line and the other is indentation breaking line. . The break line is, for example, a linear portion that allows the paperboard to be separated along the break line by providing a cut line, a half cut line, a perforation, or the like. This is a linear portion that can be easily bent along the kinks line by providing a cutting line, a perforation, a crush line, or the like.
[0010]
Further, the present invention provides an indentation break line or an indentation break line intersecting with a ridge line formed on a bottom surface or a side peripheral surface of a packaging box formed by folding a paperboard into a hexahedral shape. Alternatively, the support pedestal is formed inside by folding the mountain fold portion sandwiched by the indentation fold lines inward so as to form a valley fold, and the lower end of the stored article is supported by the support pedestal. The above object has been achieved by providing a method of displaying stored articles by using a packaging box which is displayed while being held high from the bottom.

The present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and various changes can be made. For example, the articles contained in the packaging box need not necessarily be bottle containers enclosing detergent or food, but may be containers of other shapes or articles other than containers. The number of articles stored in the packaging box does not necessarily have to be four or six, and the number of articles to be stored is arbitrary. Further, the mountain fold portion sandwiched between the indentation breaking line and the indentation habit line does not necessarily need to be provided on the ridge line located on the back side.
[0033]
Further, the packaging box of the present invention does not necessarily need to be formed using one sheet of paperboard cut into an expanded shape as in each of the above-described embodiments. For example, FIGS. 13 (a) to 13 (d) As shown in the figure, using a paperboard cut into various known developed shapes that can form a hexahedral shape, at a predetermined position where the ridge line is formed, a mountain fold portion sandwiched by a press breaking line or a press habit line By providing 60, the packaging box of the present invention can also be formed.
[0034]
Furthermore, according to the method for displaying stored articles by the packaging box of the present invention, it is not always necessary to provide the packaging box with a mountain-folded portion sandwiched between the indentation breaking line and the indentation crease line. By forming a push-break line intersecting with the ridge line of the packaging box by using, for example, a mountain fold portion sandwiched between a pair of the push-break lines is formed, and the mountain fold portion is pushed into the support base inside the packaging box. May be provided.
