本発明はワンタッチ組立式包装箱、特に、保管時に扁平で嵩張らず使用時に簡単に立体構造に組み立てることができるワンタッチ組立式包装箱に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
一般に、持ち帰り用食品の販売に際しては、注文数の商品を紙袋や包装箱に詰め、これを店舗独自の化粧紙で包装した後、フィルムバッグに入れて購入者に渡される場合が多い。これらの包装箱や化粧紙は、商品の汚れや破損を防ぎ、商品及び販売店のイメージを向上させるために必要不可欠のものとして汎用されている。しかしながら、商品によっては購入直後に飲食される場合も多いため、その場合には全ての包装材が直ちにゴミとなり、環境保護の観点から望ましいものではない。

このため、最近では、包装紙を省略するため直接印刷した折り畳み式包装箱や組み立て式包装箱が多用されるようになってきている。この種の包装箱としては、正方形又は長方形の底板に、端壁と左右の側壁を折り曲げ起伏可能に連設すると共に、端壁と側壁の各上辺部に、内側に向けて略水平方向に折り曲げ可能な壁縁片を設け、且つ上記折り曲げ状態で隣接する壁縁片を連結固定する係止構造を設けてなる折り畳み式包装箱が提案されている（例えば、特許文献１参照）。また、包装箱は、１枚の台紙を折り畳み組み立てることによって形成される箱部と、この箱部を包むことのできる形状およびサイズを有する包装紙とを備え、前記包装紙は、前記箱部を包装するため、折り畳んだ際にそれ自体が重なり合う部分を少なくとも残して前記台紙に接着されており、前記箱部と包装紙の折り畳みを実質的に一体にかつ同時に行なうことのできる包装箱も提案されている（例えば、特許文献２参照）。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、前記包装箱は、一枚の板紙を箱の展開図の形状に打ち抜き、これを部分的に接着したり、多数の折り曲げ工程が必要であるなどの問題があるほか、太鼓焼き等の安価な商品を２乃至３個包装するにはコストが高くなり過ぎるという問題がある。また、折り畳み式であるため、包装箱の保管空間は狭くできるが、商品の包装に際して組み立てに手間がかかるという問題がある。

従って、本発明は、輸送時や保管時の占有空間が小さく使用時に片手でも組み立てることができ、かつ、商品の包装を簡単に行うことができる包装箱を得ることを目的とするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は、前記課題を解決するための手段として、六面体の包装箱を形成する包装箱の前壁の下端側に順次連設された底壁、後壁及び天壁と、前記天壁の前縁に連設されたフラップと、前記前壁及び後壁の各側縁部にそれぞれ連設された側壁とからなり、前記前壁と後壁の相対する側壁に相互に係合する切欠部を形成し、前記側壁をそれぞれ内側に折り畳み、かつ、前記前壁を内側に折り畳んだ状態で、前記切欠部により区画される後壁に連設された側壁の自由端側係合部と前壁に連設された側壁の自由端側係合部とが部分的に重なり合い、組み立て時に、後壁の上端縁と前壁の下端縁との両側から押圧することにより前記側壁を相互に交差係合させて起立させるようにし、これにより包装箱を組み立てるようにしたものである。

なお、本明細書においては、発明を理解しやすくするため、包装箱を構成する面をそれぞれ前壁、底壁、後壁、側壁及び天壁と称しているが、これらは相対的な呼び名であって、必ずしもこれらの呼び名に限定されるものではない。

前記天壁４の前縁に連設されたフラップ５には、図１に示すように、フラップ５の自由端側中央部を挟む切欠部２１を形成して係止用舌片２２を形成する一方、それに対応して前壁１に切込み２３を形成し、包装箱を折り畳む際、係止用舌片２２を切込み２３に嵌入させるようにしても良い。この場合、係止用舌片の基部に一対の切込み２４を入れ、係止用舌片２２を切込み２３に深く嵌入したら抜け出ることのない状態にする、いわゆる嵌め殺しにするようにしても良い。

前記展開状態の包装箱シートを折り畳み状態の包装箱にするには、図２に示すように、まず、包装箱シートの片側、例えば、右側側壁６ｂ、１４ｂを内側に折り曲げてそれぞれ前壁１と後壁３とに折り重ね（図２（イ）参照）、次いで、左側側壁６ａ、１４ａを内側に折り曲げて前記右側側壁６ｂ、１４ｂに折り重ねる（図２（ロ）参照）。その状態で前壁１を内側に折り曲げた後、底壁２と後壁３とを外側に若干反らせて前記前壁側の側壁６ａ，６ｂの係合用舌片１３ａ，１３ｂを前記後壁側の側壁１４ａ，１４ｂの係合用舌片２０ａ，２０ｂの下側に入り込ませ（図２（ハ）参照）、その後、天壁４を内側に折り曲げて当該天壁４に連設したフラップ５の係止用舌片２２を前壁１の切込み２３に嵌入させることにより商品としての包装箱が完成する（図２（ニ）参照）。

実際の使用に際しては、例えば、図２（ニ）に示す折り畳み状態の包装箱を図の状態から裏返した状態で多数重ねておき、その最上位の折り畳み状態の包装箱の後壁３の上端縁と前壁１の下端縁に相当する部分を片手の親指と他の指とで挟み、そのまま親指と他の指との間隔を狭めて押圧すると、前記側壁６ａ，６ｂ，１４ａ，１４ｂに設けた切欠部７ａ，７ｂ、１５ａ，１５ｂに係合用舌片１３ａ，１３ｂ，２０ａ，２０ｂが係合し、当該切欠部７ａ，７ｂ、１５ａ，１５ｂの傾斜部１１ａ，１１ｂ、１８ａ，１８ｂが交差係合して相手方の側壁を開く方向に引っ張り合ため、側壁６ａ，６ｂ，１４ａ，１４ｂがＸ字状に交差状態に自動的に起立させられ、蓋がされた状態の包装箱が組み上がる。そのまま包装箱を目の方に向けると、箱の前面側が手前にくるので、そのフラップ５を他方の手で外方へ押すと、蓋（天壁）が開くので（図３参照）、包装箱の内部にアクセスできる。この包装箱に商品、例えば、回転焼きを入れた後、蓋を閉めて前記フラップ５の係止用舌片２２を切込み２３に完全に嵌入させれば良い。

前記構造にすれば、折り畳み状態の包装箱を製造する場合でも、接着剤やバインダなど接着するための材料は全く不要であり、しかも折り畳み加工も単に折り曲げるだけでよいため、その作業も自動化でき、製造コストを抑制することができる。

因みに、太鼓焼きや回転焼き二個入り用包装箱の場合、包装箱の後壁から天壁４に至る取出用ミシン目２５を設けるようにしても良い。この場合、折り畳み状態の包装箱から立体の包装箱に前記方法により片手で組み立てることができ、また、購入者は蓋を閉じたまま、取出用ミシン目２５に沿って開封することにより中身を一個づつ取り出すことが可能であり、また、一個取り出したあとも、その開封部分を元の位置に戻すことにより開口部が塞がるので、そのままバックやポケットに入れることもできる。なお、開封し易くするため、取出用ミシン目２５の頂部２５ａに対応する天壁４の部分に複数の切断線２６を入れると共に、該切断線２６の頂部を結ぶ折線２７を入れ、前記切断線２６、折線２７及び取り出し用ミシン目で囲まれた領域を指で押さえた際に、当該領域が折線２７を中心にして箱の内側へ陥没し、前記頂部２５ａを指で引き上げることが出来るようにしても良い。

前記構成によれば、後壁の上端縁と前壁１の下端縁との両側から押圧すると、後壁の自由端側舌片と前壁１の自由端側舌片とが相互に相手側の溝に沿ってＸ字状に交差係合しながら起立して側壁を形成し、六面体の包装箱が完成する。従って、少数個の商品を入れる包装箱の場合、後壁の上端縁と前壁１の下端縁との長さが短いので、片手の親指と他の４本の指との間に包装箱を挟み、両側から押圧するだけで、包装箱をワンタッチ、ワンアクションで組み立てることができる。

なお、本発明のワンタッチ組立式包装箱は、任意の商品に適用でき、例えば、店頭販売食品では、豚まんやシューマイなどの蒸し菓子、コロッケ、フライ、天ぷらなどの揚げ物食品、ハンバーガー、太鼓焼きや回転焼きその他の焼き物食品、更にはアイスクリームやアイスモナカなどの氷菓子などが代表的なものとして挙げられるが、これらにのみ限定されるものではないことは言うまでもない。

【発明の効果】
以上の説明から明らかなように、本発明に係る包装箱は、ワンタッチ、ワンアクションで組み立てることができ、良好な商品保護能力と化粧能力を有し、商品の包装作業が簡単で、輸送時や保管時の占有空間が小さく、安価に製造できる、また、包装箱全体が紙で形成され、しかも、接着剤等を使用していないため、地球に優しいリサイクルを行うことができ、無公害で燃えるゴミとして焼却できる、など優れた効果を奏する。
