Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a one-touch assembling type packaging box, and more particularly to a one-touch assembling type packaging box that is flat and not bulky during storage and can be easily assembled into a three-dimensional structure when used.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In general, when selling take-out foods, products of the number of orders are often packed in paper bags or packaging boxes, wrapped in store-specific decorative paper, and then put in film bags and delivered to purchasers. These packaging boxes and decorative paper are widely used as indispensable items for preventing dirt and breakage of merchandise and improving the image of merchandise and stores. However, since some products are often eaten or eaten immediately after purchase, in that case, all the packaging materials immediately become garbage, which is not desirable from the viewpoint of environmental protection.
[0003]
For this reason, recently, foldable packaging boxes and assembly-type packaging boxes that have been directly printed to omit wrapping paper have been used frequently. As this type of packaging box, the end wall and left and right side walls are connected to a square or rectangular bottom plate so that they can be bent and undulated, and the upper side of each end wall and side wall is bent inward in a substantially horizontal direction. There has been proposed a foldable packaging box provided with possible wall edge pieces and provided with a locking structure for connecting and fixing adjacent wall edge pieces in the folded state (for example, see Patent Document 1). The packaging box includes a box portion formed by folding and assembling a single mount, and a wrapping paper having a shape and a size capable of wrapping the box portion, and the packaging paper includes the box portion. In order to wrap, a packaging box is also proposed in which the box part and the wrapping paper can be folded substantially integrally and simultaneously, with at least a portion overlapping itself when folded. (For example, refer to Patent Document 2).

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the packaging box has problems such as punching out a piece of paperboard into the shape of the development of the box, partially bonding it, and requiring many folding processes, and is inexpensive such as taiko-yaki There is a problem that it is too expensive to package two or three new products. Moreover, since it is a foldable type, the storage space of the packaging box can be narrowed, but there is a problem that it takes time to assemble when packaging the product.
[0006]
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to obtain a packaging box that can be assembled with one hand at the time of use because it occupies a small space during transportation and storage, and can be used for packaging products.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention provides, as means for solving the above-mentioned problems, a bottom wall, a rear wall, and a top wall that are successively arranged on the lower end side of a front wall of a packaging box forming a hexahedral packaging box, and a front of the ceiling wall. A flap continuously provided on the edge, and a side wall continuously provided on each side edge of the front wall and the rear wall; and a notch that engages with the opposite side walls of the front wall and the rear wall. Formed on the free end side engaging portion and the front wall of the side wall continuously connected to the rear wall defined by the notch, with the side walls folded inward and the front wall folded inward. The free end side engaging part of the side wall provided continuously overlaps, and at the time of assembly, the side walls are cross-engaged with each other by pressing from both sides of the upper edge of the rear wall and the lower edge of the front wall. Thus, the packaging box is assembled.
[0008]
In this specification, in order to facilitate understanding of the invention, the surfaces constituting the packaging box are referred to as the front wall, the bottom wall, the rear wall, the side wall, and the top wall, respectively, but these are relative names. Therefore, it is not necessarily limited to these names .
[0009]
In a preferred embodiment, a flap having a locking tongue piece is provided at the front edge of the top wall, while a locking cut is provided on the front wall, and the top wall is folded inward to the rear wall. When superposed, the locking tongue provided on the flap can be fitted into the locking cut provided on the front wall.
[0010]
In another preferred embodiment, an extraction perforation extending from the rear wall to the top wall is provided, the contents are taken out by opening along the extraction perforation while the top wall is closed, and the opening portion is restored to the original. It can be resealed by returning it to the position.
[0011]
In another embodiment, each side wall connected to the front wall is formed with a notch that extends from a substantially central portion of the upper end edge toward the lower end edge and terminates at the substantially central portion of the side wall. In addition, each side wall connected to the rear wall is formed with a notch that extends from the substantially central portion of the lower end edge toward the upper end edge and terminates at the substantially central portion of the side wall.
[0012]
According to the above configuration, when pressing from both sides of the upper edge of the rear wall and the lower edge of the front wall,
The other engaging tongue piece engages with the notch provided in the side wall, and the side wall stands up while cross-engaging in an X shape to complete a hexahedral packaging box. Therefore, in the case of a packaging box containing a small number of products, the length of the upper edge of the rear wall and the lower edge of the front wall is short, so sandwich the packaging box between the thumb of one hand and the other finger and The packaging box can be assembled with one touch and one action simply by pressing.
[0013]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
[0014]
FIG. 1 shows a developed view of a one-touch assembly type packaging box according to an embodiment of the present invention. The deployed packaging box sheet has a bottom wall 2, a rear wall 3 and a top wall on the lower end side of the front wall 1. 4 are successively provided, and a flap 5 is provided continuously at the front edge of the top wall 4. Side walls 6a and 6b each having a length equal to or slightly shorter than the depth of the packaging box are connected to both side edges of the front wall 1, and correspondingly wrapped to both side edges of the rear wall. Side walls 14a, 14b having a length equal to or slightly shorter than the depth dimension of the box are continuously provided.
[0015]
The side walls 6a and 6b are formed with notches 7a and 7b symmetrically extending from the substantially central portion of the upper edge toward the lower edge and terminating at the substantially central portion of the side wall 6. The cutout portion 7 includes curved portions 8a and 8b extending from the upper ends of the side walls 6a and 6b, hanging portions 9a and 9b that substantially drop from the curved portions 8a and 8b toward the central portion of the sidewall, and hanging portions 9a and 9b. Central curved portions 10a and 10b that are curved in a U-shape at the central portion of the side wall, inclined portions 11a and 11b that extend from the central curved portions 10a and 10b toward the free end side upper end and inclining outward, and the It includes third curved portions 12a, 12b that continue from the inclined portions 11a, 11b to the upper end edge of the side wall on the free end side, and engaging tongues 13a, 13b are formed on the free ends of the side walls 6a, 6b. When the side walls 6a and 6b are folded inward and overlapped with each other, the distance between the hanging portions 9 of the notches 7 is slightly larger than the dimension between the free end of the side wall 6a and the free end of the side wall 6b. It is.
[0016]
Similarly, the side walls 14a and 14b connected to the rear wall have notches 15a and 15b extending from the substantially central portion of the lower end edge toward the upper end edge and terminating at the substantially central portion of the side wall 14 on the left and right sides. It is formed symmetrically. The cut portion 15a, 15b is curved sidewall 14a, the lower end of 14b the vertical portion 16a extending substantially perpendicularly towards the side wall central portion, 16b, the vertical portion 16a, at the side wall central portion into a U-shape from 16b Central curved portions 17a, 17b, inclined portions 18a, 18b extending from the central curved portions 17a, 17b toward the lower end on the free end side and inclined outward, and free ends of the side walls from the inclined portions 8a, 18b The fourth tongues 19a and 19b are connected to the lower edge of the side, and engaging tongues 20a and 20b are formed on the free ends of the side walls 14a and 14b. When the side walls 14a and 14b are folded inward and overlapped with each other, the interval between the hanging portions of the notches 15a and 15b is slightly larger than the dimension between the free end of the side wall 14a and the free end of the side wall 14b. It is enlarged.
[0017]
The length of the engaging tongues 13a, 13b, 20a, 20b is shorter than the length of the side walls 6a, 6b, 14a, 14b, that is, the height of the box, and the side walls 6a, 6b, 14a, 14b The side wall 14 connected to the engaging tongues 13a and 13b of the side walls 6a and 6b connected to the front wall 1 and the rear wall 3 with the front wall 1 folded inward. The engaging tongue pieces 14a and 14b are slightly overlapped at their tip portions.
[0018]
As shown in FIG. 1, the flap 5 connected to the front edge of the ceiling wall 4 is formed with a notch portion 21 that sandwiches the central portion of the free end of the flap 5 to form a locking tongue piece 22. On the other hand, a notch 23 may be formed in the front wall 1 correspondingly, and the locking tongue piece 22 may be fitted into the notch 23 when the packaging box is folded. In this case, a pair of cuts 24 may be inserted into the base of the locking tongue piece, and the locking tongue piece 22 may be placed in a state where it does not come out when it is inserted deeply into the cut 23 so as to be a so-called fitting kill.
[0019]
In order to make the unfolded packaging box sheet into a folded packaging box, as shown in FIG. 2, first, one side of the packaging box sheet, for example, the right side walls 6b and 14b is folded inward, and the front wall 1 and Folding over the rear wall 3 (see FIG. 2 (a)), the left side walls 6a, 14a are then folded inward and folded over the right side walls 6b, 14b (see FIG. 2 (b)). In this state, the front wall 1 is bent inward, and the bottom wall 2 and the rear wall 3 are slightly bent outward so that the engaging tongues 13a and 13b of the side walls 6a and 6b on the front wall side are on the rear wall side. Engagement of the flap 5 that is inserted into the lower side of the engaging tongues 20a and 20b of the side walls 14a and 14b (see FIG. 2 (c)) and then bent inward to connect to the top wall 4 A product packaging box is completed by inserting the tongue piece 22 into the notch 23 of the front wall 1 (see FIG. 2D).
[0020]
In actual use, for example, a large number of folded packaging boxes shown in FIG. 2 (d) are turned upside down from the illustrated state, and the upper edge of the rear wall 3 of the uppermost folded packaging box. A portion corresponding to the lower edge of the front wall 1 is sandwiched between the thumb and another finger of one hand and is pressed on the side wall 6a, 6b, 14a, 14b when the distance between the thumb and the other finger is reduced as it is. The engaging tongues 13a, 13b, 20a and 20b are engaged with the notches 7a, 7b, 15a and 15b, and the inclined portions 11a, 11b, 18a and 18b of the notches 7a, 7b, 15a and 15b are cross-engaged. Thus, the side walls 6a, 6b, 14a, and 14b are automatically raised in an X-shaped crossing state in order to pull in the direction in which the other side wall is opened, and the packaging box with the lid on is assembled. If the packaging box is pointed towards the eyes as it is, the front side of the box will come to the front, so when the flap 5 is pushed outward with the other hand, the lid (top wall) will open (see Fig. 3). Can access the inside. After putting a product, for example, roasting, in this packaging box, the lid is closed and the locking tongue piece 22 of the flap 5 may be completely inserted into the notch 23.
[0021]
With this structure, even when manufacturing a folded packaging box, no adhesive or binder material is required, and the folding process can be simply folded, so that the operation can be automated. Manufacturing cost can be suppressed.
[0022]
Incidentally, in the case of a packing box for two pieces of drumming or rotary baking, a perforation 25 for taking out from the rear wall of the packaging box to the top wall 4 may be provided. In this case, the folded packaging box can be assembled into a three-dimensional packaging box with one hand by the above method, and the purchaser can open the contents along the perforation line 25 with the lid closed. It is possible to take it out one by one, and even after one piece is taken out, the opening part is closed by returning the opening part to the original position, so that it can be put in the bag or pocket as it is. In order to facilitate opening, a plurality of cutting lines 26 are put in the portion of the top wall 4 corresponding to the top 25a of the takeout perforation 25, and a fold line 27 connecting the tops of the cutting lines 26 is put, and the cutting lines 26, when the area surrounded by the folding line 27 and the take-out perforation is pressed with a finger, the area sinks to the inside of the box with the folding line 27 as the center so that the top 25a can be pulled up with the finger. May be.
[0023]
According to the said structure, when it presses from both sides of the upper end edge of a rear wall, and the lower end edge of the front wall 1, the free end side tongue piece of a rear wall and the free end side tongue piece of the front wall 1 mutually mutually oppose. A side wall is formed by standing while cross-engaging in an X shape along the groove, and a hexahedral packaging box is completed. Therefore, in the case of a packaging box containing a small number of products, the length of the upper edge of the rear wall and the lower edge of the front wall 1 is short, so that the packaging box is placed between the thumb of one hand and the other four fingers. Simply by pinching and pressing from both sides, the packaging box can be assembled with one touch and one action.
[0024]
The one-touch assembling-type packaging box of the present invention can be applied to arbitrary products. Typical examples include baked goods and other baked foods, and ice confectionery such as ice cream and ice monaca, but it is needless to say that the present invention is not limited thereto.
[0025]
【The invention's effect】
As is clear from the above description, the packaging box according to the present invention can be assembled with one touch and one action, has a good product protection ability and makeup ability, is easy for product packaging work, The space occupied during storage is small and can be manufactured at low cost. The entire packaging box is made of paper, and since no adhesive is used, it can be recycled friendly to the earth and burns without pollution. It has excellent effects such as being incinerated as garbage.
