従来のセラミックグリーンシートのような柔軟なシートを切断するシート切断装置としては、例えば特許文献1或いは特許文献2に記載されたものが知られている。特許文献1に記載されたシート切断装置の切断刃装着構造は、カッターホルダの下面に形成した嵌合溝に切断刃を下側から挿入して取付ねじで固定する構造となっている。また、特許文献2に記載された切断刃装着構造は、替刃ホルダを滑動部から上方へ取り外して交換可能な構造となっている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかし、上記特許文献1に記載の構成は、切断刃を下側から挿入して取り付ける構造になっているので、切断刃の着脱を狭い空間で上下方向に行う必要があり、切断刃交換が面倒であったし、切断刃を損傷させたり作業者が手を切ったりすることがあった。
また、特許文献2に記載の構成は、替刃ホルダを滑動部から取り外し可能となっているが、替刃ホルダを装着した滑動部を左右に移動させて切断する構成であるし、滑動部を側方へ移動させてから替刃ホルダを上方へ取り外す構成であるため、シート切断装置に採用するのは難しい。
そこで、本発明は上記問題点に鑑み、簡易に且つ迅速に切断刃の着脱ができるシート切断装置の切断刃装着構造を提供することを課題とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記課題を解決するため、請求項1の発明は、シートを切断する横長の切断刃を装着した切断刃固定具を、昇降動する切断刃昇降体に固定手段により連結固定して成るシート切断装置の切断刃装着構造であって、前記切断刃固定具は、前面に把手を有すると共に前記固定手段により背面が切断刃昇降体に密着して固定され、前記固定手段による固定を解除することで前方へ移動可能であり、前方へ移動させることで前記切断刃昇降体から離脱可能であることを特徴とする。このように構成することで、装着された切断刃固定具の上下左右に作業空間が無くても把手を掴んで手前に引き抜き操作することで簡易に且つ迅速に着脱操作できる。従って、切断刃の交換を無理なく実施できる。

以下、本発明を具体化した実施の形態を、図面に基づいて詳細に説明する。図1は本発明に係るシート切断装置の切断刃装着構造の実施形態の一例を示す正面説明図であり、図において、1は切断刃、2は切断刃1を装着する切断刃固定具、3はその切断刃固定具2を保持して切断刃1を昇降動させる切断刃昇降体、4は切断刃固定具2に固着されている把手、5は切断刃固定具2をシート切断装置の切断刃昇降体3に連結保持させる固定手段としての締付ボルト、6は切断刃昇降体3の一部を成し、切断刃固定具2の上下方向の位置決めのための位置決めレールで、切断刃昇降体3の前面に固着されている。そして7は締付ボルト5に係止して締付ボルト5と協働して切断刃固定具2を切断刃昇降体3に連結固定する固定手段としての係止部材で、特殊座金を意味している。

切断刃1は左右に長く板状に形成され、その刃先を下に向けて切断刃固定具2に装着されている。切断刃固定具2は、図4のB−B線断面図に示すように、固定具本体2aと挟持部材2bを備え、挟持部材2bにより切断刃1を挟持保持するよう形成され、ボルト14aにより挟持部材2bは固定具本体2aに固着される。また、2cは切断刃固定具2を切断刃昇降体3に固定する際に位置決めレール6に係止させて上下方向の位置を位置決め操作する係止片であり、ボルト14bにより固定具本体2aに固着される。係止片2cには背面側に上下一対の張出部2e,2fによって案内レール6に前側から嵌合する係合凹部2hが形成されている。尚、15は切断刃固定具2の上下方向位置を位置決め操作する固定ねじで、係止片2cの張出部2eに螺合されている。固定ねじ15は、ハンドル15aを回転操作して案内レール6を張出部2fとの間に狭持することにより切断刃固定具2の上下方向位置を位置決め固定するようになっている。

また、把手4は固定具本体2aの前面中央に設けられている。固定具本体2aには把手4の左右側の位置に切断刃昇降体3に固定するための締付ボルト5を貫通可能な貫通孔16が設けられている。この貫通孔16は、図3のA−A線断面図に示すように、締付ボルト5を着脱することなく緩めるのみで切断刃固定具2を切断刃昇降体3に対して前方へ取り出すことができるように、締付ボルト5のボルト頭5aの径より十分大きく形成されている。そして、切断刃昇降体3の貫通孔16に対応する位置にはねじ孔17が設けられ、締付ボルト5を前方から固定具本体2aの貫通孔16を通すと共にねじ孔17に螺入し、係止部材7を係止させて締付ボルト5を締め付けることで固定具本体2aを切断刃昇降体3に密着させて前後方向位置を位置決め固定するようになっている。即ち、切断刃固定具2は切断刃昇降体3に連結固定される。尚、締付ボルト5は他のボルトと共に六角穴付きボルトが使用されているが、把手付きボルトを用いても良い。

係止部材7は、基端部が位置決めレール6に軸着されて回動軸19を構成し、先端に締付ボルト5に係止する係止部20が形成されている。係止部20は係止部材7の回動軸19を中心とする下向き回動により締付ボルト5の首部5bを把持動作する位置に切り欠き凹部として形成されている。回転係止動作を詳しく説明すると、一対の係止部材7,7が締付ボルト5,5に係止した状態でハの字を形成するように、回動軸19と締付ボルト5のねじ孔17は配置され、係止部材7は互いの外方へ回転させることで自重で締付ボルト5に係止するよう構成されている。また、回動軸19の略中間位置に保持突起21が設けられ、係止部材7を持ち上げて逆回転させて、保持突起21に当接させて開放状態を保持するよう構成されている。
このような係止部材7を設けることで、回転操作によるワンタッチ操作で、締付ボルト5に係止して切断刃固定具2を拘束して切断刃昇降体3に対する前方への移動を阻止する係止位置と、係止を解除して切断刃固定具2の前方への移動を許す開放位置に容易に移動操作できる。

加熱器12は、図3に示すように、切断刃固定具2の切断刃1近傍の背部に接するよう設けられ、案内レール9の下端部に固着されているグリス受55に設けられた板バネ22の先端部に取り付けられ、板バネ22の復元力により切断刃固定具2に圧接するよう設けられている。

次に、上記構成の切断刃固定具2の着脱操作を説明する。上述するように離脱操作は、締付ボルト5を僅かに緩めた後、係止部材7を持ち上げて回動し、開放位置で保持させる。そして、固定ねじ15を緩めて把手4を持って切断刃固定具2を前方(図3に示す左方向)へ移動させる。この操作で締付ボルト5を取り外すことなく容易に且つ安全に切断刃固定具2を取り外すことができる。また、装着操作は逆に把手4を持って貫通孔16に締付ボルト5が貫通するように、前方から押し込んで切断刃昇降体3に当接させた後、係止部材7を回動させて係止部20を締付ボルト5に係止させる装着操作を行う。この操作で、切断刃固定具2は上部の係止片2cの係合凹部2hが位置決めレール6に嵌合して上下移動が係止され、また、係止部材7の係止部20が締付ボルト5の首部5bに係止して締付ボルト頭5aにより前後移動が係止されるため、締付ボルト5を締めなくても切断刃固定具2が落下することがない。従って、その後は把手4から手を放した状態で締付ボルト5を締めることで、切断刃固定具2を切断刃昇降体3に連結固定することができる。

このように、締付ボルト5を僅かに緩めて係止部材7を回動させた後、横長の切断刃を装着した切断刃固定具を把手4を持って前方に移動させて切断刃昇降体から離脱できるので、装着された切断刃固定具の上下左右に作業空間が無くても把手を掴んで手前に引き抜き操作することで容易に且つ迅速に着脱操作できる。従って、切断刃の交換をシート切断装置の外部の広い空間において治具を用いて高精度且つ安全に無理なく実施できる。また、固定手段を締付ボルトと係止部材によって構成しているので、締付ボルトを着脱することなく締付ボルトを僅かに緩めたり締めたりすることで、切断刃固定具を迅速に着脱することができる。
更に、係止部材により、切断刃固定具の締付ボルトを挿通する貫通孔がボルト頭径に比べて十分大きくても確実に切断刃固定具を切断刃昇降体に係止できる。また、係止部材の操作は、開放位置と係止位置とにワンタッチで移動操作でき、簡易な操作で済む。
また、加熱器は離脱方向とは反対側に設けられるので、切断刃固定具は加熱器を設けても容易に着脱操作できるし、加熱器は切断刃固定具に弾性圧接されるので、切断刃を確実に加熱でき、加熱することでシート切断を良好にできる。

図5,図6は、切断刃固定具1を切断刃昇降体3から取り外して切断刃交換治具24に装着した状態を示している。図5は正面、図6は側面であり、図示するように、切断刃交換治具24は、切断刃固定具2を載置する交換治具本体24a、切断刃カバー25、取っ手26、位置決めレール27、係止部材28を備えている。切断刃固定具2を載置する載置部29は、切断刃1の交換作業がし易いように傾斜面上に設けられ、取っ手26は切断刃カバー25に設けられている。
また、切断刃カバー25は交換治具本体24aに、切断刃1を保護する保護位置と切断刃1が露出する開放位置に容易に移動できるよう軸着され、コイルバネ30が双方の間に設置され、保護位置と開放位置の双方で状態を保持するよう形成されている。

このように、切断刃固定具の載置面を傾斜させて設けることで、ねじ締め等の作業がし易いし、位置決めレール27及び係止部材28を切断刃交換治具に備えることで、切断刃固定具2の位置決め固定をスムーズに行うことができる。更に、簡易に開放操作できる切断刃カバーを設けることで、ボルト締め作業の時には切断刃をカバーすることで、ボルト14aのボルト締めやボルト緩め作業等の際に切断刃に触れて怪我をするようなことがない。また、切断刃固定具を切断刃昇降体に対する着脱操作と同様の操作で切断刃交換治具に着脱操作できるので、切断刃交換作業する際に面倒な作業が発生せず、作業ミス発生の防止に効果的である。
尚、切断刃1の交換はボルト14aを緩めて切断刃1を左右方向へスライドさせることで交換でき、切断刃固定具2の挟持部材2bを取り外さずできるので、交換作業中に切断刃カバー25を開放する必要がなく、安全に作業できる。

図7〜図9はシート切断装置の切断刃清掃装置を説明するための図で、図7はシート切断装置の要部正面図、図8は平面図、図9は側面図を示している。図に示すように、切断刃固定具2は中央上部に設けられ、31は切断刃1を清掃する切断刃清掃装置であり、図では切断刃1の左右2カ所に設置され、昇降動する切断刃固定具2が上昇位置にある状態で切断刃を清掃動作するよう設けられている。尚、32は切断するシートを載置するワーク載置台で、案内レール80によって前後移動可能に案内されている移動台81に90度旋回可能に設けられている。図は左右方向に伸びた切断刃を平行に前後2枚設けた構成を示している。また、本願においては、切断刃昇降体3に切断刃固定具2を当て付ける切断刃固定具2の背面方向を後方とし、把手4を設ける表面方向を前方としている。従って、後の切断刃1の切断刃装着構造においては、シート切断構造の後方が切断刃昇降体3の前方を意味することになる。

切断刃清掃装置31は左右対称に形成され、2枚の切断刃に対して前後夫々に一対設けられている。清掃動作するアーム部は、フレーム11に支承されている枢軸33aと枢軸33aに固着した一対のアーム33b,33cから構成され、曲がり部がフレーム11に軸着されたL字型の第1アーム33と、この第1アーム33に連結されて先端に清掃具35が設けられ、フレーム11に設けた支承体60によって左右方向へ摺動自在に保持されている第2アーム34とから成っている。なお、清掃具35は図3,図8に示すように切断刃1の刃先に摺接させる不織布やスポンジ等の円形の軟質の清掃部材65を塵受皿67内に一対設けてある。

また、第1アーム33下部にはアーム部を駆動するシリンダ装置36が配置され、シリンダ装置36のピストンロッド36aが第1アーム33の下側アーム33cに連結され、ピストンロッド36aの伸縮動により清掃具35が図示左右に移動して清掃動作する。その際、左右一対の清掃具35は同時に動作して切断刃1の中央部まで清掃するようにしても良いし、僅かにタイミングをずらして切断刃1の中央部を越える位置まで清掃するようにしても良い。そして、シリンダ装置36は、左右に1つずつ配置され、夫々前後一対のアーム部を駆動するようになっている。

このように、切断刃清掃装置31を切断刃1の刃先に沿う方向へ進退移動可能に配設し、清掃具35が切断刃の刃先を一時的に清掃して待避するようにし、清掃しないときに切断刃1の端部側の側方に位置するすようにしたので、清掃しない時に切断刃の前後側から清掃装置を無くすことができ、切断刃交換や点検を容易にできる。また、清掃具35が両側から侵入して清掃するから、切断刃の刃先を短時間に清掃できるし、前後一対の切断刃の清掃具を1つの駆動装置により進退移動可能にしたから、簡易な構成にできる。

また、図7,図8において、39は切断刃高さを補正する補正装置を構成する投光器、40は同様に補正装置を構成する受光器であり、前後に設けられた2つの第2アーム34,34の一方の先端部に切断刃高さ測定用のレーザ光を発する投光器39を設け、他方の先端部にその光を受光する受光器40を設け、切断刃1の刃先高さを正確に測定できるようにしてある。
切断刃1は、交換したり、摩耗したり、研磨したり、或いは切断作業によりボールねじ等が変形した場合に、刃先位置が変化して切断刃を昇降動作させるサーボモータ(図示せず)の回転制御によって下降される刃先高さが所定位置に正確に位置されなくなる。そのため、サーボモータの回転制御による切断刃1の刃先高さが所定位置に正確に位置されるようにサーボモータの回転制御装置のデータを補正する必要がある。そこで、このようなシート切断装置の切断刃1高さを補正する補正装置が必要となる。特に、切断刃高さ補正装置は、常に切断刃先端を所定の高さに高精度で降下させ、シートを常に均一な厚み量だけ残してハーフ切断する場合に必要である。

投光器39及び受光器40は、切断刃1高さ測定ゲージ(図示せず)がレーザ光を半分程度遮る高さ位置、例えばワーク載置台32の上面(サーボモータ回転によって切断刃刃先高さがワーク載置台32上面高さになる原点位置)から所定量(例えば20mm)上方の位置に、切断刃1の刃先軌跡に対して一方側から他方側へレーザ光を投受光するよう正確に設置してある。
尚、切断刃1先端の基準高さ位置のデータを測定するための切断刃高さ測定ゲージは、所望の場所に保管しておき、測定する際に例えばワーク載置台32に載置して使用する。

切断刃1を設置して作業を開始する場合、まず切断刃高さ測定ゲージ(例えば門形形状で、上壁によって遮蔽する)をレーザ光を半分程度遮るようにワーク載置台32上に置き、そのとき受光器40が受光する受光量の遮断割合によって、切断刃1の刃先測定のための基準高さを算定しておく。次に、サーボモータ回転によって切断刃刃先のワーク載置台32上面から20mm上方になる位置に移動させ、切断刃1の刃先がレーザ光を遮蔽するようにする。このとき、切断刃1の刃先がレーザ光を遮蔽する受光量の遮蔽割合を測定し、その遮蔽割合によって算定した切断刃1の刃先高さデータが基準高さに一致していれば、切断刃1の刃先高さが正確であるが、僅かに相違していればサーボモータを僅かに回転制御して一致するように修正し、その修正後の制御データが切断刃刃先の基準高さになるように補正する。

従って、その後はサーボモータの回転制御によって切断刃1の刃先を正確な位置に移動(下降)させることができる。切断刃高さ測定ゲージによる測定は最初だけ或いは移設後などに行えば良いが、基準高さに対する補正は、切断刃1を交換したり、摩耗したり、研磨したり、或いは切断作業によりボールねじ等が熱変形した場合等に行う。
尚、基準高さの測定は、切断刃高さ測定ゲージを用いた場合のレーザ光の遮蔽割合を記憶しておき、その遮蔽割合になるように切断刃1の刃先を移動して、そのときのサーボモータの回転制御データを基準高さデータとし、以後も切断刃高さ測定ゲージによる遮蔽割合になるように切断刃刃先を移動して、そのときのサーボモータの回転制御データを基準高さデータとなるように補正しても良い。

このように、切断刃高さ補正装置を設けることで、切断刃を交換したり、切断刃が摩耗したり、研磨したり、切断作業によりボールねじ等が熱変形した場合でも、切断刃先端を所定高さに移動させ、切断刃刃先が遮蔽する受光器の受光量の遮蔽割合を測定して基準高さと一致するように補正することができ、その結果、切断刃刃先を正確に下降でき、シートを常に均一な厚み量だけ残して正確にハーフ切断できる。

尚、上記実施形態の投光器及び受光器は、位置精度を安定させて高精度にするために双方ともシート切断装置のフレームに固定的に設けると良い。この場合、切断刃1の交換作業の邪魔にならないように図2に示す対角線位置に投光器39eと受光器40eを固定的に設け、切断刃1の移動軌跡を斜めに横切るようにする。こうすることで、投光器39eから受光器40eへ投光した状態で切断刃1を上端から下降させ、切断刃1が投光量を所定割合遮断したときの切断刃1の高さを基準高さとすることができる。
また、上記実施形態では固定手段を締付ボルト5として、切断刃固定具2を組み付けた前方から挿入操作して固着操作しているが、貫通孔16より大きくて切断刃昇降体3に紐等の線材によって連結されている係止部材としての割り座金を締付ボルト5に抜き差しすることで、係止部材7の働きをさせることができる。

【発明の効果】
以上詳述したように、本発明によれば、横長の切断刃を装着した切断刃固定具を前方に移動させて切断刃昇降体から離脱できるので、装着された切断刃固定具の上下左右に作業空間が無くても把手を掴んで手前に引き抜き操作することで簡易に且つ迅速に着脱操作できる。従って、切断刃の交換を容易に実施できる。
また、切断刃固定具の貫通孔に締付ボルトを挿通させて切断刃昇降体のねじ孔に螺合しているので、締付ボルトに係止部材を係脱させることで、締付ボルトを着脱することなく切断刃固定具を簡易迅速に固定でき、取り外しも締付ボルトを螺合したまま簡易迅速に行うことができる。
更に、切断刃昇降体に切断刃固定具の背面に弾性圧接する加熱器を備えるので、切断刃固定具を前方から後方へ移動させて装着することで、加熱器に圧接されて確実に加熱することができる。

Claims (4)

シートを切断する横長の切断刃を装着した切断刃固定具を、昇降動する切断刃昇降体に固定手段により連結固定して成るシート切断装置の切断刃装着構造であって、
前記切断刃固定具は、前面に把手を有すると共に前記固定手段により背面が切断刃昇降体に密着して固定され、前記固定手段による固定を解除することで前方へ移動可能であり、前方へ移動させることで前記切断刃昇降体から離脱可能であることを特徴とするシート切断装置の切断刃装着構造。
