Description

【0001】

However, the conventionally used cleaning sheet can collect trash such as hair, cotton dust, and dust by entanglement with the fibers of the nonwoven fabric. However, fine trash, sand, pebbles, food fragments, rice grains, It was difficult to collect and collect all coarse solid refuse such as sesame grains having a size of about 1 mm or more with fibers. For this reason, these refuse had to be processed using a dustpan, a vacuum cleaner, or the like.
[0004]
Therefore, as described in Patent Literature 1 and Patent Literature 2 below, a cleaning sheet has been proposed in which dust that is entangled with fibers and cannot be collected is attached to an adhesive portion provided in a cleaning section of a cleaning cloth and collected. I have.
[0005]
However, these cleaning sheets cannot be collected by the normal cleaning method, i.e., the method of sliding the cleaning sheet on the surface to be cleaned, so that the user does not collect the dust on the adhesive portion. The cleaning sheet had to be pressed against the adhesive with a certain level of force from above the garbage. For this reason, even if the cleaning tool is pressed to attach the dirt, the adhesive portion is only partially present, so the collection efficiency is low, and among various types of non-collected dirt, coarse dirt, that is, If dust having a large particle size or dust having a large thickness is first collected on the adhesive portion, the coarse dust causes the cleaning portion of the cleaning sheet to be unable to adhere to the object to be cleaned. Garbage can not be collected, and garbage that could be collected by entangled in the fiber may not be collected.
[0006]
On the other hand, Patent Literature 3 below discloses a method in which a plurality of concave portions are provided at an edge between a wiping region and an attachment region of a cleaning sheet, and relatively large dust is removed through the concave portions at a central portion of the wiping portion of the cleaning sheet. Has been proposed.
[0007]
However, since this cleaning sheet has a linear portion along the width direction of the mounting tool between the adjacent concave portions on the edge, a normal wiping operation (for example, wiping with a floor or the like) When the operation of sliding the area) was performed, the entry of dust in the portion was hindered, and it was not possible to collect dust sufficiently.
Further, since the concave portion is merely provided, the ability to collect relatively large solid dust as described above is low, and the holding power is low, so that the dust cannot be sufficiently collected.

[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention is a cleaning sheet used by being mounted on a mounting portion of a cleaning tool, wherein a wiping portion arranged on a bottom surface side of the mounting portion when mounted on the mounting portion includes It has a plurality of adhesive concave portions that open in at least one direction of the front-rear direction or the left-right direction, and between the opening edges in the front-rear direction or the left-right direction of the adjacent concave portions, the front-rear direction. Alternatively, the object is achieved by providing a cleaning sheet having a pointed portion or a curved portion protruding in the left-right direction.
[0011]
The present invention also relates to a cleaning sheet that is used by being attached to a mounting portion of a cleaning tool, wherein the wiping portion located on the bottom surface side of the mounting portion when mounted on the mounting portion includes the mounting portion. The above object has been achieved by providing a cleaning sheet having an adhesive concave portion having a predetermined width extending in the width direction of the cleaning sheet.
[0012]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described based on preferred embodiments with reference to the drawings.
[0013]
FIGS. 1 to 3 show a first embodiment of the cleaning sheet of the present invention, and FIGS. 2 and 3 show a state where the cleaning sheet is mounted on a mounting portion of a cleaning tool. . In these figures, reference numeral 1 denotes a cleaning sheet, and reference numeral 2 denotes a cleaning tool.
[0014]
As shown in FIG. 1, the cleaning sheet 1 is provided in a rectangular shape in a plan view, and when the cleaning sheet 1 is mounted on a plate-like mounting portion 20 of the cleaning tool 2 as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, It has a wiping portion 1A arranged on the bottom surface side of the mounting portion 20 and a mounting portion 1B located on both sides of the wiping portion 1A and fixed to the mounting portion 20 on the upper surface side of the mounting portion 20.
[0015]
The size and shape of the cleaning sheet 1 are not particularly limited, but the length L and the width W1 are both ± 30% of the size (length and width) of the mounting portion 20 of the cleaning tool 2 based on the size (length and width). Are preferred. If the area of the mounting portion 20 of the cleaning tool 2 increases, the area of the wiping portion 1A of the cleaning sheet 1 also increases.
When the cleaning sheet 1 is applied to general household use, the length L is preferably 170 to 340 mm, and the width W2 of the wiping portion 1A is preferably 70 to 130 mm. The area of the wiping portion 1A is preferably 120 to 440 cm 2 .
[0016]
As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the wiping portion 1 </ b> A is provided with a plurality of adhesive concave portions 10 that open in the front-rear direction of the mounting portion 20 when mounted on the mounting portion 20. I have. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 3, in the present embodiment, the concave portions 10 are provided in a trapezoidal shape in plan view, and these concave portions 10 do not communicate with each other in the front and rear.
[0017]
When the cleaning sheet 1 is applied to general household use, the individual area of the concave portion 10 is preferably 0.1 to 120 cm 2 , particularly preferably 1 to 10 cm 2 . If the area of each concave portion is too small, it is quickly filled with the collected relatively large solid dust, and if it is too wide, the collecting ability of the portion other than the concave portion 10 in the wiping portion 1A becomes too low. For example, in the cleaning sheet 1 of the present embodiment, when the hair, cotton dust, dust, and the like are entangled or adsorbed on the fiber at the wiping sheet 12 described below, the amount of the collected water is reduced. Less.
[0018]
The total area of the concave portion 10 is preferably 70% or less, particularly 50% or less, and more preferably 30% or less of the area of the wiping portion 1A. Considering the balance between the collection of relatively large solid debris in the concave portion 10 and the collection of dirt in portions other than the concave portion 10 of the wiping portion 1A, the lower limit is preferably 5%.
[0019]
The depth of the concave portion 10 (in the present embodiment, the thickness of the wiping sheet 12 described later) d (see FIG. 2) is 0.5 to 10 mm in consideration of the size of relatively large solid dust to be collected. It is particularly preferably 1 to 7 mm, more preferably 2 to 5 mm. The length W3 of the concave portion 10 in the front-rear direction (depth from the end of the mounting portion 20) W3 is 5 in consideration of the fact that relatively large collected dust does not protrude and the amount of collected dust. WW1 × 0.8 mm, particularly preferably 1010〜W1 × 0.5 mm. When W1 is 100 mm, W3 is 80 mm at the maximum.
[0020]
The cleaning sheet 1 has a pointed portion 10b protruding in the front-rear direction between the opening edges 10a in the front-rear direction of the adjacent concave portions 10. That is, there is no edge extending in the width direction of the mounting portion 20 between the opening edges 10a in the front-rear direction of the adjacent concave portions 10.
[0021]
The cleaning sheet 1 has adhesiveness (adhesive strength) on a side surface portion (an edge portion of a wiping sheet 12 described later in this embodiment) 10c and a flat surface portion (bottom surface portion) 10d of the concave portion 10. The flat portion 10d of the concave portion 10 may be uneven or have a cut in addition to the flat surface. Further, an adhesive described later may be patterned with dots or various patterns on the side surface portion 10c and the flat surface portion 10d.
[0022]
The adhesiveness of the concave portion 10 is 32 times as large as the “nominal” of the ball according to the test method (JIS Z023714) of the adhesive tape or the adhesive sheet. Is preferably from 1 to 30, more preferably from 3 to 28, and even more preferably from 5 to 25. If the adhesive force is too weak, it is impossible to collect dust that could not be collected by the cleaning unit, and if it is too strong, when it adheres to the surface to be cleaned, it adheres too strongly, making it difficult to peel off, resulting in poor operability.
[0023]
Examples of the adhesive that imparts adhesiveness to the concave portion 10 include natural rubber-based, styrene / butadiene latex-based, styrene-based, acrylic-based, and silicone-based adhesives, thermoplastic rubber, ABA block copolymer, butyl rubber, polyisobutylene, and vinyl ether. Among them, styrene-based and acrylic-based pressure-sensitive adhesives are preferable from the viewpoints of processability, storage stability, persistence of adhesive strength, and transfer.
[0024]
The cleaning sheet 1 of the present embodiment includes a base sheet 11 and a wiping sheet 12 adhered and fixed substantially at the center of the surface of the base sheet 11. The edge of the wiping sheet 12 in the front-rear direction is cut out in a trapezoidal shape corresponding to the opening shape of each concave portion 10, and a triangular portion is arranged in parallel from the band-shaped portion 12 a of the wiping sheet 12 at the center in the front-rear direction. It is provided in a comb shape protruding forward and backward. That is, in the present embodiment, the concave portion 10 is provided at the end (thickness portion) of the wiping sheet 12 and the portion of the base sheet 11 that is exposed at the cutout portion of the wiping sheet 12. I have. For this reason, in the present embodiment, the depth of the concave portion 10 is a depth corresponding to the thickness of the wiping sheet 12. Further, the mounting portion 1B is formed of a base material sheet 11.
[0025]
The material of the base sheet 11 is not particularly limited as long as it can be mounted on the mounting portion 20, but in consideration of the mountability to the mounting portion 20, the holding property of the cleaning sheet 1, the rigidity, and the like, a cloth (nonwoven fabric) is used. , Woven fabric), paper (including synthetic resin mixed paper), elastic body, resin film and the like. In particular, by using an adhesive layer on the surface of the portion corresponding to the wiping portion 1A, the adhesiveness of the adhesive layer of the wiping sheet 12 and the adhesiveness of the adhesive layer can be directly used for the flat portion 10d of the concave portion 10.
[0026]
The basis weight of the base sheet 11 is preferably 5 to 100 g / m 2 in terms of operability, workability, rigidity, and flexibility. In addition, the thickness of the base sheet 11 is preferably 0.005 to 3 mm from the viewpoint of operability, workability, rigidity, flexibility, and the like.
[0027]
As the wiping sheet 12, a sheet conventionally used as a cleaning sheet for trapping dust by entanglement or adsorption to fibers can be used without any particular limitation. As the wiping sheet 12, besides a pile of paper, nonwoven fabric, film, fiber, etc., for example, a cleaning sheet described in paragraphs [0008] to [0018] of the specification of JP-A-7-184815 may be used. Can be. In addition, the wiping sheet 12 is used to carry a liquid agent containing at least one kind of an oil component such as a mineral oil, a synthetic oil, or a silicone oil or a surfactant, and to adsorb garbage to the fibers by the adsorbing force of the liquid agent. You can also.
[0028]
The basis weight of the wiping sheet 12 is preferably 20 to 400 g / m 2 in terms of operability, workability, rigidity, and flexibility. In addition, the thickness of the wiping sheet 12 is 0.5 to 10 mm, particularly 1 to 7 mm, and more preferably 2 to 5 mm in terms of the depth of the concave portion 10, operability, workability, rigidity, flexibility, and the like. Is preferred.
[0029]
The cleaning sheet 1 of the present embodiment has only a pointed portion 10b protruding toward the front-rear direction between the opening edges 10a in the front-rear direction of the adjacent concave portions 10, and the width of the mounting portion 20. Since it does not have an edge portion extending along the direction, the mounting portion 20 of the cleaning tool 2 is brought into contact with a surface to be cleaned (for example, a floor surface) to perform a normal wiping operation in which the mounting portion 20 is relatively large. To the concave portion 10 reaching the central portion of the wiping portion 1A of the cleaning sheet 1 to reliably collect the dust by the adhesive force, and to collect dust such as hair and dust on the surface of the wiping sheet 12. Can be.
[0030]
4 to 15 show second to twelfth embodiments of the cleaning sheet of the present invention. In these drawings, portions common to the cleaning sheet 1 of the first embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals, and description thereof is omitted. Therefore, the description in the first embodiment is appropriately applied to the parts that are not particularly described.
[0031]
The cleaning sheet of the present invention, like the cleaning sheet 1 'of the second embodiment shown in FIG. 4, increases the front-back length W3 of the concave portion 10, thereby increasing the area of the concave portion 10. To increase the amount of garbage collected.
[0032]
The cleaning sheet of the present invention is formed into an isosceles triangular shape in plan view at the front and rear edges of the wiping sheet 12, like the cleaning sheet 1 'of the third embodiment shown in FIG. The shape of the concave portion 10 may be an isosceles triangular shape in plan view. According to the cleaning sheet 1 'of the present embodiment, in addition to the effect of the cleaning sheet 1 of the first embodiment, the concave portion 10 narrows narrower toward the center of the wiping portion 1A. There is also obtained an effect that dust is fitted and collected from both sides in the narrow portion of the concave portion 10 near the center.
[0033]
The cleaning sheet according to the present invention is similar to the cleaning sheet 1 'according to the fourth embodiment shown in FIG. The area of each concave portion 10 can be increased by reducing the width. According to the cleaning sheet 1 'of the present embodiment, the concave portion 10 is further provided longer at the center side of the wiping portion 1A as compared with the third embodiment, and relatively large dust is removed as compared with the second embodiment. Many can be collected.
[0034]
The cleaning sheet of the present invention, like the cleaning sheet 1 ′ of the fifth embodiment shown in FIG. 7, has an edge in the front-rear direction of the wiping sheet 12 that is elliptical from the band-shaped portion 12 a at the center in the front-rear direction of the wiping sheet 12. Is formed by partially projecting the elliptical portion 12b so that the major axis is aligned in the front-rear direction, thereby forming the concave portion 10 between the adjacent opening edges 10a in the front-rear direction of the concave portion 10. A configuration having a curved portion 10b protruding in the front-rear direction may be employed. The cleaning sheet 1 'of this embodiment is provided such that the shape of the concave portion 10 is widened after the opening width is once narrowed from the center in the front-rear direction toward the opening direction, so that the effect of the first embodiment is obtained. In addition to this, it is possible to prevent the dust collected at the central portion of the wiping portion 1A from returning, and it is possible to increase a relatively large dust collecting capacity near the central portion.
[0035]
The cleaning sheet of the present invention, like the cleaning sheet 1 'of the sixth embodiment shown in FIG. 8, does not have the band-like portion 12a as in the first embodiment, and cannot see through the concave portion 10 in the front-rear direction. It can also be communicated back and forth as shown. According to the cleaning sheet 1 'of the present embodiment, the concave portion 10 can be widely secured, and relatively large dust can be collected also at the center of the wiping portion 1A in the front-rear direction. In addition, since the concave portion 10 cannot be seen in the front-rear direction, dust does not pass in the front-rear direction at the time of wiping and cleaning.
[0036]
The cleaning sheet of the present invention is different from the cleaning sheet 1 'of the seventh embodiment shown in FIG. 9 in that the strip-shaped portion 12a of the wiping sheet 12 in the first embodiment is not provided, and the edge of the wiping sheet 12 in the front-rear direction is provided. Instead of forming the portion in a comb-like shape, the diamond-shaped (parallelogram-shaped) wiping sheets 12 are arranged and fixed in a zigzag pattern on the base sheet 11, thereby forming the concave portion 10. May have a pointed portion 10b projecting in the front-rear direction between the opening edges 10a in the front-rear direction of the adjacent concave portions 10 so as to communicate in the front-rear direction so as not to be seen in the front-rear direction. it can. According to the cleaning sheet 1 'of this embodiment, relatively large dust can be collected substantially uniformly in the front-rear direction of the wiping portion 1A.
[0037]
The cleaning sheet of the present invention, like the cleaning sheet 1 ′ of the eighth embodiment shown in FIGS. 10 and 11, moves the distal end of the pointed portion 10 b further forward and backward from the substantially front and rear end of the mounting section 20. Protrusions may be provided, and the protruding portions may be pressed against corner walls or corners to scrape off dust and relatively large dust. The protruding length M of the pointed portion 10b can be appropriately set according to the material of the wiping sheet 12, but it is easy to scrape dust and relatively large dust, workability, and mounting property to the mounting portion 20. In consideration of the above, it is preferable that the protrusion length M be within 20 mm, particularly within 10 mm.
[0038]
The cleaning sheet according to the present invention includes, as in the cleaning sheet 1 ′ of the ninth embodiment shown in FIG. 12, a wiping portion 1A located on the bottom surface side of the mounting portion when mounted on the mounting portion. , That is, an adhesive concave portion 10 of a predetermined width W3 extending along the length L direction of the sheet 1 ′. The width (length or depth in the front-rear direction of the concave portion 10 from the end of the mounting portion) W3 is preferably 3 to W1 × 0.3 mm, particularly preferably 10 to W1 × 0.2 mm. According to the cleaning sheet 1 ′ of the present embodiment, large refuse that is lying long can be collected because of the continuous adhesive portion.
[0039]
Further, the cleaning sheet of the present invention may have a form in which the wiping sheets 12 are arranged at both ends of the concave portion 10 like the cleaning sheet 1 'of the tenth embodiment shown in FIG. In this case, in addition to the effects of the ninth embodiment, wiping can be performed stably.
[0040]
The cleaning sheet of the present invention is obtained by fixing the wiping sheet 12 with the intermediate base material 13 interposed on both sides of the base sheet 11 like the cleaning sheet 1 'of the eleventh embodiment shown in FIG. A form that can be used on both sides can also be used. In this case, the intermediate substrate 13 is preferably provided with a material such as a pile of pulp, nonwoven fabric, paper, film, fiber, sponge material, or rubber sheet. Further, the wiping sheet 12 can be directly fixed to both surfaces of the base sheet 11 without the intermediate base 13 interposed therebetween.
[0041]
Further, as in the cleaning sheet 1 'of the twelfth embodiment shown in FIG. 15, the wiping sheet 12 may be fixed symmetrically on both the front and back surfaces of the intermediate base material 13 so that both sides can be used. In this case, the mounting portions 1B are arranged in opposite directions from each other on the front and back surfaces of the intermediate base material 13 (in the present embodiment, in the front-rear direction) so that the wiping sheet 12 functions not only as the wiping portion 1A but also as the mounting portion 1B. It is preferable that a plurality of concave portions 10 be formed on the side where the mounting portion 1B does not protrude, as well as protruding.
[0042]
The present invention is not limited to the above embodiment at all, and can be appropriately modified without departing from the spirit of the present invention.
[0043]
The cleaning sheet of the present invention has only a pointed portion or a curved portion protruding in the front-rear direction between the opening edges in the front-rear direction of the adjacent concave portions, and extends along the width direction of the mounting portion. If the extending edge portion does not have a form, the concave portion may be provided in a form other than the above-described embodiment, for example, by combining the triangular shape and the elliptical shape with the shape of the peripheral portion of the wiping sheet, Instead of the elliptical shape shown in FIG. 7, the edge of the wiping sheet may be formed in a rhombic shape. Further, instead of the rhombic wiping sheet shown in FIG. 9, an elliptical wiping sheet may be fixed to the base sheet to provide a concave portion.
[0044]
As in the first embodiment, the cleaning sheet of the present invention preferably has a form in which the wiping sheet 12 is fixed and laminated on the base sheet 11, but embossing or partial embossing is performed on one sheet. The basis weight may be changed, the fibers may be stacked, or irregularities may be formed by heat sealing to form a desired concave portion, and the concave portion may be provided with tackiness as described above.
[0045]
Each concave portion 10 preferably has adhesiveness to both the side surface portion 10c and the flat surface portion 10d as in the above-described embodiment, but has adhesiveness to only one of the side surface portion 10 and the flat surface portion 10d. Can also be given.
[0046]
Further, the concave portion is preferably provided in both the front-rear direction and one side (see FIG. 14) as in each of the above-described embodiments, but may be provided in one or both directions in the left-right direction (width direction) of the mounting portion. It can also be provided.
[0047]
Further, the cleaning sheet of the present invention is provided such that the tip portion of the pointed portion or the curved portion is located substantially at the front and rear ends of the mounting portion, as in the above embodiment, or protrudes from the front and rear ends. However, it may be provided such that the tip of the pointed portion or the curved portion is located inside the front and rear ends or the left and right ends of the mounting portion of the cleaning tool.
[0048]
Further, the form of the mounting portion of the cleaning sheet of the present invention is not limited to the above embodiment, and can be appropriately set according to the form of the mounting portion of the cleaning tool.
For example, in the above-described embodiment, the mounting portion 1B is formed of the base sheet 11 as it is. However, the surface of the base sheet is provided with an adhesive property, and the adhesive property allows the mounting section 1B to be detachably fixed to the mounting portion of the cleaning tool. It may be.
[0049]
Further, as in a cleaning sheet 1 'shown in FIG. 16, the base sheet 11 has a form having a plurality of (two in FIG. 16 front and rear) pieces 11a at the front and rear ends. An embodiment in which the mounting portion 1B is used may be employed, and the cleaning sheet may be fixed by mounting the piece portion 11a to the mounting portion. When the length of the wiping sheet 12 is wider than the length of the mounting portion of the cleaning tool, the cleaning sheet 1 ′ of this embodiment can reduce waste of the base material sheet, and the mounting portion has the concave portion 10. It is preferable in order not to adhere.
[0050]
As described above, the shape of the mounting portion is not particularly limited as long as the cleaning sheet can be mounted and fixed on the mounting portion of the cleaning tool. Further, for example, a form in which a plurality of string-like bodies are projected from the base sheet to be an attachment portion is adopted, and the string-like body is tied to the attachment portion so that the cleaning sheet is attached to the attachment portion, or A configuration is adopted in which a plurality of elastic bodies such as rubber cords are provided between the front and rear ends or the left and right ends of the base sheet to form a mounting portion, and the elastic body is hung on the mounting portion, and the cleaning sheet is mounted on the mounting portion. It can also be attached.
[0051]
