BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an adsorbing single wafer apparatus for adsorbing a sheet body that adsorbs the uppermost sheet body among a plurality of stacked sheet bodies and separates it from other lower sheet bodies.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Technology that uses a printing plate (eg, PS plate, thermal plate, photopolymer plate, etc.) provided with a recording layer (photosensitive layer) on a support, and records an image directly on the photosensitive layer of the printing plate with a laser beam or the like Has been developed (printing plate exposure apparatus). With such a technique, it is possible to quickly record an image on a printing plate.
[0003]
Here, in the printing plate automatic exposure apparatus using the technology of image recording on the printing plate, a large number of printing plates are stacked and accommodated in the cassette, but the image forming surface of the printing plate is easily damaged. In order to protect the surface, protective sheets (interleaf sheets) are overlaid on the image forming surface of the printing plate, and these are sequentially laminated in layers and accommodated in a cassette. When a printing plate is fed, one end of the uppermost printing plate among a plurality of printing plates stacked in a cassette is adsorbed by a suction cup to be separated from the other, while taking out one by one and inverting it Sheets are fed (conveyed and supplied) to the next process (for example, exposure process).
[0004]
By the way, as described above, when the printing plate is adsorbed by the sucker and taken out one by one and turned upside down, the vacuum adhesion between the uppermost printing plate adsorbed by the sucker and the next (lower layer) printing plate. In some cases, even the next (lower layer) printing plate is lifted as it is due to static electricity.
[0005]
For this reason, conventionally, a so-called “separation plate” is provided in the middle of the movement trajectory that is lifted and lifted by suction by a suction cup (for example, at the upper corner of the cassette) The next (lower layer) printing plate was separated by passing or stopping for a certain period of time (see Patent Literature 1 or Patent Document 2).
[0006]
However, in such a separation method using a “spreading plate”, that is, for example, in a structure in which a “spreading plate” is provided at the upper corner of the cassette, the “spreading plate” is used when the printing plate is accommodated in the cassette. In the meantime, the user had to put the “plate” in the retracted state (while letting it escape) and perform the work of inserting and storing the printing plate, which caused the workability to deteriorate. Further, if the next (lower layer) printing plate is handled (separated) after passing through the “separator plate” when the printing plate is fed from the cassette, the separated next (lower layer) )) The printing plate runs on the “separator plate”, and there is a possibility that a suction failure will occur at the time of the next suction sheet. Further, such a “separator plate” needs to be adjusted in position according to the size of the printing plate, which also deteriorates workability.

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In consideration of the above fact, the present invention takes the uppermost sheet body into the next (lower) other sheet body when the uppermost sheet body is adsorbed and separated into a plurality of sheets. It is an object of the present invention to provide a sheet-adsorbing single wafer apparatus that can be reliably separated and stably separated.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The sheet body adsorbing single-wafer device of the invention according to claim 1 is a sheet body that adsorbs the uppermost sheet body among a plurality of stacked sheet bodies and separates the sheet body from the other lower sheet bodies. A suction single-wafer device, which is provided in a plurality at predetermined intervals along the width direction of the sheet body, and is connected to each suction disk, and each suction disk is connected to each suction disk. A negative pressure generation source that generates a pulsating negative pressure for adsorbing a body, and a decompression unit that releases the negative adsorption pressure to the atmosphere within a range in which each of the suction discs can adsorb the sheet body. When a body is adsorbed by each of the adsorbing plates and lifted by a predetermined amount, the depressurizing means releases the adsorption negative pressure of at least one of the adsorbing discs among the adsorbing discs to the atmosphere. The skirt is changed in conjunction with the pulsation cycle. Make, it is characterized in that.
[0010]
In the sheet-body adsorption single-wafer device according to claim 1, the uppermost sheet body among the plurality of stacked sheet bodies is adsorbed by the plurality of adsorption disks and is separated into sheets.
[0011]
Here, at the time of adsorption and sheet separation, a negative pressure generation source connected to each adsorption board generates a pulsating negative pressure. That is, the air in the pipe connected to each suction disk flows while repeating a high negative pressure and a low negative pressure at a predetermined cycle. In a state where the sheet body is adsorbed by the adsorbing disk (so-called completely adhering adsorbed state), air stops flowing and the pulsation disappears.
[0012]
When the sheet body is adsorbed by the adsorbing plate and lifted by a predetermined amount (for example, about 1 mm to 200 mm), the adsorbing negative pressure of at least one of the adsorbing plates can adsorb the sheet body by the decompression unit. Within the range, the pressure is reduced to the atmosphere. Thereby, the flow of the air in the pipe connected to the suction plate is generated, and the pulsation is reproduced. For this reason, a difference occurs in the suction force of the suction plate due to the difference in the negative pressure level of the pulsation, and the skirt portion of the suction plate is deformed up and down in conjunction with the pulsation within the range of the skirt stroke (to the natural state). The sheet body adsorbing position is displaced by being extended so as to approach or contracting again so as to approach the completely close adsorbing state).
[0013]
For this reason, when the suction position is displaced up and down in conjunction with the pulsation, the uppermost sheet member adsorbed by the suction disk is vibrated up and down (so-called “separation operation”), and the next (lower layer) ) Other sheet bodies are reliably separated.
[0014]
When the separation (separation operation) of the lower layer sheet is completed, release of the suction negative pressure of the suction plate by the decompression means to the atmosphere is stopped, and the vertical deformation (vibration) linked to the pulsation is stopped and the complete contact is again made. The sheet member is adsorbed in the adsorbed state, and only the uppermost sheet member is stably separated.
[0015]
In this case, since it is not a configuration using a so-called “spreading plate” as in the prior art, for example, when the printing plate as a sheet body is accommodated in a cassette, the “spreading plate” does not get in the way and workability is deteriorated. There is nothing to do. In addition, since there is no “separation plate”, the separated (lower layer) sheet body does not run on the “separation plate”, and suction failure occurs at the time of the next suction sheet. Is prevented, and stable suction single wafer operation can be secured.
[0016]
In addition, since the plurality of suction disks arranged along the width direction of the sheet body are displaced in conjunction with the negative pressure pulsation, the sheet body is vibrated (spreading operation). It is not necessary to adjust the arrangement position of the “separation plate” according to the size, and this also improves the workability and expands the range of application.
[0017]
Furthermore, since a relatively high frequency vibration can be generated in the sheet body, the degree of air entering between the lower sheet body is accelerated and the separation performance (separation performance) is greatly improved. Therefore, the operation time for sheet-feeding and the cycle time for this sheet-fed operation can be greatly shortened.
[0018]
In this way, in the sheet body adsorption single wafer device according to claim 1, when the uppermost sheet body is adsorbed and separated into a plurality of stacked sheet bodies, The separation performance (separation performance) of the sheet body is greatly improved, and the uppermost sheet body can be reliably separated from the lower layer sheet body, and the sheet can be stably separated.
[0019]
Note that the negative pressure generating source can be configured by applying a reciprocating vacuum pump using a piston or a diaphragm. Further, the pressure reducing means can be configured by combining an electromagnetic two-way valve and a variable throttle valve with a check valve.
