Abstract
【解決手段】ビスフェノールAを含有する晶析原料を晶析装置に供給してビスフェノールAとフェノールとの付加物の結晶またはビスフェノールA結晶を晶析させ、晶析装置から抜き出されたスラリーを固液分離して結晶を回収する方法において、母液の一部を晶析装置に循環させる。

Description
実施例1において、母液のポイントAへの循環をしない外は、実施例1と実質的に同様に操作した。
図2に示すプロセスフローシートに従ってBPA結晶の連続晶析を行った。ただし、晶析母液循環ラインL9は使用しなかった。図2中の、晶析槽2は内部に攪拌機を備えた外部ジャケット式である。

Claims (5)
- ビスフェノールAを含有する晶析原料を晶析装置に供給してビスフェノールAとフェノールとの付加物の結晶またはビスフェノールA結晶を晶析させ、晶析装置から抜き出されたスラリーを固液分離して結晶を回収する方法において、母液の一部を晶析装置に循環させることを特徴とする改善された連続晶析方法。
- 母液の晶析装置への循環量が晶析装置からのスラリー抜き出し量の5〜60重量%である請求項1に記載の連続晶析方法。
- 晶析装置へ循環させる母液が0.01〜10重量%の割合で微結晶を含有する請求項1又は2に記載の連続晶析方法。
- 晶析装置が冷却器を備えた外部循環ラインを有するものであり、母液の晶析装置への循環先が外部循環ラインである、請求項1〜3の何れかに記載の連続晶析方法。
- 晶析原料調製槽の出口温度と晶析槽の出口温度との差が5〜35℃である請求項1〜4の何れかに記載の連続晶析方法。
