Abstract
Description
【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an accelerator pedal device applied to a vehicle or the like employing a drive-by-wire system.
[0002]
[Prior art]
A conventional accelerator pedal device applied to a drive-by-wire system includes a main body (supporting member) connected to a vehicle body or the like, a rotating member (accelerator rotor) rotatably supported by the main body, and fixed to the rotating member. Pedal arm, a tension-type return spring that is stretched between the upper end of the pedal arm and the main body and returns the pedal arm to the rest position. 2. Description of the Related Art There has been known a device provided with a bearing plate that generates hysteresis in (pedal load), a contact-type position sensor that detects an angular position of a pedal arm, and the like (for example, see Patent Document 1).
[0003]
[Patent Document 1]
JP 2001-180326 A
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the above-mentioned conventional accelerator pedal device, the rotating member (accelerator rotor) is rotatably supported by the main body using a shaft and a nut separately formed as a single item, and a bearing plate that generates hysteresis. And the like are also formed as separate components and attached to the main body, and further, the return spring is also stretched out on the outside of the main body.
[0005]
Therefore, when assembling the apparatus, fastening parts such as nuts and screws for assembling a plurality of parts are required, and the fastening work thereof is required. Further, since the return spring is stretched in an exposed state, not only does the work of stretching need to be performed, but also a space for the extension is required, so that the size of the apparatus is increased, and furthermore, the state is exposed. For this reason, there is a risk of interfering with other components or of catching foreign matter between the coils.
[0006]
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to reduce the number of parts as much as possible, simplify the structure, reduce the size of the accelerator pedal, and easily assemble the accelerator pedal. It is to provide a device.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
An accelerator pedal device according to the present invention includes a main body, a rotating member rotatably supported by the main body, a pedal arm that is fixedly connected to the rotating member and holds an accelerator pedal that applies a pedaling force, and a pedal arm. A return spring for urging the return member to the rest position, wherein the pivot member has one of a support shaft or a bearing hole for coupling to the main body, The other of the support shaft and the bearing hole is formed in the main body, and the connection of the pedal arm to the rotating member and the swing of the connected and fixed pedal arm are allowed, and the pedal arm in the axial direction of the support shaft. In this configuration, a restricting portion for restricting the movement of is formed.
According to this configuration, when assembling the turning member and the pedal arm to the main body, first, the bearing hole (or the supporting shaft) formed in the turning member is inserted into the support shaft (or the bearing hole) formed in the main body. By being fitted, the turning member is rotatably assembled to the main body, and furthermore, by connecting and fixing the pedal arm to the turning member through the restricting portion provided on the main body, the restricting portion is moved through the pedal arm. The pedal arm is assembled so as to be able to turn within a predetermined range integrally with the turning member while preventing the turning member from falling off. As described above, the apparatus can be assembled simply by fitting and connecting the components without using fastening parts such as a shaft, a nut, and a screw as in the related art, so that the structure can be reduced by reducing the number of components. Simplification and downsizing of the device can be achieved, and the assembling work can be easily performed.
[0008]
In the above configuration, it is possible to adopt a configuration in which the restricting portion includes a long hole formed to extend in the swinging direction.
According to this configuration, since the restricting portion is formed as the long hole formed in the main body, the structure of the restricting portion can be simplified. After the turning member is fitted into the main body, the pedal arm is connected to the turning member through the long hole. Just assembling and fixing to is completed.
[0009]
In the above configuration, the rotating member is formed so as to define a concave portion that opens toward the main body, and the return spring is housed in the concave portion of the rotating member, and one end of the return spring is locked toward the main body. A configuration can be adopted in which the other end is formed of a torsion spring locked to a part of the rotating member.
According to this configuration, it is only necessary to fit the rotating member while receiving the return spring in the concave portion of the rotating member such that one end faces the main body and the other end is locked to a part of the rotating member. , A return spring and a rotating member can be assembled. In addition, since a torsion spring is employed as the return spring and is arranged so as to be surrounded by the rotating member, the components can be centralized, and thus the device can be downsized, and the return spring interferes with other components. Can be prevented.
[0010]
In the above configuration, there is provided a hysteresis generating mechanism for generating a hysteresis load in the pedaling force with the movement of the pedal arm, and the hysteresis generating mechanism is formed in the concave portion of the rotating member so as to have a center coaxially with the support shaft. A frictional member which is detachably supported by the main body so as to have a swing center closer to the support shaft than the sliding surface and which is arranged to contact the sliding surface; The urging force is formed so as to increase with stepping, and is accommodated in the recess so as to exert the urging force so as to press the friction member against the sliding surface, and one end thereof is locked to the free end side of the friction member. A configuration including a torsion spring whose other end is locked to a part of the rotating member can be adopted. According to this configuration, the friction member is attached to the main body, and one end is locked on the free end side of the friction member, and the other end is locked on a part of the rotating member. The torsion spring and the rotating member can be easily assembled in a state in which the friction member is pressed against the sliding surface of the rotating member only by fitting the rotating member into the rotating member. Further, the hysteresis generation mechanism can be formed with a simple structure with a small number of parts.
[0011]
In the above configuration, a configuration can be adopted in which the torsion spring of the hysteresis generating mechanism also serves as a return spring.
According to this configuration, since the return action of the pedal arm and the action of generating a hysteresis load can be obtained with one torsion spring, the number of parts can be reduced, so that the apparatus can be reduced in size, simplified, and cost reduced. Achieved.
[0012]
In the above configuration, a position sensor that detects the angular position of the pedal arm is provided, and the position sensor may be configured by a non-contact magnetic sensor in which the components are embedded in the main body and the rotating member. .
According to this configuration, since the components of the position sensor are preliminarily embedded in the main body and the rotating member, respectively, the assembly can be completed simply by fitting without having to perform high-precision positioning during assembly. The assembling work becomes easy.
