Abstract
Description
【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a frame structure for an automobile seat, and more particularly to a cushion frame structure for a seat cushion for sharing parts.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, there has been proposed a cushion frame structure in which a cushion frame is shared between a seat with a height mechanism capable of adjusting the height of the seat and a seat without the height mechanism, thereby reducing parts and cost.
[0003]
Normally, left and right seat cushion frames are symmetrically arranged on the seat, and a seat back frame is attached to a portion protruding above the rear end of the seat via reclining devices on both left and right sides so as to be tilt-adjustable.
In the case of a conventional seat with a height mechanism, the left and right seat cushion frames are attached to the upper rail of the slide rail with bolts or the like via the rotatable front and rear and left and right link pieces of the height mechanism, and the interlocking pipe of the height mechanism is used. The left and right seat cushion frames are connected via the.
[0004]
In the case of a seat having no height mechanism, appropriate portions in front of and behind the left and right seat cushion frames are directly attached to the upper rails of the slide rails by bolts or the like, and left and right by connecting plates or the like (rear frame or the like). Are connected to each other. (For example, see Patent Document 1)
[0005]
[Patent Document 1]
JP-A-2000-116449 (page 6, FIG. 1)
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The seat cushion frame of the seat having the above-described height mechanism is attached to the upper rail of the slide rail via a rotatable link piece. For this reason, even when a large impact load is input to the seat cushion frame from the seat back frame, the reclining device, or the like when the vehicle is hit from behind, the link pieces are deflected by the bending of the link pieces and the displacement of the rotation support shaft of the link pieces. Therefore, the seat cushion frame is not damaged so as to cause a crack. However, if the seat cushion frame of the seat with the height mechanism is used as it is for the seat without the height mechanism, the seat cushion frame is directly attached to the upper rail of the slide rail with bolts, etc. A large impact load acts on the vicinity of the frame where the reclining device is attached, and there is a possibility that the frame may be damaged such as a crack.
This is caused by using high-tensile steel to reduce the weight of the cushion frame, or by setting the strength of the cushion frame on the premise of providing a height mechanism.
[0007]
In order to solve such a problem, if the strength of the seat cushion frame is set on the assumption that the seat does not have a height mechanism, the seat with the height mechanism becomes excessively strong due to excessive strength, and the cost increases. Causes a problem. Further, when a seat cushion frame on the premise of a seat having a height mechanism is used for a seat having no height mechanism by reinforcing a reinforcing member by welding or the like, there is a disadvantage that the weight increases.
[0008]
Therefore, the present invention prevents the occurrence of the crack by allowing a seat cushion frame on the premise of a seat having a height mechanism to be shared with a seat having no height mechanism by adding a simple and efficient reinforcing member. An object of the present invention is to provide a cushion frame structure of a lightweight seat cushion.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention for achieving the above object has a reclining device that has left and right side frames, and a connecting member that connects a front portion and a rear portion of both side frames, and that projects upwardly behind the both side frames. In the cushion frame in which the attachment portions are integrally formed, the front sides of the both side frames are fixed to the upper rails, and a substantially triangular arm is provided on the rear side, and a long side of the arm is provided. The upper connection point is fixed to both side frames, the lower connection point on the long side is fixed to the upper rail, and the top of the short side is further arranged at the rear of the seat and fixed to both side frames. The long side of the arm is arranged substantially in parallel with a boundary portion between the main body portion extending in the front and rear directions of the both side frames and the mounting portion.
Further, in the above configuration, the frame structure of the vehicle seat has a connecting means for connecting the left and right arms, and the left and right side frames are integrated in a form having an appropriate degree of freedom (twist absorption). It is characterized by the configuration described above.
[0010]
With this configuration, when a large impact load is input to the side frame from the seat back side, the strength of the
Also, even if impact loads of different magnitudes are input to the side frame mounting portions from the left and right seat back sides, the left and right side frames have an appropriate degree of freedom (twist absorption) by connecting means such as connecting pipes and fixing pieces. The rigidity of the cushion frame is high because it is integrated in a bent shape, and extreme left and right torsional deformation is prevented.
[0011]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 shows a frame structure of a vehicle seat according to the present invention, and shows a configuration in which a seat cushion frame (not shown) premised on a seat having a height mechanism is commonly used for a seat having no height mechanism. .
