Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an electrostatic countermeasure structure for an electronic device.
[0002]
[Prior art]
An operation member such as an operation button or a dial of an electronic device is generally subjected to metal plating or metal vapor deposition processing to improve the appearance and quality, and is formed to have conductivity. Static electricity is stored in such an operation member, and there is a concern that the electronic device may be electrostatically damaged due to discharge of the stored static electricity.
[0003]
In order to solve such a problem of electrostatic breakdown, in an electronic device such as a camera in which the outer case is formed of a conductive material such as aluminum, an insulating film that covers the surface of the outer case is used. There is a technique in which a discharge surface is formed by removing the portion by means such as scraping off and static electricity is released from the discharge surface to the outer case. (For example, refer to Patent Document 1).
[0004]
This technology uses the characteristic that static electricity is discharged to a portion close to the edge distance, and the edge surface to be discharged to a part of the exterior case that is closer than the edge distance of the electronic circuit inside the electronic device. To discharge the outer case. Although this technique is an excellent technique, it does not cause contact discharge, so there is room for improvement in terms of certainty.

[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
It is an object of the present invention to provide an electrostatic countermeasure structure for an electronic device that is more reliable than such a conventional technique.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems, and is an electrostatic countermeasure structure for an electronic apparatus characterized by taking the following technical means. That is, the present invention provides an electronic device characterized in that a conductive elastic material mounted on a flexible circuit board is disposed in contact with the operation member within a movable range of the operation member having conductivity of the electronic device. This is an electrostatic countermeasure structure of the device. As the conductive elastic material, for example, a metal coil spring or a spring can be used. Further, the arrangement so as to be in contact with the operation member may be urged or coupled so as to be in constant contact with the operation member, or may be in contact with the movement of the operation member.
[0008]
According to the present invention, an elastic material made of a conductive spring or the like is mounted on the flexible circuit board so that the elastic material contacts the operation member. For this reason, static electricity accumulated in the operation member is grounded via the elastic material and the flexible circuit board. Therefore, static electricity is not accumulated in the operation member, and troubles due to static electricity can be completely eliminated.
[0009]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. FIG. 2 is an explanatory view showing a cross section of the operation switch 10 showing the prior art. The operation switch 10 has a metal plating or metal vapor deposition surface. The key top 11 of the operation switch 10 is provided through the hole of the metal case 40. By pressing this key top, the contact part 12 of the operation switch opens and closes the switch 20 mounted on the circuit board 30. The metal case 40 is made of, for example, an aluminum alloy, and the surface thereof is covered with an insulating film 41. A part of this insulating film is scraped off by machining or the like, and the exposed metal surface 42 is provided at a position close to the key top 11 of the operation switch 10. When the lower flange 13 of the operation switch 10 is close to the metal exposed surface 42, the static electricity stored in the key top 11 is creeped and discharged to the metal case 40. However, since the contact discharge does not occur, static electricity is accumulated in the key top 11 to some extent, and it cannot be said that the failure due to static electricity is surely eliminated.
[0010]
FIG. 1 is an explanatory view showing an electrostatic countermeasure structure of an electronic apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention.
[0011]
In this embodiment, the conductive coil spring 14 is mounted on the flexible circuit board 30 so as to come into contact with the lower surface of the lower flange 13 of the operation switch 10 as an electrostatic countermeasure structure of the electronic device. The conductive spring 14 may be coupled or biased so as to always contact the lower surface of the lower flange 13, or may be contacted when the operation switch 10 is operated. Although the number of the conductive springs 14 may be one, the reliability can be further enhanced if a plurality of the conductive springs 14 are provided. Further, for other purposes, for example, a member used as an urging material may be composed of a conductive material.
[0012]
As a result of the measures of the present invention, a part of the operation switch 10 is grounded via the flexible circuit board 30, and static electricity is immediately discharged and is not accumulated. Therefore, the electronic device is not damaged at all by the discharge of the accumulated static electricity.
[0013]
【The invention's effect】
Since the electrostatic countermeasure structure of the electronic device of the present invention is configured as described above, static electricity is not accumulated on the key top of the operation switch, and the failure of the electronic device due to static electricity can be completely eliminated. There is an excellent effect.
