Claims (11)

 筒状の被接続物を挿入して接続可能に開口する接続部を先端に備える有底円筒状の外筒と、
 該外筒の軸心に沿って延設されて後端が外筒の底部外方に連通し、先端が前記接続部から所定距離を存して該外筒内部に位置すると共に該接続部に向って軸線方向に開口する中空の管体と、
 前記外筒にその軸線方向に進退自在に収納されて前進位置において該外筒及び前記管体を閉塞する弾性材料による閉塞部材と、
 該閉塞部材における前記管体の先端に対向する位置に、該閉塞部材の後退に伴って前記管体が挿通する挿通孔と、
 該挿通孔を閉塞する方向に閉塞部材の外周から締め付ける締め付け手段と、
 前記管体が前記挿通孔を貫通したとき、該管体に沿って後退した閉塞部材を前進方向に付勢する付勢手段とを備えることを特徴とする継ぎ手装置。
