Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a yarn feeding device in a knitting machine.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In a conventional circular knitting machine, a yarn feeder is placed at a plurality of locations along the periphery of a cylinder, and a plurality of yarns are held for each yarn feeder. Is selected and supplied to express the handle. Each of the plurality of arranged yarn feeders selects and operates one of a plurality of yarn guide arms, each of which is to be held by a plurality of yarns, which are inserted one by one into a yarn introduction hole at the tip end, and the yarn guide arm is operated. When a predetermined yarn to be held is put out to the knitting position or when knitting is stopped by the yarn, the yarn held by the yarn guide arm at the knitting position is retreated from the knitting position. The operation of the thread guide arm operates a selector such as an actuator or a solenoid according to a signal from a storage medium, and directly or indirectly transmits the movement of the selector such as an actuator to the thread guide member (Patent Documents 1 and 2). , 3).
[0003]
The actuation of the actuator by a signal from the storage medium is completed when the vibrating claw of the actuator swings from the standby position to the operating position and returns to the original standby position, but the time required during that time is short, and the operation of the actuator causes the thread to move. If the guide arm is displaced and the bat of the thread guide arm comes into contact with the thread guide arm extension cam and there is any discrepancy in the movement until the thread guide arm starts to advance to the yarn feeding position, the bat and cam of the thread guide arm There is a possibility that the knitting machine may not be brought into contact or may be damaged or other troubles may occur between these members and between other members, which may cause the knitting machine to stop.
[0004]
Also, since the yarn feeders provided at the plurality of positions must be provided with an actuator or a solenoid, respectively, the number of the installed yarn feeders increases, and for example, a yarn feeding arm for feeding one yarn. If one actuator or the like is provided to operate the device, the number of the actuators is equal to the number of yarns, and the device itself becomes large and complicated.

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In view of the above, the present invention relates to a circular knitting machine having a plurality of yarn feeding devices each having a plurality of yarn guiding arms, wherein a yarn guiding member is selected by an actuator or the like through an intervening member such as a selector. An object of the present invention is to provide a lock mechanism capable of fixing the advance when the guide arm moving cam is advanced into the trajectory of the guide arm moving cam, thereby preventing the thread guide arm from being deflected. Further, the selection means such as the actuator is circulated between the yarn feeding devices so that only one common device is used, thereby simplifying the device. Furthermore, the movable blade for cutting the yarn end is operated in conjunction with the movement of the yarn guide arm, and the reliability of the operation is enhanced.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In the yarn feeding device having a plurality of yarns, one of the yarn guiding members of the yarn feeding device is moved by a selecting means such as an actuator via an intervening member such as a selector. A lock mechanism is provided that can fix the advanced state when the cam is advanced into the trajectory of the cam.
In the second aspect, the state in which the yarn guide member is advanced into the trajectory of the yarn guide arm moving cam is fixed when the yarn guide member advances to the yarn supply position and when the yarn guide member retreats from the yarn supply position. is there.
According to the third aspect, when at least one of the plurality of thread guide members is advanced into the trajectory of the thread guide arm moving cam through an intervening member such as a selector by a selection means such as an actuator. A selection means such as an actuator is provided so as to be able to circulate and move between a plurality of yarn feeding devices having a lock mechanism capable of fixing the advanced state.
According to the fourth aspect, the moving blade of the yarn guide member and the moving blade of the yarn end cutting member are provided in cooperation with each other, and the moving blade is moved relative to the fixed blade when the yarn guide member retreats to cut the yarn supply.
[0008]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
An embodiment of a circular knitting machine of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 shows a longitudinal sectional view of the yarn feeding device 1. The yarn feeding device 1 is provided above a cylinder 3 having a plurality of needles 2. Although the number of installations is not particularly limited, in the case of a plurality of units, an equal interval is desirable.

The yarn feeder 1 includes a selector lever guide 6 composed of a block having a selector lever groove 5 into which a plurality of selector levers 4 described later are fitted in parallel with side plates 7, 7. , 7 are suspended on an annular body 10 which forms part of a circular knitting machine frame by means of a shaft 8 and an arm 9 provided on both sides of the upper part. A bolt 12 hanging from the arm 9 is supported on a shaft 11 provided over the distal ends of the side plates 7, 7, and by adjusting it, the level of the yarn feeding device 1 is secured.
[0010]
In each selector lever groove 5, a selector lever 4 is swingably supported by a shaft 15 extending between the side plates 7, 7, respectively. A bat 16 projects from the upper edge of the selector lever 4. The bat 16 causes the selector levers 4 (six in the illustrated example) inserted into one selector lever guide 6 to project the bat 16 to different positions. A selector lever guide located in the selector lever guide 6 is bent in a substantially rectangular shape, and a central protruding portion 19 is provided at a central portion thereof, which is in contact with an upper butt 18 of a thread guide arm 17 described later. A pin 20 is provided on a side surface of the selector lever 4. A spring end support rod 21 is provided between the side plates 7 and 7, and a spring 22 is wound around the shaft 15 between the pin 20 and the spring end support rod 21, and the selector lever 4 is always turned on in FIG. The bat 16 is urged so as to rotate in the counterclockwise direction, that is, so as to always project upward.
[0011]
An actuator 25 is provided above the selector butt 16. The actuator 25 is supported by an arm or the like that protrudes from a central rotation axis so as to rotate synchronously with a rotating portion of the circular knitting machine, that is, a driving portion such as a cam mechanism for operating a needle. Therefore, the operation of the needle 2 and the operation of the actuator 25 are completely synchronized.
[0012]
The actuator 25 is provided with swinging claws 26 (six in the illustrated example) at its lower part. Each swinging pawl 26 is opposed to each bat 16 of the plurality of selector levers 4, and if no signal is output to the actuator 25, the tip is positioned to the left as shown in the figure, and for example, one out of six When a signal is output, the swinging pawl 26 moves the tip to the right, abuts against the bat 16 of the selector lever 4 opposed thereto, and pushes down the bat 16.
A thread guide arm 17 paired with the selector lever 4 is provided below the selector lever 4 by being supported by guide bars 27 and 28 extending between the side plates 7 and 7.
[0013]
The thread guide is provided by slidably fitting the guide bar 27 and the M-shaped guide groove 29 provided at the base of the thread guide arm 17 and the V-shaped guide groove 30 provided near the center and the guide bar 28, respectively. The arm 17 is supported so as to be able to move forward and backward in the left-right direction of the drawing, and the end of the spring 32 supported by the spring support rods 31 is in contact with the lower edge of the thread guide arm 17 so that the entire thread guide arm 17 is always in a state. It is biased so that it can move upward. 33 and 34 are positioning concave portions, and 35 is an upper concave fitting portion.
[0014]
A lock mechanism 40 is provided between the selector lever 4 and the thread guide arm 17. Lock levers 43 and 44 are swingably supported by the pair of support shafts 41 and 42, respectively. The lock levers 43 and 44 have a symmetrical shape, and have a projection 45 and a flat portion 46 at the ends, and both ends are pulled together by a spring 47 locked to the ends at the ends. 48 and 49 are stoppers.
[0015]
Each of the yarn guide arms 17 is provided with a cutter for cutting and holding the yarn guided by the yarn guide arm 17 at rest. The cutter includes a fixed blade 60, a moving blade 61, and a thread presser plate 62, each of which forms a plate-like body. The fixed blade 60, the moving blade 61, and the thread presser plate 62 are connected to the thread guide arm 17 with the moving blade 61 at the center. They are stacked in a stacked state. Hooks 63, 64, 65 are provided at the tips of the fixed blade 60, the moving blade 61, and the thread holding plate 62, respectively. A cutting blade 63 a is provided outside the hook 63, and a cutting blade 64 a is provided inside the hook 64. I have. The fixed blade 60 and the thread presser plate 62 are supported by bars 66, 67, 68 and guide bars 27, 28 extending between the side plates 7, 7. The moving blade 61 is inserted therein and inserted into guide holes 27 and 28 provided at two locations on the left and right, and is supported so as to be slidable left and right. Further, a pin 71 is provided on a side surface of the moving blade 61 so that when the pin comes into contact with the side wall 35 a of the upper concave portion 35 of the thread guide arm 17, the pin 71 can be moved by being pushed by the pin 71.
[0016]
Next, the operation of the device of the present invention will be described.
When the yarn feeding device 1 is not performing yarn feeding at all, as shown in FIG. 1, the selector lever 4 moves up the upper edge by the bias of the spring 22 and projects the bat 16.
Then, the thread guide arm 17 is urged upward by the spring 32 in a retracted state to draw the lower bat 36 into the yarn feeding device 1. When it is necessary to feed the yarn of the yarn supplying device 1 when the rotating actuator 25 contacts the yarn supplying device 1, the actuator 25 is operated and the predetermined swinging claw 26 is swung. The bat 16 is moved and brought into contact with the bat 16. The butt 16 is thereby pushed in. As shown in FIG. 2, the selector lever 4 moves the tip 4a downward to abut the upper bat 18 of the thread guide arm 17, and pushes down the thread guide arm 17 against the force of the spring 32. The lower bat 36 is projected. As a result, the lower bat 36 enters the trajectory of the dispensing cam 51, is pushed by the dispensing cam 51 with the rotation of the knitting machine, and moves along the slope 51a of the dispensing cam 51 as shown in FIG. It moves to the left in FIG. 2 and becomes the state shown in FIG. That is, the V-shaped guide groove 30 fitted with the guide bar 28 is located at a position where the V-shaped guide groove 30 is fitted with the guide bar 28 at the bottom of the V-shape, so that the thread guide hole 53 of the thread guide arm 17 rises and moves horizontally. The knitting needle 2 held by the knitting machine cylinder 3 at the top.
[0017]
Then, the lower butt 36 of the thread guide arm 17 reaches near the top of the delivery cam 51 shown in FIG. 7, and the protrusion of the tip of the lock lever 44 with the side wall 35a of the upper concave fitting portion 35 of the thread guide arm 17 as shown in FIG. The portion 45 contacts, and the lock lever 44 turns clockwise as it is. When the lower butt 36 of the thread guide arm 17 reaches the top of the lifting cam 51, the thread guide arm 17 is guided by the guide bars 27 and 28 to advance as shown in FIG. By raising the rear end of the thread guide arm 17 for fitting the guide bar 27 and the lower arm of the M-shaped guide groove 29, the lower bat 36 is pulled into the yarn feeding device, and at the same time, the leading end of the thread guide arm 17 is The yarn guide hole 53 slightly descends and stops at the position where the yarn is supplied to the needle 2. At this time, as the thread guide arm 17 advances, the pin 71 of the moving blade 61 which is in contact with the side wall 35a of the upper concave portion 35 of the thread guide arm 17 is also pushed, so that the moving blade 61 also advances, and the fixed blade 60 and the presser A U-shaped open blade 64 a appears above the hook 64 of the moving blade 61 hidden between the hooks 63 and 65 of the plate 62. The knitting is performed without the yarn Y being fed entering the hook 64 having the blade 64a during the yarn feeding.
[0018]
The yarn supply by the yarn guide arm 17 advances a predetermined course, and then the yarn is switched. This yarn switching corresponds to stopping the first yarn supply of one yarn supply device 1 and performing the second yarn supply. Therefore, the supply of the yarn and the supply of the new yarn are simultaneously performed by the operation of the actuator 25 in which the timings are matched.
However, both the new and old yarns are supplied in a slightly aligned manner for the wale as described later. However, since the actuation of the actuator 25 is extremely short, the pressing of the bat 16 does not continue for a long time, and the selector lever 4 immediately returns to the original position.
[0019]
To stop the yarn that has been supplied up to that time, it is performed as follows.
When the actuator 25 is operated while the yarn is being fed in the state shown in FIG. 5 and the butt 16 of the selector lever 4 is pushed by the swinging pawl 26 of the actuator 25, the selector lever 4 The upper butt 18 of the thread guide arm 17 is pushed by the central projecting portion 19 in the turning direction. However, since the operation time of the actuator 25 is extremely short, the pressing of the bat 16 does not continue for a long time, and the selector lever 4 immediately returns to the original position by the elastic force of the spring 22. When the upper butt 18 of the thread guide arm 17 is pressed by the central projection 19 of the selector lever 4, the thread guide arm 17 pivots clockwise around the guide bar 28, and the tip of the thread is moved to the side wall 35 a of the positioning recess 35. The lock lever 44, which has been in contact with the projection 45, is released and pulled by a spring 47 as shown in FIG. 6, and pivots in the counterclockwise direction to bring the flat portion 46 into contact with the shoulder 18a of the upper butt 18, thereby causing the selector lever Even when the pressing of the central protruding portion 19 due to the return to the original position of 4 is released, the thread guide arm 17 does not put the lower bat 36 into the yarn feeding device 1 even if it receives the resilient force of the spring 32, and the projecting stationary It is in a locked state to keep the state.
[0020]
By this operation, the thread guide arm 17 pivots around the guide bar 28 in the clockwise direction to project the lower bat 36 out of the yarn feeding device 1. For this purpose, the lower bat 36 comes into contact with the return cam 52 and is pulled down. When the return of the thread guide arm 17 by the return cam 52 is disclosed, the shoulder 18a of the upper bat 18 also moves rightward in FIG. 6, so that the flat portion 46 and the protrusion 45 of the lock lever 44 are disengaged from the shoulder 18a. The lock is unwound. However, due to the relationship between the shape of the M-shaped guide groove 29 and the guide bar 27, the lower bat 36 is supplied until the thread guide arm 17 is pulled in most and the guide bar 27 enters the concave fitting portion 29a at the end of the M-shaped guide groove 29. It protrudes below the yarn device 1. When the return cam 52 and the bat 36 are disengaged from each other, in the yarn feeding device 1, the yarn guiding arm 17 pushes the positioning concave portion 34 upward by the elastic force of the spring 32, and When the end recess 29a of the shaped guide groove 29 and the guide bar 27 are fitted, the rear end of the thread guide arm 17 pivots upward, and the lower bat 36 enters the yarn feeding device 1.
[0021]
When the thread guide arm 17 is retracted, the side wall 35b of the concave portion 35 of the thread guide arm 17 engages with the pin 71 of the moving blade 61 projecting forward and opening the hook 64, and the pin 71 is moved as the thread guide arm 17 retracts. The hook of the moving blade 61 is retracted through the intermediary. When the thread guide arm 17 retracts prior to this, the guide hole 53 of the thread guide arm 17 is in contact with the hook 64 of the movable blade 61 at the timing when the pin 71 of the moving blade and the concave side wall 35 b of the thread guide arm 17 abut. Since the positions coincide with each other, the guided yarn enters the hook 64, and the further moving blade 61 retreats due to the subsequent retreat of the yarn guiding arm 17, and the yarn becomes the blade 64 of the moving blade 61 and the blade of the fixed blade 60. The thread end is held by being cut between the hook 64 of the moving blade 61 and the hook 65 of the thread presser plate 62.
[0022]
The fact that the knitting pause yarn and the yarn for newly starting knitting are slightly simultaneously knitted will be described.
The actuator 25 simultaneously operates the swinging pawls 26, 26 on the selector levers 4, 4 of the old and new yarns, so that the selector levers 4, 4 of both yarns simultaneously engage the lower butt 36 of the guide arms 17, 17 of the old and new yarns. , 36a (36a is shown in FIG. 7), the delivery cam 51 at the position preceding in the rotation direction of the knitting machine first comes into contact with the lower bat 36 of the yarn guide arm 17 of a new yarn, and When ascending along the slope 51a and reaching the top of the cam 51, the lower bat 36 is hidden in the yarn feeding device 1 by the above-described operation, and does not abut the subsequent return cam 52. Next, since the return cam 52 at the subsequent position acts on the lower bat 36a of the yarn guiding arm for stopping the yarn supply, both yarns are supplied only during the period L shown in FIG.
[0023]
As described in detail above, the yarn feeding device of the present invention transmits the instantaneous movement of the selection device such as the actuator to the yarn guiding arm while being fixed via the lock mechanism. No trouble occurs during rotation of the knitting machine. In addition, since the movement of the thread guide arm is directly transmitted to the cutter blade of the cutter and the cutter blade is moved, the operation of the thread guide and the thread cutting operation can be perfectly matched, and a mechanism for operating the cutter is separately provided. There is no need to do so.
[0024]
【The invention's effect】
In the yarn feeding device having a plurality of yarns, one of the yarn guiding members of the yarn feeding device may be moved by a selection means such as an actuator through an intervening member such as a selector. In order to provide a lock mechanism that can fix the advanced state when it is advanced into the inside, the actuator returns the thread guide arm selected by the operation of the actuator etc. that completes the operation instantaneously. After returning to, the selected state can be fixed. The same applies when newly starting yarn supply in this fixed state and when stopping yarn supply.
[0025]
When at least one of the plurality of yarn guide members is advanced into the trajectory of the yarn guide arm moving cam through an intervening member such as a selector by the selecting means such as an actuator, the device of the present invention is adapted to Since the selection means such as an actuator is provided so as to be able to circulate between a plurality of yarn feeding apparatuses having a lock mechanism capable of fixing the state, even if the number of yarn guide members increases, the selection means such as the actuator does not One set is sufficient, which not only simplifies the mechanism of the knitting machine but also has the effect of being free from maintenance.
[0026]
The device of the present invention is provided with a moving blade of a yarn guide member and a yarn end cutting member in cooperation with each other, and moves the moving blade with respect to a fixed blade when the yarn guide member retreats to cut the yarn supply. There is no effect to provide a mechanism for moving the movable blade.
