Description

【0001】

In the structure of the printed matter 1 ", although not shown, a transparent or translucent solid red-violet solid picture layer 40 (FIG. 3) Above, surrounded by a broken line Transparent sheet 4 forming the region), which may not be provided, in this case a design having a plain metallic luster.
[0027]
Next, the materials constituting the printed matter 1, 1 ', 1 "of the present invention will be described.
First, the transparent resin plate is not particularly limited as long as it is a synthetic resin plate having a thickness of 1 to 5 mm and has a haze (cloudiness) in consideration of high definition (mirror finish). It is desirably 5% or less, and specifically, an acrylic plate is suitable. If the thickness is less than 1 mm, the depth, depth, and three-dimensional effect are lacking. If the thickness is more than 5 mm, the depth, depth, and three-dimensional effect that can absorb the cost increase cannot be expected. Further, it is preferable that a linear or dot pattern formed on the surface of the transparent resin plate 2 by silk screen printing is formed so that a printing area is 50% or less with respect to a surface area of the transparent resin plate 2. . With this configuration, the solid pattern layers 30 to 30 'provided on the mount 3 and the tint block pattern layers 31 to 31' provided on the solid pattern layers 30 to 30 ', or the transparent resin plate 2 Of a linear or dot pattern (line pattern 21 in FIG. 1, line pattern 21 ′ in FIG. 2, and tint block pattern 22 in FIG. 3) provided by silk screen printing on the surface of the transparent resin plate 2 through An image formed by reflection on the surface of the transparent resin plate 2 on the mount 3 side and / or the non-printed surface of the transparent sheet 4 and / or the non-deposited surface of the vapor deposition sheet 5 can be seen naturally. The depth, depth, and three-dimensional effect are improved.
[0028]
Next, the transparent sheet 4 will be described. The transparent sheet 4 is not particularly limited as long as it has a transparency of haze (cloudiness) of 10% or less, but is suitable for sheet-fed offset printing press, cost, or haze (cloudiness). When considered, the thickness is 50 to 200 μm, preferably 80 to 120 μm. If the thickness is less than 50 μm, the mechanical aptitude is poor. If the thickness is more than 200 μm, the cost increases and the haze (cloudiness) becomes higher than 10%, which may cause damage to the design. In addition, haze (cloudiness) is a numerical value measured based on JISK7105.
[0029]
Next, the vapor deposition sheet 5 will be described. The vapor deposition sheet 5 is not particularly limited as long as aluminum, silver, or the like having a metallic luster is vapor-deposited on a transparent sheet. In terms of a deep metallic luster, a silver vapor-deposited sheet is preferable. A laminated sheet in which a silver vapor-deposited sheet and an aluminum vapor-deposited sheet are laminated is more preferable. As the base material of the vapor deposition sheet 5, a biaxially stretched polyethylene terephthalate film having a thickness of 25 to 100 μm is preferable from the viewpoint of easy handling and cost.
[0030]
Next, the mount 3 will be described. As the mount 3, as in the first and second embodiments shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the solid pattern layers 30 to 30 ′ and the ground pattern on the solid pattern layers 30 to 30 ′ are formed on the mount 3. In the configuration in which the pattern layers 31 to 31 'are provided, it is desirable that the glossiness of the printed surface is 45% or more. The reason for this is that a change in color tone can be reduced, and the color reproduction between the solid picture layer and the tint block pattern layer is good. The gloss is a value measured by a gloss meter (Handy gloss meter manufactured by Suga Test Instruments Co., Ltd.) based on the method of JIS Z8741 (specular gloss at an incident angle of 60 degrees and a light receiving angle of 60 degrees). In the third embodiment shown in FIG. 3, there is no need to particularly limit the glossiness. The basis weight of the backing sheet 3 is not particularly limited, but is preferably 70 g / m 2 or more in consideration of handling.
[0031]
