Description
【0001】

図2は、この発明の一実施例であるFF(フロントエンジンフロントドライブ;エンジン前置き前輪駆動)形式の車両Veのパワートレーンを示すスケルトン図である。
【0019】

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the power output device described in the above publication, when the ring gear shaft and the sun gear shaft are arranged in the case, the rotation is performed based on the relative positions of the case, the ring gear shaft, and the sun gear shaft in the rotation axis direction. The amount of overlap between the rotor and the stator of the resolver in the axial direction may be less than a predetermined amount. In order to avoid this inconvenience, it is conceivable to adjust the relative positions of the case, the ring gear shaft and the sun gear shaft in the rotation axis direction using a positioning member (for example, a shim). There was a problem that the number of parts increased.
[0008]
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and has a relative rotation state detection method capable of preventing an increase in the number of components when setting a relative positional relationship between two detection units in a rotation axis direction to a predetermined relationship. It is intended to provide a device.

A planetary gear is provided, the planetary gear includes a sun gear, a ring rear arranged concentrically with the sun gear, and a carrier holding a pinion gear meshing with the sun gear and the ring gear. A rotation shaft is connected, the carrier is connected to the output shaft of the engine, the ring gear is connected to the drive wheel, and the rotation shaft of the second electric motor and the sun gear are connected to the rotation axis. A positioning member for positioning in the direction is provided.
[0014]
According to the invention of
[0015]
According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, in addition to the configuration according to any one of the first to third aspects, the relative positional relationship between the detection units includes an amount of overlap between the detection units in the rotation axis direction. The predetermined relationship includes that the overlap amount is equal to or more than a predetermined amount.
[0016]
According to the fourth aspect of the invention, in addition to the same effect as in any of the first to third aspects of the invention, the amount of overlap between the detection units in the rotation axis direction is set to a predetermined amount or more.
[0017]
In the first aspect, the relative rotation state includes a relative rotation angle, a relative rotation speed, a relative rotation speed, and the like. In addition, the predetermined range is inevitable, accidental, or inevitable based on a processing error, a dimensional error, and an assembly error in the rotation axis direction between two members or members connected to each other, and the functions of the two members. Is determined based on the amount of relative movement in the direction of the rotation axis, the play, and the like that occur in the above. Further, in the first aspect of the present invention, the relative positional relationship includes an overlap amount, a distance, an interval, a gap, and the like in the rotation axis direction.
