Abstract
Description
【0001】

A fixing block according to the present invention is a fixing block used for fixing a concrete slab and an anchor in a lightweight embankment method, and includes a first through hole through which a tip of an anchor embedded in a supporting ground penetrates, and a concrete slab. A second through-hole through which the mountain-side end of the reinforcing bar to be embedded penetrates, and the second through-hole is provided in a virtual plane including the axis of the first through-hole or in a virtual plane parallel thereto. It is characterized in that the first through hole has an axis centered in an inclined position with respect to the axis center line.
[0012]
In the above fixing block, the first and second through holes are formed in the thickness direction, and both axes are inclined with respect to each other, and the axes intersect each other in the fixing block. There is no. Then, the mountain-side end of the reinforcing bar (connecting bar) embedded in the concrete slab on the lightweight embankment side passes through the second through-hole, and the tip portion of the anchor buried on the supporting ground side passes through the first through-hole. In this state, the front end of the former protrudes to the back side, and the front end of the latter protrudes to the front side. Then, each tip is fixed at that location by an appropriate means. Therefore, the directions of action of the two forces acting on the fixing block are at a predetermined angle, and the location of the applied point is located farther away than the fixing block having the shape shown in FIG. Thereby, in the fixing structure of the concrete floor slab and the anchor according to the present invention, even when a large load acts in the horizontal direction due to an earthquake or the like, the component force acting in the direction in which the anchor is pulled out is smaller than that of the conventional one, The fixing structure is stable.
[0013]
The number of the second through holes may be one. However, the second through hole has an axis in a left and right parallel virtual plane that is equidistant from the virtual plane including the axis of the first through hole. It is preferable to form the second through holes. In this aspect, the anchoring block can carry the horizontal force applied to the concrete floor slab at two locations, symmetrical with respect to the anchoring point of the anchor, on the left and right, and the anchoring block is also strong in position. Also stable.
[0014]
The concrete slab may sink due to the sinking of the lightweight embedding material. At this time, the reinforcing bars (connecting bars) embedded in the concrete floor slab take a behavior of rotating downward with the fixing point on the back side of the fixing block as a fulcrum. If the second through-hole is approximately the same diameter as the rebar, the anchoring block cannot accept its behavior and the anchoring block or rebar may be damaged. As a preferred mode for avoiding this, the second through hole has an elliptical cross section in a direction perpendicular to the axis thereof, the major axis of which is located in the virtual plane. As a result, the connecting bars embedded in the concrete slab can freely rotate upward and downward with the fixing point on the back side of the fixing block as a fulcrum, and the settling of the concrete slab proceeds without difficulty, and the fixing block Also, damage to the rebar is avoided.
[0015]
In the actual construction, the tip of the anchor projecting obliquely upward is inserted into the first through-hole, and at the same time or before and after this, the reinforcing bar to be embedded in the concrete slab is placed on the back side of the fixing block at the end. It is not easy to insert into the second through-hole in a state where it can be fixed in consideration of the operation procedure. In order to avoid this, it is a preferable embodiment that one side of the second through hole having a cross section of an oval shape is formed to be open to the peripheral side surface of the fixing block. By doing so, it becomes possible to insert the reinforcing bar to be embedded in the concrete floor slab from the open portion into the second through hole, and the mounting operation is facilitated.
[0016]
The fixing block can be made of an appropriate material provided that it has a required mechanical strength. For example, it may be made of concrete, a resin material, a metal material, or the like. Considering that it is brought to the site for construction, it is desirable to be lightweight, and from that point, a resin material is preferred. However, the resin material tends to be deformed when stress is concentrated. In addition, there is a fiber reinforced plastic as a resin material having improved mechanical strength. However, even in this case, there is a tendency that the fiber is easily bent in a fiber direction.
[0017]
In view of the above, the present invention also discloses a combined fixing block including the above-described fixing block, a back plate, and a front plate. The back plate, the fixing block, and the front plate can be overlapped in this order, and the back plate and the front plate have the first and second portions formed on the fixing block when they are overlapped as described above. A first second hole is formed at a position facing the second through hole.
[0018]
In the combination fixing block of this embodiment, preferably, the fixing block is made of a resin material (more preferably, a fiber-reinforced plastic), and the back plate and the front plate are made of a steel plate. By making the fixing block, which is the main body, from a resin material, the overall weight can be reduced, and by using a steel back plate and a front plate, stress can be dispersed and fixing can be achieved. The deformation and bending of the block can be prevented. Thereby, the weight reduction and the securing of the mechanical strength are simultaneously satisfied.
[0019]
The function and effect of the combination type fixing block as a fixing block is substantially the same as the case of using the above-described fixing block alone.
[0020]
The present invention also provides a fixing block or a combination type fixing block for fixing a mountain-side end of a reinforcing bar embedded in a lightweight embankment-side concrete floor slab and a tip end portion of an anchor embedded in a supporting ground side. In the fixing structure in the lightweight embankment method, a mountain-side end portion of a reinforcing bar embedded in a concrete slab penetrates a second through hole of a fixing block or a combination type fixing block, and a tip protrudes to the back side. The protruding portion is fixed to the fixing block or the combined fixing block by appropriate means, and the tip of the anchor penetrates through the first through hole of the fixing block or the combined fixing block. The protruding part is fixed to the fixing block or the combination type fixing block by appropriate means. Also discloses a fixed structure characterized.
[0021]
The specific effects of the fixing structure are as described in the description of the fixing block or the combination fixing block. As described above, in this fixing structure, the concrete slab may sink due to the sinking of the lightweight embedding material. When the concrete slab sinks, the mountain-side end surface of the concrete slab tends to move (slide) along the surface of the anchoring block or combination anchoring block. In a preferred embodiment, an elastic joint material is interposed between the mountain-side end surface of the concrete slab and the surface side of the fixing block or the combination type fixing block so that the movement proceeds smoothly. As the joint material, any one of a bituminous plate, a bituminous fiber plate, a rubber foam, a resin foam, or a combination thereof is suitable.
[0022]
In the fixing structure according to the present invention, preferably, the other end of the reinforcing bar embedded in the concrete slab is fixed to a supporting steel material (for example, an H-shaped steel) embedded in the ground so as to be vertically movable. In this way, the sinking of the concrete slab due to the sinking of the lightweight embedding material proceeds without bearing.
[0023]
