Description
【0001】

図1(b)は、図1(a)のA−A部の横断面図である。

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an immersion pipe of an RH degassing furnace used for a suction vacuum refining method. More specifically, the present invention relates to an immersion pipe that can be easily constructed and repaired, and can suppress wear due to molten metal.

By the way, the refractory used for the RH80 is exposed to severe wear conditions due to molten steel at a high temperature and under a vacuum. In particular, in recent years, the refractory used for RH80 is constantly exposed to high temperatures due to the prolongation of the processing time associated with high alloy steel processing, the increase in the temperature of molten steel due to continuous casting, and the shortening of the processing interval due to the increase in the amount of processing. It's getting tough.
[0006]
Particularly, the inner wall of the immersion pipe (rising pipe) of the RH80 has large mechanical wear because high-speed molten steel containing a gas for transporting molten steel passes therethrough. The outer wall of the immersion pipe (rising pipe) of the RH80 may be mechanically damaged during the operation of removing the slag in the ladle that has adhered and grown. In the molten steel inflow portion (throat portion) into the vacuum chamber, the molten steel flow velocity reaches a maximum, and furthermore, bubbles are ruptured, so that local molten damage is easily caused. Therefore, the immersed pipe portion which is severely worn is separated from the

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, when such a dip tube is used, the following defects have been found. That is, when the state of wear of the immersion tube was checked after repeated use of RH, it was as follows.
{Circle around (1)} The wear of the refractory brick outside the metal core is relatively small.
(2) Wear of the refractory brick inside the metal core is progressing.
(3) The so-called castables in the throat are severely worn.
{Circle over (4)} The metal fittings used to reinforce the castables are eroded due to the wear of the castables, the molten steel penetrates, and the core metal is also eroded.
[0017]
As a result, the following inconveniences have occurred.
(1) The castable is cracked and falls off.
(2) Spray repair is required, but the amount of spray material used increases.
(3) Spray repair work is performed hot. Even if the spraying operation is mechanized, the monitoring of the machine is a hot operation, which is not good for the working environment.
(4) The service life of the immersion tube is not stable. That is, since the immersion tube cannot be used until its useful life, the immersion tube needs to be replaced each time. This replacement work is also a hot work.
[0018]
Accordingly, the present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned drawbacks, and has an object to extend the life of a dip tube, reduce repair work, and reduce repair cost.
