Abstract
Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a plate feeding apparatus that takes out a printing plate in which a large number of sheets are laminated from the uppermost layer and supplies the printing plate to an exposure apparatus. The present invention relates to a paper stacking method and a plate feeding apparatus that feeds a printing plate while taking out a slip sheet.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In the field of newspaper printing and the like, an image is recorded on a photosensitive lithographic printing plate (hereinafter referred to as “printing plate”) to produce a printing plate for printing. In a plate making apparatus for creating a printing plate, for example, a printing plate stacked on a printing plate mounting table is taken out from the uppermost layer and supplied to an exposure device to record an image on the printing plate.
[0003]
On the other hand, the printing plate includes a so-called photopolymer plate in which a photopolymerization layer is formed as a photosensitive layer. This photopolymer plate can form a latent image by irradiating with a light beam and exposing it. Thereby, the printing plate is modulated by a light beam modulated based on image data corresponding to the print image. Scanning exposure is possible, and rapid plate-making processing is possible. This photopolymer plate is also excellent in terms of light shielding.
[0004]
By the way, a printing plate (photopolymer plate) in which a photopolymerization layer is formed as a photosensitive layer is such that when a large number of sheets are laminated, the photosensitive surface rubs against the support of the printing plate in contact with the photosensitive surface. It can be damaged. For this reason, when laminating the photopolymer plates, the plate surface is protected by interposing an interleaf. That is, by alternately laminating the interleaf paper and the photopolymer plate, transportation, storage and the like are performed while preventing the photosensitive surface of the photopolymer plate from being damaged.
[0005]
On the other hand, when supplying such a photopolymer plate, it is necessary to remove the interleaf paper protecting the surface of the photopolymer plate.
[0006]
For this purpose, prior to taking out the photopolymer plate, the mating paper is sucked and lifted by the suction pad, and is sandwiched between the discharge roller and the backup roller, and the discharge roller is driven to rotate. There has been proposed a plate feeding apparatus that discharges the counter paper (for example, see Patent Document 1).
[0007]
Further, when the slip sheet is discharged out of the apparatus, the discharge space becomes a problem. For this reason, a plate feeding apparatus has been proposed in which an interleaving paper taken out from the photopolymer plate is pushed into the accommodating portion by a discharge roller pair, and the interleaving paper is folded and packed into the accommodating portion (for example, Patent Documents). 2).

[Patent Document 2]
Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2001-151395.
[0009]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, when the slip sheet is pushed into the storage portion, the slip sheet is irregularly bent in the storage portion, and therefore the slip sheet cannot be efficiently stored in a limited space. Further, since the interleaf paper is irregularly bent in the housing portion, there is a problem that the work of taking out the interleaf paper from the housing portion to dispose of the interleaf paper becomes complicated.
[0010]
The present invention has been made in view of the above-described facts, and an object thereof is to propose a stacking method and a plate feeding apparatus for stacking slip sheets that can efficiently stack slip sheets so that disposal work is facilitated. .
[0011]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, an interleaving paper stacking method of the present invention is an interleaving paper stacking method in which interleaving paper intervened between printing plates is taken out and stacked prior to printing plate feeding. And when the above-mentioned interleaving paper is present in the uppermost layer, the interleaving paper is taken out, developed on the placing plate, placed and accumulated.
[0012]
According to the present invention, the printing plate and the interleaving paper are alternately stacked and laminated, and when the uppermost layer has the interleaving paper, the interleaving paper is taken out and developed and placed on the placing plate. Thereby, according to the supply of the printing plate, the slip sheets are stacked and accumulated on the placing plate.
[0013]
By accumulating the interleaving paper in this way, the interleaving paper can be aligned and accumulated without causing folds and the like, so a large number of interleaving papers can be collected without securing a large space for accumulating the interleaving paper. Can be integrated.
[0014]
Further, since the interleaving papers are aligned and accumulated, processing such as disposal of the accumulated interleaving papers becomes extremely easy.
[0015]
In this way, the plate feeding apparatus to which the present invention is applied is a plate feeding apparatus that takes out a printing plate laminated with interleaving paper from the uppermost layer and feeds it, and the uppermost printing plate or mating plate. A sheet feeding means for taking out the paper, a stacking tray for placing the interleaf paper in an unfolded state, and the stacking tray under the interleaf paper taken out from the uppermost layer and lifted to a predetermined height by the sheet feeding means. And a moving means for allowing the interleaving paper to be placed on the stacking tray by relative movement.
[0016]
According to this invention, when laminating the interleaving paper between the printing plates, the uppermost printing plate or interleaving paper is taken out by the sheet feeding means. At this time, the uppermost layer is a printing plate, and when this printing plate is taken out by the sheet feeding means, it is delivered to the delivery means so that it can be conveyed to the next step. That is, the printing plate taken out by the sheet feeding means is delivered to the delivery means so that the plate can be supplied to the next process.
[0017]
When the uppermost layer is interleaving paper, the interleaving paper is taken out by the sheet means and lifted, and the stacking tray is moved to be below the raised interleaving paper. At this time, the stacking tray may be moved, the sheet means or the interleaf taken out by the sheet means may be moved, or both the interleaving sheet and the stacking tray may be moved.
[0018]
In this way, the interleaving paper is placed on the accumulating and laying in a state where the accumulating tray is disposed below the interleaving paper.
[0019]
As a result, a large number of interleaving papers can be aligned on the accumulating tray and accumulated, so that operations such as disposal of the accumulated interleaving papers become extremely easy. Further, since the interleaf sheets are stacked without being folded, a large number of interleaf sheets can be efficiently stacked in a limited space.
[0020]
In the present invention, it is preferable that paper take-out means for forming a predetermined space is provided at least below the peripheral edge portion of the lowermost sheet of paper stacked on the stacking tray. Even when the interleaving paper is placed on the accumulating tray and accumulated, it is very easy to take out the interleaving paper from the accumulating tray.
[0021]
As such a present invention, it is preferable that a rib for curving at least a predetermined portion of at least a peripheral portion of the interleaf paper placed on the stacking tray is provided in a convex shape. When the stacking tray is moved by the means, it is possible to prevent the slipping paper on the stacking tray from being bent or collapsed or being lifted and falling from the stacking tray.
[0022]
In the plate feeding apparatus of the present invention, the sheet feeding means may pick up and lift an end portion along the width direction of the interleaf when taking out the interleaf. Since the number of suction cups of the sheet means used for adsorbing the interleaf is reduced and the interleaf can be adsorbed with a high adsorbing pressure, even if the adsorbing power decreases due to the air permeability of the interleaving paper, reliable alignment Adsorption of paper becomes possible.
[0023]
Further, since the interleaving paper is not flat when the interleaving paper is lifted, it is possible to prevent the interleaving paper from dropping due to air resistance acting on the interleaving paper.
[0024]
