【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a nozzle device, a liquid spraying vehicle, and a liquid spraying method suitable for spraying a liquid such as a chemical solution or water onto a plant growth shelf from above.
[0002]
[Prior art]
For example, when spraying a liquid such as a medicinal solution or water on a grape growing on a cultivation shelf (plant growth shelf), a large number of nozzles are arranged in a blower of a blower until around June when grape berries are formed. Using a sprayer, liquid can be sprayed widely and efficiently from below the viticulture shelf.
[0003]
However, after June, a paper bag or shade is hung on a bunch of grapes hanging from the cultivation shelf to protect the grape nuts and promote their growth, so the speed sprayer was used. Spraying from below the viticulture shelf is not suitable. For this reason, the farmer stops the speed sprayer below the viticulture rack, and an operator stands on the speed sprayer and extends his / her upper body upward through a gap in the mesh of the viticulture rack. The manual spraying operation is performed from above the viticulture rack using a handheld nozzle for correction spraying provided in the above.
[0004]
In addition, as a prior art, there is known a spraying device in which a support having an adjustable length is provided on the speed sprayer, and spraying is performed by a nozzle attached to an upper portion of the support while running the speed sprayer (for example, This is not intended for spraying liquid to a plant growing shelf such as a viticulture shelf.

[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
As in the related art, in the manual spraying using the hand-held nozzle, the spraying efficiency is poor and the operator is tired. Therefore, an apparatus and a method capable of easily and efficiently spraying from above a plant growing shelf such as the grape growing shelf are desired.
[0007]
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and provides a nozzle device, a liquid spraying vehicle, and a liquid spraying method, which can easily and efficiently spray liquid on a plant growth shelf from above. What you are trying to do.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above problem, a nozzle device according to the present invention is a nozzle device used by attaching to a traveling body that can travel below without contacting a plant growth shelf, and is attached to the traveling body. Comprising a support having a portion, and a liquid spray nozzle disposed laterally at the upper end of the support, so that the nozzle can be displaced to a position higher and lower than the plant growth shelf, The length of the support is adjustable, and the nozzle is rotatable around a vertical axis.
[0009]
In addition, the liquid spraying vehicle according to the present invention is a traveling body equipped with a liquid tank and capable of traveling below the plant growth shelf without contacting the plant growing shelf, a column erected on the traveling body, and an upper end of the column. A nozzle that is disposed laterally on the part and sprays the liquid in the liquid tank as spray, and the column is displaced to a position higher and lower than the plant growth shelf. Are adjustable in length, and the nozzle is rotatable about a vertical axis (claim 2).
[0010]
In the nozzle device according to the present invention, the support is attached to the traveling body at the mounting portion for use. With the nozzle device and the liquid spraying vehicle, for example, liquid can be sprayed from above onto a plant growing shelf such as a grape rack as follows.
[0011]
First, the traveling body is moved under the plant growth shelf and stopped. Next, the length of the column is extended, and the nozzle disposed at the upper end thereof is extended upward from the mesh of the plant growth shelf. Then, the nozzle is rotated around the vertical axis while spraying the liquid horizontally from the nozzle. As a result, the liquid can be sprayed at once from the upper side of the plant growth shelf to the range of the spraying distance of the liquid by the nozzle and the range of the rotation angle of the nozzle. . Therefore, it is possible to easily and efficiently apply the liquid to the plant growth shelf from above.
[0012]
When the spraying at a certain point is completed, the length of the support is reduced so that the nozzle is located at a position lower than the plant growth shelf, and the traveling body is moved to the next spraying point. Therefore, at the time of movement, the nozzle or the support does not collide with the plant growth shelf.
[0013]
In the nozzle device and the liquid sprayer, the configuration for enabling the rotation of the nozzle around the vertical axis is such that only the nozzle is rotated on the support using a swivel joint or the like. Alternatively, the support column may be rotated on the traveling body. The rotation of the nozzle may be manually performed by an operator, or may be automatically performed using an appropriate motor.
[0014]
There is no limitation on the mode of rotation of the nozzle at the time of spraying liquid. For example, the nozzle may be continuously rotated around the vertical axis in the same direction, but as a preferred embodiment, The nozzle may be inverted and rotated within a predetermined angle range around the vertical axis (claim 3). With this configuration, for example, by spraying the liquid while avoiding the plant growth shelf directly above the traveling body, it is possible to prevent the droplets of the sprayed liquid from falling on the traveling body or the operator. it can.
[0015]
As a preferred embodiment, the column includes a first column member and a second column member that are relatively expandable and contractible, and is driven to expand and contract between the first column member and the second column member. It is also possible to provide a telescopic driving force transmitting means for transmitting the force (claim 4). In this case, the expansion / contraction driving force transmitting means transmits the expansion / contraction driving force between the first column member and the second column member, and the column expands / contracts. Therefore, the length of the support can be easily and labor-savingly adjusted.
[0016]
Note that the supply source of the expansion / contraction driving force may be the operator himself (manpower) or a prime mover such as an electric motor.
[0017]
As the expansion / contraction driving force transmission means, those having various configurations can be adopted. For example, a rack and a pinion that mesh with each other may be used (claim 5), or a screw rod and a nut that are screw-coupled to each other may be used (claim 6).
[0018]
Further, using a pressure receiving surface formed integrally with the second column member inside the first column member and a fluid for applying a fluid pressure to the pressure receiving surface, the first and second pressure members are used. The expansion / contraction driving force can be transmitted between the column members (claim 7). In this case, it is preferable to use the liquid for spraying as the fluid (claim 8), because it is a reasonable configuration without waste.
[0019]
Further, a flow path of the liquid communicating with the nozzle may be formed inside the support (claim 9). According to this configuration, it is not necessary to provide a long pipe outside the support to supply the liquid to the nozzle. There is no problem and it is more preferable.
[0020]
A nozzle device according to another embodiment of the present invention is a nozzle device used by being attached to a traveling body capable of traveling under the plant growth shelf without contacting the plant growth shelf. And a lower position, a horizontal liquid spray nozzle displaceable in a vertical direction, the nozzle being rotatable about a vertical axis.
[0021]
The nozzle device is used by being attached to the traveling body. According to the nozzle device, for example, liquid can be sprayed from above onto a plant growth shelf such as a grape shelf as follows.
[0022]
First, the traveling body is moved under the plant growth shelf and stopped. Next, the nozzle is displaced to a position higher than the plant growth shelf.
[0023]
When spraying at a certain point is completed, the nozzle is displaced to a position lower than the plant growth shelf, and the traveling body is moved to the next spraying point. Therefore, when moving, the nozzle does not collide with the plant growth shelf.
[0024]
In the liquid spraying method according to the present invention, the liquid spraying vehicle is moved below the plant growth shelf, a column mounted on the liquid spreading vehicle is extended, and a nozzle disposed at an upper end thereof is provided with a gap between the plant growth shelf. The nozzle is rotated around a vertical axis while spraying liquid horizontally from the nozzle (claim 11).
[0025]
