Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a rugged transfer device for a general-purpose combine, and belongs to the technical field of agricultural machinery.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, general-purpose combiners have been configured to cut and thresh cereals such as soybeans and soba as well as rice and wheat, and the threshing apparatus is equipped with an all-culm input type. When harvesting rice and wheat, the harvesting pretreatment device has a raking reel mounted on an upper position in the front part, a mowing device provided in a lower position, and a mowing device in a rear position. A scraping auger having a width substantially equal to the cutting width of the scraping auger is provided on the horizontal axis, and an elevator consisting of a conveyor is provided at one rear portion of the scraping auger.
[0003]
Also, in a general-purpose combine harvester for harvesting low-length stem culms such as soybeans and buckwheat, the pre-cutting device removes a raking reel, and a pair of left and right rug belts is provided from a low position in front of the cutting device to an upper position. Is provided so that a relatively short stem can be locked from both sides and transported while being held in a pinched state for harvesting and harvesting (for example, see Patent Document 1).
[0004]
[Patent Document 1]
Japanese Utility Model Application Laid-Open No. 61-72140 (pages 1 to 3 and FIGS. 1 to 3)
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the above-mentioned conventional type, the pre-cutting device of the general-purpose combine for harvesting buckwheat and beans is provided with a pair of left and right raking belts extending from a low front position to a rear portion above the mowing device. After the stems and culms of the field are subjected to the weeding action, the roots of the stalks are cut by the reaper in the process of being conveyed backward while being sandwiched by a pair of left and right rug belts, and reach the rear table to be scratched. To the built-in auger. In such a series of steps, there is a problem that the transport stem is carried around or entangled by the transport lug when leaving from the end portions of the left and right scraping rug belts.
[0006]
And, in the process in which the transport stem is being conveyed by the left and right scraping rug belts, in particular, in the case of the falling stem, the handle for the wheel adjustment outside the transport passage or the chain hanging the transport device is used. There has been a problem that the transfer posture is disturbed or a head loss occurs due to being caught or entangled.
[0007]
Furthermore, when the transport stem is being transported while being held by the transport lugs of the left and right scraping rug belts, there is no member for supporting the rug from below, and in addition, the force against the transport force is large. However, there has been a problem that the rug hangs down and the pinching force on the stem culm is insufficient, and the stem culm falls off, resulting in a head loss.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention takes the following technical means in order to solve the above-mentioned problems. First, according to the first aspect of the present invention, the scraping auger 3 which feeds the stems and culms supplied on the table 1 to the transport start end of the elevator 2 while scraping and collecting the stems to one side is directed sideways. A pair of left and right rag belts 4, 4 are provided in front of the rake auger 3 and are inclined in a side view with the transfer start end at the lower front and the transfer end at the rear upper. The scraping rug belts 4 and 4 carry the stems and stems after weeding at the front low position while inheriting and holding the stems and culms by the transport lugs 5 on the left and right sides. The cut stems are supplied as they are onto the rear table 1 as they are, and the leading ends of the guides at the upper and lower sides of the rugged belts 4 and 4 are provided at the transport end of the ragged belts 4 and 4. The left and right stem and stem guides 6, 6 provided facing the transport end portion of the transport lug 5 are scraped. Since it is a general-purpose combine lug transport device configured to extend toward the auger 3 side, when the transport stem is transported by the pair of left and right scraping lug belts and reaches the terminal end, the stem guide is guided. After being acted upon, the transport lug is transferred to the guide side so as to be peeled off from the transport lug which is about to move to the arc locus, guided backward, and supplied onto the table.
[0009]
In the case of the present invention, the transported stems are supplied to the table without being drawn or entangled by the transport lugs under the guidance of the stem and stem guide, and are carried over to the scraping auger.
Next, the invention according to claim 2 is directed to a position above the pedicle stem transfer height at which the transfer lugs 5 of the pair of left and right rag belts 4, 4 engage with each other, in a plan view, outside the line of movement of the rug belts 4, 4. In addition, a guide guide 7 is provided. The guide guide 7 has a start end located behind the weeding rod 8, an end located at the transport end of the scraping lug belts 4, 4, and extending outward from the transport passage 9. The transport device with a rug of a general-purpose combine according to claim 1, wherein the transporting stem culm is configured to guide the upper part of the falling transporting stem culm. When trying to lean, the upper part of the stem is supported and supported by the guide, and is conveyed backward as it is.
[0010]
Next, according to the invention of claim 3, a pair of left and right scraping rug belts 4, 4 are arranged in upper and lower stages and provided along a moving path through which the transport lugs 5 of the respective scraping rug belts 4, 4 pass. Since the guide device 10 is arranged below the transport lug 5, the transport device with a rug of a general-purpose combine according to claim 1 or 2, the transport lug hangs down during transport. When trying to do so, it is received by the guide rail disposed immediately below along the transport direction, and can be moved while maintaining the normal transport posture, and the transport action can be continued by locking the stem.
[0011]
【The invention's effect】
The present invention has the above-described configuration and operation, and first, the invention of claim 1 releases the transport stem that has reached the terminal end of the ragged rug belt from the engagement of the transport rug, This has the effect of preventing rotation and wrapping due to the lugs beforehand and supplying them neatly onto the table (scratch auger).
[0012]

The transport lugs 5 are sequentially locked, and transport is started upward toward the rear. As described above, while the stem is conveyed while being locked by the pair of left and right scraping rug belts 4 and 4, the stem is moved upward in association with the running action of the vehicle body 13, and the root of the disc is changed. It reaches the cutting blade 20 and is cut. When the cut stems reach the terminal end while being conveyed by the raking belts 4, 4, they are forcibly released from the conveying lugs 5 by the action of the stem and stem guides 6, 6 from the left and right (see FIG. 1). , The stock source rests on the table 2 and the upper part is guided backward from the transport end part.
[0027]
At this time, as shown in FIG. 1, the transport stems are rotated by the transport lugs 5 that rotate while drawing an arc trajectory toward the rear outside at the transport end portions of the scraping rug belts 4, 4. As described above, the stem and stem guides 6, 6 are guided and released from the lugs 5, and are guided to the table 1 side. Then, the transported stem is fed while being acted on by the scraping spiral 33, reaches the start end of the elevator 2, and is supplied to the elevator 2 by the crank finger 34. The stems and culms are sent to the upper handling room 16 of the threshing device 14 by the transport action of the elevator 2, and all the culms are supplied to be threshed (see FIG. 15).
[0028]
During a series of harvesting and threshing operations as described above, the transport lugs 5 are provided in pairs on the left and right, and on each of the raking rug belts 4 and 4 arranged in two stages above and below, while holding the stems and stems together, It is driven to move upward in the rear part of the transport passage 9, but tends to hang down naturally when a large transport resistance is caused by the transport stem. At this time, since the guide rail 10 is provided along the lower side of the lug route, the guide rail 10 receives and guides the transporting lug 5 that is going to hang down, and can prevent hanging down. For this reason, in the embodiment according to the present invention, the holding force of the stem and culm by the lug 5 is extremely weak during the conveyance, and the conveyance is continued while preventing the stem stalk from falling off properly and preventing the occurrence of head loss. be able to.
