Abstract
Description
【0001】

【Technical field】
The present invention relates to a cylindrical vibration isolator, and more particularly to a cylindrical vibration isolator suitably used as an engine mount of an automobile or the like.
[0002]
[Background Art]
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, as one type of vibration isolating connection member interposed between members constituting a vibration transmission system, for example, a vibration isolating member is provided on an outer peripheral side of an inner cylindrical fitting attached to one member to be vibration-isolated and connected. An outer cylinder fitting attached to the other member to be connected is arranged, and a main body rubber elastic body is arranged between opposing surfaces of the inner cylinder fitting and the outer cylinder fitting in a direction perpendicular to the axis, so that the two fittings are elastically arranged. 2. Description of the Related Art A linked tubular vibration isolator is known. Generally, such a cylindrical vibration isolator is provided by inserting a mounting shaft fixed to one member to be vibration-isolated and connected to an inner cylindrical metal fitting, screwing a nut to a tip of the mounting shaft, and tightening the inner cylindrical member. While the metal fitting is attached to the mounting shaft, the outer cylindrical metal fitting is press-fitted and fixed in a mounting hole provided in the other member to be vibration-proof connected, so that it is mounted between members to be vibration-proof connected.
[0003]
By the way, in the cylindrical vibration isolator as described above, since it is configured to be attached to one member that is vibration-isolated and connected by only one mounting shaft inserted through the inner cylindrical fitting, the vibration-isolated connection is performed. The load concentrates on the standing portion of the mounting shaft in one of the members, and it is difficult to secure the strength of the mounting portion of the cylindrical vibration isolator in one of the members that is connected to the vibration isolation. was there.
[0004]
Further, in the above-described cylindrical vibration isolator, the cylindrical shape of the one member to be vibration-isolated and connected is determined due to the strength characteristics of one member to be vibration-isolated and the space for disposing the cylindrical vibration isolator. In some cases, the installation position of the cylindrical vibration isolator must be set apart from the mounting location of the vibration isolator, but the shape of the cylindrical vibration isolator and the relative arrangement of the inner and outer cylindrical fittings Since the position is limited by the required vibration isolation characteristics, the design change of the cylindrical vibration isolation device itself is required for the displacement of the mounting part and the installation space in one of the members that are connected in vibration isolation. There was also a problem that it was extremely difficult to respond.
[0005]
Therefore, in order to solve such a problem, the concentration of stress on the mounting portion of the cylindrical vibration isolator in one member to be vibration-isolated is reduced, and the arrangement position of the cylindrical vibration isolator is connected by vibration isolation. As one measure for enabling the setting to be separated from the mounting portion of one of the members, a bracket is adopted, and the inner cylinder fitting is mounted to one member to be vibration-isolated via the bracket. It is conceivable to do so.
[0006]
However, in order to attach the inner cylinder fitting to one member that is vibration-isolated and connected via the bracket, in addition to fixing means for attaching the inner cylinder fitting to the bracket, the bracket is attached to one member that is vibration-isolated and connected. Since a plurality of fixing means for fixing is required, the number of parts increases in order to mount the inner cylinder fitting to one of the members which is vibration-isolated and connected via the bracket, and the structure becomes complicated. There was a problem that work was troublesome and time-consuming. When a long mounting bolt is implanted in the bracket to form a mounting shaft that is inserted into the inner cylindrical fitting, the head of the mounting bolt overlaps with one member of the bracket that is connected by vibration isolation. The head of the bolt inserted into the inner cylinder fitting does not protrude from the mounting surface of the bracket because the bracket or one of the members connected to the anti-vibration connection is processed into a special shape because it is protruded toward the mounting surface to be fitted. It was necessary to do so.
[0007]
[Solution]
Here, the present invention has been made in the background of the above-described circumstances, and the problem to be solved is that, with a simple structure and good mounting workability, one member to be vibration-isolated and connected. An object of the present invention is to provide a cylindrical vibration isolator having a novel structure, which can be attached to the device via a bracket.
[0008]
[Solution]
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention made to solve such problems will be described. The components employed in each of the embodiments described below can be employed in any combination as much as possible. In addition, aspects or technical features of the present invention are not limited to those described below, but are described in the entire specification and drawings, or based on the invention ideas that can be understood by those skilled in the art from the descriptions. It should be understood that it is recognized on the basis of.
[0009]
First, a first aspect of the present invention is to dispose an outer cylinder member attached to the other member to be vibration-isolated and connected to an outer peripheral side of an inner shaft member attached to one member to be vibration-isolated and connected. And a cylindrical rubber vibration isolator in which a main rubber elastic body is disposed between opposing surfaces of the inner shaft member and the outer cylinder member in a direction perpendicular to the axis, and the two members are elastically connected. A fixing member having a plurality of fixing means fixed at a plurality of positions to one member is adopted, and a fixing bolt constituting one of the plurality of fixing means is integrally and axially outwardly mounted. By extending and fixing the inner shaft member to the fixing bolt by an integral structure or a separate structure, the inner shaft member is connected to the vibration-isolated one member via the mounting member. And fix it in multiple places That it has to so that, characterized.
[0010]
In the cylindrical vibration isolator according to the present aspect, one of the plurality of fixing means provided on the mounting member as the bracket is configured by a fixing bolt, and the inner shaft is appropriately used by using the fixing bolt. Since the member is fixed to and supported by one member that is vibration-isolated and connected via the mounting member, it is necessary to separately provide a special member for fixing the inner shaft member to the mounting member separately from the mounting member. Thus, the inner shaft member constituting the cylindrical vibration isolator can be attached to one member to be vibration-isolated and connected with a simple structure and good workability.
[0011]
Further, in this aspect, since the mounting member is fixed at a plurality of locations with respect to the one member to be vibration-proof connected, the mounting member is attached to the mounting portion of the mounting member in the one member to be vibration-proof connected. On the other hand, it becomes possible to disperse the load exerted through the cylindrical vibration isolator, whereby the load-bearing strength of one of the members to be vibration-isolated can be advantageously secured. In this embodiment, it is desirable that the flat plate-shaped mounting member be mounted on one member to be vibration-isolated and connected in a state where the mounting member is substantially closely overlapped with a wide area. In addition to the load strength, the load-bearing strength of the mounting portion of the mounting member in one of the members that are vibration-isolated and connected can be more advantageously secured.
[0012]
Further, in this aspect, since the inner shaft member is fixed to one member that is vibration-isolated and connected via the mounting member, by appropriately changing and setting the mounting position of the inner shaft member on the mounting member. Therefore, it is possible to dispose the cylindrical vibration isolator at a position away from the fixing position of the mounting member in the member to be vibration-isolated, and the installation space of the cylindrical vibration isolator is connected by vibration isolation. Advantageously, even in the case where it is away from the attachment position to the member.
[0013]
Further, a second aspect of the present invention is the cylindrical vibration isolator according to the first aspect, wherein the inner shaft member has a cylindrical shape, and the fixing bolt extends straight outward in the axial direction. The insertion bolt is formed integrally with the head of the fixing bolt, and the insertion bolt is inserted into the center hole of the inner shaft member and fixed with a tightening nut. It is characterized in that the members are fixed in a separate structure. According to such an embodiment, the intended cylindrical vibration isolator can be advantageously realized.
[0014]
According to a third aspect of the present invention, in the cylindrical vibration isolator according to the first aspect, the inner shaft member has a solid rod shape, and the inner shaft member has a head portion of the fixing bolt. Are straightened outward in the axial direction so as to be fixed to the fixing bolt in an integrated structure. According to such an embodiment, the intended cylindrical vibration isolator can be advantageously realized.
[0015]
Further, a fourth aspect of the present invention is the cylindrical vibration isolator according to the second aspect, wherein a diameter of a base end portion of the insertion bolt in the fixing bolt is larger than a center hole of the inner shaft member. A base is formed, and the base is positioned between the axial end of the inner shaft member and the mounting member. In the cylindrical vibration isolator having such a structure according to this aspect, the position of the cylindrical vibration isolator can be adjusted in the axial direction by changing and setting the size of the base portion, and the vibration isolating connection is achieved. Advantageously, even when the distance between the mounting surface of the mounting member of one member and the mounting surface of the other member to be vibration-isolated is specified. Further, in this aspect, the positioning of the fixing bolt in the axial direction with respect to the mounting member can be easily and reliably performed.
[0016]
According to a fifth aspect of the present invention, in the cylindrical vibration isolator according to any one of the first to fourth aspects, the fixing bolt is subjected to serration processing, and a mounting hole formed in the mounting member is formed. On the other hand, the fixing bolt is press-fitted and fixed. In the cylindrical vibration isolator having such a structure according to this aspect, the fixing bolt can be easily attached to the attaching member.
