Abstract
Description
【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an elevator apparatus that is guided by guide rails erected in a hoistway to guide a car up and down.
[0002]
[Prior art]
[Patent Document 1] Japanese Patent No. 2510720 [Patent Document 2] Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 57-57178 In general, an elevator apparatus lays a guide rail in a hoistway formed in a building and follows the guide rail. It is configured to guide the car up and down.
[0003]
The building on which the elevator device is installed has a section such as a lobby floor having a larger floor space than the other floors.
[0004]
For this reason, in a building employing a steel frame structure or a structural slit, the rail bracket as a support is fixed to the floor beam of each floor because the wall between the floors has no strength. As a result, in the section where the floor space is wide, the floor beam space between the upper and lower floors is increased, and the space for supporting the guide rails is increased.
[0005]
Patent Literature 1 discloses that in a section with a large floor space, a guide rail is increased in cross-sectional shape to achieve high rigidity.
[0006]
Patent Literature 2 discloses that a guide rail used for a specific floor such as a reference stop floor is a heavy rail, or the guide rail is narrowed in support interval to increase the rigidity of the guide rail.
[0007]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the method of increasing the rigidity by increasing the cross-sectional shape of the guide rail in the section where the floor interval is wide, the hoistway cross-sectional area is increased over the entire length by the increase in the rail cross-sectional area of the specific floor. There is a problem.
[0008]
At the same time, increasing the rail cross-sectional area of a specific floor causes the cross-sectional area of the guide rails on other floors to differ, requiring a special rail connecting member to connect these cross-sectional shape rails. There is.
[0009]
Also, among the methods of making the guide rails on the specific floor high rigidity, the method using a heavy rail increases the rail cross-sectional area because the guide rail is a heavy rail, which increases the hoistway cross-sectional area. There is.
[0010]
Furthermore, in the method of narrowing the support interval between the guide rails, since the support cannot be fixed between the floor intervals, an auxiliary support mechanism is necessary in a section where the floor interval is wide. Therefore, there is a problem that the hoistway cross-sectional area increases.
[0011]
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide an elevator apparatus that can stably support a car without increasing the hoistway area.
[0012]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention has a guide rail supported in a section having a large floor space or a support space, and has a higher yield point than a guide rail supported in a section having a small floor space or a support space. The guide rails are formed of the same material and have the same cross-sectional shape of the guide rail in the section where the floor space and the support space are wide and in the narrow section.
[0013]
As described above, since the strength of the guide rail itself is increased by using the guide rail having a high yield point, the sectional area of the guide rail is increased even if the floor space is large and the support space of the guide rail is large. The guide support of the car can be stably performed without any trouble.
[0014]
In addition, a guide rail with a high yield point can be used, and the same cross-sectional shape can be used as a guide rail in a section with a narrow floor space or a small support space, and a special rail connection is used when connecting each rail. The connection can be made with a conventionally used rail connection member without the need for a member.
[0015]
