【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an active-type liquid-sealed vibration isolator that cancels input vibration by a vibration unit used in an engine mount for an automobile or the like, and more particularly to an armature that constitutes an actuator with improved rust prevention.
In the present application, directions such as up / down, left / right, and inside / outside are based on the illustrated state in FIG.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Such an active type liquid ring vibration isolator is known (for example, refer to Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. Hei 9 (1999)). The general structure of such an active type liquid ring vibration isolator is that a part of the wall of the main liquid chamber is formed of a conical rubber insulator, vibration is input from the top of the insulator, and the main liquid chamber is formed. By vibrating the vibrating member, which forms a part of the wall to be formed and floated and supported by the elastic seal, by the driving means, vibration having substantially the same phase as the input vibration is generated. At this time, when a solenoid is used as the driving means, the armature moves forward and backward to vibrate the vibration member.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, since the armature constituting the driving means of the vibrating member is a magnetic material, when it is exposed to the atmosphere, it may rust and its operating performance may be reduced. However, in order to secure the air flow accompanying the vibration of the vibration member, the working chamber of the vibration member must be opened to the atmosphere. Since the armature faces this working chamber, it is necessary to improve rust prevention. Have difficulty. Therefore, an object of the present invention is to make it possible to improve the rust prevention of an armature even under such conditions.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the active liquid-sealing vibration isolator according to the present invention is characterized in that a main liquid chamber having an insulator connecting a portion between a first mounting member and a second mounting member as a part of a wall portion. An active-type liquid-sealing / vibration isolator provided with a vibrating unit vibrated by a driving unit on a part of a wall forming the main liquid chamber, wherein the driving unit vibrates the vibrating unit. The means includes a magnetic armature connected to the vibrating member, and the vibrating member and the armature face an operating space for securing operation of the vibrating member, and partition the inside of the operating space, It is characterized in that a space open to the atmosphere facing the vibration member and a small sealed space for sealing the armature are formed.
[0005]
According to a second aspect of the present invention, in the first aspect, the small sealed space is formed by an armature seal provided between the vibrating member and an actuator in which the armature is housed.
[0006]
A third aspect of the present invention is characterized in that, in the second aspect, the armature seal is formed integrally with a stopper that regulates downward displacement of the vibration member.
[0007]
According to a fourth aspect, in the second or third aspect, the armature seal is formed separately from the vibrating member in advance and then integrated.
[0008]
According to a fifth aspect, in the second aspect, the outer peripheral portion of the armature seal is fixed to the second mounting member side.
[0009]
According to a sixth aspect of the present invention, in the first aspect, the space opened to the atmosphere communicates with an air passage formed inside the second mounting member through a first communication hole, and the air passage is further connected to the air passage. The first communication hole communicates with the atmosphere through a second communication hole formed in the second mounting member, and the first communication hole is provided at a position higher than the second communication hole in a use state. I do.
[0010]
According to a seventh aspect of the present invention, in the third aspect, a recess is formed on the contact surface side of the stopper.
[0011]
An eighth aspect of the present invention is characterized in that, in any one of the second to fifth and seventh aspects, at least the armature seal is made of a heat-resistant material.
[0012]
【The invention's effect】
According to the first aspect, since the working space is partitioned and the small sealed space for sealing the armature is formed in the space opened to the atmosphere, the magnetic armature can be sealed without opening to the atmosphere. Accordingly, since the armature, which is a magnetic material, is hardly rusted and rust prevention can be improved, predetermined performance can be maintained even after long-term use.
In addition, since the space facing the vibration member is open to the atmosphere, it is possible to prevent the operation of the vibration member from being hindered.
[0013]
According to the second aspect, the small hermetic space can be easily formed by providing the armature seal between the vibration member and the actuator in which the armature is housed.
[0014]
According to the third aspect, since the armature seal is formed integrally with the stopper that regulates the downward displacement of the vibrating member, the number of parts is reduced, the structure is simplified, and the manufacturing is facilitated.
[0015]
According to the fourth aspect, since the armature seal is formed separately from the vibrating member in advance and integrated with the vibrating member, the characteristics and the like of only the armature seal side are changed without changing the vibrating member side. Therefore, it is easy to cope with various specification changes by sharing parts. When the armature seal is formed integrally with the stopper, the armature seal and the stopper can be changed together.
[0016]
According to the fifth aspect, since the outer peripheral end portion of the armature seal is fixed to the second mounting member side, centering and positioning of the vibrating member are facilitated, so that assembly accuracy can be improved.
[0017]
According to the sixth aspect, the space opened to the atmosphere communicates with the air passage formed inside the second mounting member through the first communication hole, and the air passage is formed in the second mounting member. Since the first communication hole is provided at a position higher than the second communication hole in the state of use while communicating with the atmosphere through the second communication hole, even when the whole is covered with water, Since it is possible to make it difficult for the vibration member to enter a space open to the atmosphere facing the vibration member, the waterproof performance can be improved.
[0018]
According to the seventh aspect, since the concave portion is formed on the contact surface side of the stopper, the spring of the portion where the stopper is first compressed by the concave portion is weakened, so that the non-linear spring characteristic at the time of compression can be further remarkable. In addition, if a recess is provided with a communication groove that crosses at a depth less than the wall thickness, the inside and outside of the space partitioned by the stopper communicates with each other. Can be secured.
[0019]
According to the eighth aspect, at least the armature seal is made heat-resistant, so that the durability can be improved even in a use environment in which the heat is high due to the radiation heat of the engine or the heat generated by the vibration isolator itself.
[0020]
