【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、エレベータかごの行先やかご扉の開閉等、かごを操作するための操作盤に関し、詳しくは、取り付けられた操作盤の高さ位置を上下方向に移動し得るエレベータかご用可動操作盤に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来のエレベータかご用可動操作盤として、特開平2−23190号公報に開示された可動操作盤を図28乃至図30に基づいて説明する。図28はかごの袖壁に取り付けられた可動操作盤を示す取付状態図、図29は可動操作盤の取付状態を示す水平断面図、図30は可動操作盤の高さ位置保持機構部を示す水平断面図である。

図28において、1はかご、2はカゴ扉、3は袖壁、4は可動操作盤であり、各種スイッチや表示機器が内蔵された操作盤ボックス5と前記スイッチのボタンや表示機器の表示部等が配設された表示操作板(フェースプレート)6とで構成されている。
図中の3aは、取付壁としての袖壁3に縦長に設けられた取付穴3aであり、この取付穴3aに、可動操作盤4の操作盤ボックス5が上下移動自在に嵌め込まれ、嵌め込まれた状態において表示操作板6が取付穴3aを介して、その表面側、即ちかごの内壁表面側に出されている。

図29において、袖壁3内、即ちかご1の壁面内における取付穴3aの両側には、それぞれ当該取付穴3aの縦の開口縁に沿って、上下方向に断面形状コ字状のガイド7が取付けられおり、このガイド7に相対する操作盤ボックス5の側面には、それぞれ軸ピン8を介してガイドローラ9が突設されている。このガイド7にガイドローラ9が嵌合し、案内されながら可動操作盤4が上下移動する。
可動操作盤4には、当該可動操作盤4の重量とバランスさせたスプリング10が、その上端を袖壁3内の上方の適所(図示せず)に、下端を操作盤ボックス5から突出させたブラケット5aに掛止して設けられている。

図30において、11は可動操作盤4を少なくとも上下2段の高さに保持させるための高さ位置保持機構である。
この高さ位置保持機構11は、可動操作盤4の上下移動操作用取手を兼ねて表示操作板6の表面側に設けられたハンドル12と、ハンドル12から表示操作板6の横長穴6aを通って操作盤ボックス5内に伸び、そこでL字状に屈曲して操作盤ボックス5の側面穴5bを通って、操作盤ボックス5の外側に延出したロックレバー13と、ハンドル12を横方向(水平方向)に適宜ずらすことでロックレバー13の先端部が係脱可能となるよう、袖壁3内の少なくとも上下2個所にに設けられたストッパ14の係止穴14aとで構成されている。
図では、高さ位置保持機構11は、そのハンドル12が水平方向(横)にずらされ、ロックレバー13の先端がストッパ14の上端係止穴14aに差込しこまれた状態で係止している。

次に、この可動操作盤4の動作を説明する。
図28において、可動操作盤4は、通常、袖壁3に沿って最上位の高さ位置(下方移動限位置)に上昇され、図30の状態で係止されている。
今、例えば、車椅子の使用者や子供等が利用しようとする場合、高さ位置保持機構11のハンドル12を横方向に逆にずらしてロックレバー13をストッパ14の上端係止穴14aから外し、そのままスプリング10の弾性力に抗してハンドル12をもって下方に引き下げて、可動操作盤4を降下させる。
下方移動限位置まで降下させたら、今度は、ハンドル12を元に戻すよう横にずらし、ロックレバー13の先端をストッパ14の上端係止穴14aに差込ませて係止させる。こうして、可動操作盤4は低い位置に移動(降下)し、そこで操作される。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上記のように、従来の可動操作盤は、取り付けられたかご室の袖壁に沿って、上下移動可能で、高い位置と低い位置とに適宜保持させて操作することができるので、高い位置に手が届き難い車椅子利用者や子供達にとっては操作し易いという利点があるものの、この構成では、常にスプリングによって可動操作盤が上方へ引っ張られているために、可動操作板を降下(下方移動)させる際には、必ず、スプリングの弾発力に抗うして押し下げねばならず、しかも、押し下げた状態のまま横移動もさせねばならず、相当の力を要する。

このため、車椅子利用者や子供達にとっては、降下させる操作が負担となってしまい、使いづらいという問題があった。
又、可動操作盤がどこの高さ位置にあろうとも、ハンドルの横方向スライド用の穴やその一部が袖壁表面に露出されてしまうため、美観を損ねるばかりか、悪戯される虞もあった。
本発明は、かかる問題の解決を目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
第1の発明は、取付壁の表面に開口された取付穴に当該取付壁内から臨んで上下移動自在に配置され、当該取付穴を介して前記取付壁の表面側に表示操作板を備えた操作盤ボックスと、前記取付壁内にあって前記操作盤ボックスの自重による降下を許す範囲で当該操作盤ボックスの降下速度を緩和する速度緩和付勢手段と、
前記操作盤ボックスが上下移動する垂直面に向かって所要数の係止受部が階段状にせり出された係止受部材と、
前記操作盤ボックスから出没自在に突出して、常時には、前記係止受部材の最上段に係止された係止部材と、
前記表示操作板に所要数配設され、前記係止受部材を所定距離だけ後退させる所要数の位置変更指示ボタンとを備え、
所望の前記位置変更指示ボタンを押すことにより、前記係止部材を所定距離後退させ、当該係止部材が係止する係止受部材まで可動操作盤を降下させることを内容とする。

【発明の実施の形態】
実施の形態1.
実施の形態1を図1乃至図12に基づいて説明する。

図1及び図2において、1はエレベータかご、2はかご用扉、3は取付壁としての袖壁、15は可動操作盤である。この可動操作盤15は、図3及び図9、図10に示すように、操作盤ボックス16と表面操作板17とで構成されている。
表面操作板17には、この例では、図2に示すように、1〜18階までの多数の行先ボタン18や、選択された行先階を示す表示部18a等の各種スイッチや表示器が配設されており、操作盤ボックス16にはこれらに関する機器類(図示せず)が内蔵されている。

図9において、取付壁としての袖壁3の表面、即ちかご室1の内壁には、操作盤ボックス16を取り付けるために開口した取付穴3bが設けられており、この取付穴3bに、操作盤ボックス16が袖壁3内から臨んで上下移動自在に配置されている。これについては後述する。
又、当該袖壁3の表面側には、この取付穴3bを介して、表示操作板17が位置するよう操作盤ボックス16に取り付けられている。この表示操作板17は、取付穴3bに対して、当該操作盤ボックス16が最上位或いは最下位に移動しても、取付穴3bを十分に覆兎ことができる大きさ及び形状に形成されている。
このように、表示操作板17を、操作盤ボックス16が何れの位置に上下移動しても常に取付穴3aを被うサイズとすることによって、当該開口穴3bを常に利用者から隠すことができる。

図2において、この表示操作板17には、行き先登録するための多数の行先ボタン18(1から18階)が配設されており、これらには、階層別に瞬時に区別できるよう3つの行先ボタン18群に色分け19A、19B、19Cが明示手段として施されている。図の例では、1階から6階(低層階)までの第1行先ボタン群(19A)、7階から12階(中層階)までの第2行先ボタン群(19B)、13階から18階(上層階)までの第3行先ボタン群(19C)と、3つに区分されている。
尚、この区分は2つ以上任意の数に区分してよい。又、明示手段としては色分けに限らず、ボタンの形態など、利用者が視覚的に区分し得る手段であればよい。

図2及び図5において、この表示操作板17には、更に、前記の可動表示盤15を予め設定された位置に降下移動させるため、利用者が操作する位置変更指示ボタンが所要数配設されている。
この実施の形態1では、図2に示すように、第1の位置変更指示ボタン20A、第2の位置変更指示ボタン20B、第3の位置変更指示ボタン20Cの3個のボタンが、位置変更指示ボタン20として、縦(上下方向)に3個配設されており、更に、各位置変更指示ボタン20には、階層毎に分けられた第1乃至第3の行先ボタン群19A、19B、19Cに施された色と同色にしてある。

例えば、その対応関係は、次の通りである。
第1の位置変更指示ボタン20Aに対して第1の行先ボタン群19A、

このように、表示操作板17に多数配設された行き先ボタンを、表示操作板17に配設された高さ位置に応じて、幾つかの行き先ボタン群として視覚的に区分するとともに、位置変更指示ボタン20を前記の区分に相応するように設けて、その対応関係を明示するよう視覚的に区分することによって、目的階の行き先ボタン18を下げるには、どの位置変更指示ボタン20を押せばよいかを、利用者が視覚的に容易に判別することができる。
尚、この位置変更指示ボタン20は、実質的には後述の係止受部材を所定距離だけ後退させるためのボタンであり、詳しくは後述する。

図5において、これらの第1乃至第3の位置変更指示ボタン20(20A、20B、20C)は、表示操作盤17に開設された各々の表示操作板穴17a、17b、17cからその一端が突出し、当該突出端が押圧されると、ボタン自体が押圧方向に摺動するように設けられている。
図9において、各位置変更指示ボタン20のボタン自体には、押さえ板21が取付けられており、ボタン自体の左右に配置されたボタン復帰ばね22、22の一端が固定され、他方端が表示操作板17の裏面に固定されているので、押出後当該位置変更指示ボタン20から手を放すと、ボタン復帰ばね22、22の弾性力により、位置変更指示ボタン20は元の位置、即ち表示操作板17から突出した状態に自動的に復帰する。

図5及び図9において、操作盤ボックス16の内部には、表面操作板17の裏面と平行且つ水平に配置された中空の回転軸25から上方に延在する上回転板23と、下方に延在する下回転板24とが、当該回転軸25の直径方向に一体的に設けられている。この回転軸25の中空部には、操作盤ボックス16の左右の内側面16b、16b間に架け渡された軸棒26が貫通しており、回転軸25はこの軸棒26を中心に回転可能となっている。

図5において、前記の下回転板24がほぼ垂直に垂れた状態にて、当該下回転板24の半径方向に沿うよう、前記表面操作板17の表面に上から下に向けて順に配設された3つの位置変更指示ボタン20A、20B、20Cが、各々押圧による押圧方向(図の左方向)への摺動によって、下回転板24の半径方向の異なる位置に当接するように配置されている。

他方、ほぼ垂直上方に起立された上回転板23には、当該上回転板23の半径方向の上部側と下部側とに、索条の一端が各々連結されている。下部側の索条28(以下、下部索条ともいう)の他端は、操作盤ボックス16の内正面16a側に、常時、当該上回転板23を引き付けるよう作用する引付付勢手段としての引っ張りばね29を介して固定されている。
これによって、前記位置変更指示ボタン20の何れかが押されて、回転軸25が図5において時計回りに回動しても、当該位置変更指示ボタン20への押圧力が解かれると、回転軸25が、従って上回転板23が、引っ張りばね29によって自動復帰する。

図5及び図9において、上部側の索条27(以下、上部索条ともいう)の他端には、係止部材としての引張り板30が連結されている。
この係止部材としての引張り板30は、操作盤ボックス16の内正面16aを貫通してその背面側に出没自在に突出して、常時には、後述の係止受部材の最上段に係止される部材である。
図示の引張り板30は、水平に保たれた状態にて、その両側縁が操作盤ボックス内側面16b、16bにそれぞれ配設された板レール31、31に摺動自在に嵌合されており、操作盤ボックス16の内正面16aに設けられた引張り板用穴16cを貫通して操作盤ボックス16の裏側(外)へ出没自在にして、当該操作盤ボックス16の奥行き方向に水平移動可能に配設されている。

図10において、袖壁3の取付穴3bの両側奥の側壁には、操作盤ボックス16のそれぞれの側面に沿って、縦長に延在されたガイド32、32が配置されており、このガイド32、32に縦長に設けられた溝に、操作盤ボックス16の両側外面に設けられたシュー33、33が嵌合して、当該操作盤ボックス16従って可動操作盤15が、袖壁3内から開口穴3aに臨んで、上下移動が円滑に行われるように構成されている。
この2つのガイド32、32は、操作盤ボックス16の奥行きよりも大きい奥行き幅を持ち、その奥行き先端部は操作盤ボックス16の奥行きよりも更に奥に位置するよう延在している。そして、ガイド32、32の奥行き先端部間には、渡し金34が架け渡されて、2つのガイド32、32と渡し金4とで、操作盤ボックス16の両側面と背面とをコ字形に囲んでいる。

図5及び図10において、操作盤ボックス16が上下移動する垂直面に向かって所要数の係止受部が階段状にせり出された係止受部材を説明する。
この係止受部材は、前記の渡し金34の可動操作盤15側の面に設けられている。図示の例では、前記係止部材としての引張り板30の奥行き先端部を受け止める係止受部材としての2枚の階段状のストッパ板35、35が、が平行間隔を置いて垂直に設けられている。
このストッパ板35の階段状の踏み板面である水平部35H、35A、35B、35Cの各面上に、操作盤ボックス16の内正面16cから突出した引張り板30の奥行き先端部が乗ることで、可動操作盤15の高さ位置が保持される。
尚、このストッパ板35の各水平部35H、35A、35B、35Cの各面にはゴム等の緩衝部材36が各々貼り付けられており、この緩衝部材36によって、引張り板30の奥行き先端部の降下による衝撃を緩和させている。

図11において、取付壁としての袖壁3内にあって、表面操作板17の重量を含む前記操作盤ボックス16の自重、従って可動操作盤15の総重量による降下を許す範囲で、当該操作盤ボックス16の降下速度を緩和する速度緩和付勢手段を設けている。
図示の例では、かごの床面から操作盤ボックス16に達する長さの緩衝ばね38を速度緩和付勢手段として、当該操作盤ボックス16の下部に位置するように配設してある。この緩衝ばね38は、可動操作盤15の重量に応じた弾性力を備えたものが用いられており、可動操作盤15がその自重によって、最上位から最下位まで自由落下させずに円滑に降下させる。

次に、降下した操作盤ボックス16を最上位の係止受部としてのストッパ板35の各水平部35Hに復帰させる強制上昇手段を説明する。
図3に示すように、この実施の形態1では、操作盤ボックス16の上部に、牽引索条としての吊上げワイヤ39の一端を固定し、他端を可動操作盤15(操作盤ボックス16)の上方にブラケット(図示せず)を介して取付けられた牽引駆動手段としての吊上げモータ40の回転軸40aに結び付けて、強制上昇手段を構成している。
尚、図11に示すように、取付穴3bの上端側には、スイッチ用ブラケット(図示せず)を介して設けられたリミットスイッチ41によって、可動操作盤15が最上位にある場合にはONとなるよう配設されている。

図12において、リミットスイッチ41は操作盤制御部42に配線されており、操作盤制御部42は、このリミットスイッチ41からの信号に基づいて、可動操作盤15が最上位にあるか否かの判断を行う位置検出手段を備えている。
又、操作盤制御部42には、行先ボタン18及び吊上げモータ40も結線されており、行き先の登録の有無、及び吊上げモータ40の回転停止指令を行わせる等の各種の制御手段も備えている。

先ず、図13及び図14において、引張り板30の上面の幅方向に延在するよう弓形の底面を備えた溝30aを、位置変更ボタン20(20A,20B、20C)の押し込み量に応じて、そのスライド方向に3本設ける。
他方、図15及び図16に示すように、上下二枚の板レール31、31の上部側板レールの下面側に切り欠き31aと、当該切り欠き31aを中央にして上記引張り板30のスライド方向に、段差31b及び段差31bを設ける。
更に、図17及び図18に示すように、引張り板30の幅とほぼ同等の長さの丸棒90aの両端に、弓形の板ばね90bの凹面中央を固定してストッパ手段90を構成する。この丸棒90aの長さ方向の中央には、図19及び図20に示すように、吊上げワイヤ39の下端を固定する。

図23に示すように、上記ストッパ手段90は、操作盤操作盤ボックス16の上部の穴16d(図21)から当該操作盤操作盤ボックス16内に垂下された吊上げワイヤ39によって吊り上げられている。
操作盤ボックス16内の上部におけるワイヤ39の途中には、吊上げワイヤ39をガイドする溝92a、93aが形成された中空の回転軸92、93が介在している。これらの回転軸92、93は操作板17の裏面と平行かつ水平に、2本配置されている。回転軸92、93の中空部には、操作盤ボックス16の左右の内側面16bに架け渡した軸捧94、95で支承されている。

図23乃至図27において、上記の引張り板30はその溝30aが上とになるように板レール31、31にスライド自在に嵌合されているが、上記のストッパ手段90としての丸棒90aの両端に設けられた板ばね90b、90bが板レール31の段差31bと引張り板30との隙間に差込まれているため、完全にフリーな状態でのスライドは阻止される。
丸棒90aは、操作板17の裏面と平行かつ水平に配設されているが、丸棒90aが板レール31と交差する部分には、切り欠き31aが設けられているので干渉しない。
こうして、丸棒90aは、その長手方向中央に下端が固定された吊上げワイヤ39を介して操作盤ボックス16内に吊り上げられている。

図20乃至図23において、操作盤ボックス16の上面16cに設けられた孔6は、吊上げワイヤ39を貫通させるに充分な大きさの穴であるが、この穴16dの上下側において、当該穴16cを貫通するワイヤ39に、当該穴16cに貫通不能な貫通阻止部材として一対の板91a、91bを、適当間隔をおいて相対に配設してある。
即ち、回転軸93を通過した吊上げワイヤ39の、操作盤ボックス上面16c下部に接近した部分には相対的に下方に位置する板91aが取付けられ、当該下方の板91a上面側に繋がれた吊上げワイヤ39の部分は当該穴16dを通って操作盤ボックス16外へ出て、操作盤ボックス16の上面16c側に接近した部分に相対的に上方に位置する板91bが取付けられている。
こうして上方の板91bに繋がれた吊上げワイヤ39の他端(上端)は、吊上げモータ40の回転軸40aに固定される。

図23において、上方の板91bが操作盤ボックス上面16c接している時、操作盤ボックス16内にある吊上げワイヤ39は、若千の緩みを持たせるものとします。この緩みをzとし、zの具体的な値については後述する。

次に、この可動操作盤15の動作を説明する。
図2において、今、可動操作盤15が最上位にあるとき、係止受部としてのストッパ板35の最上段の水平部35Hに係止部材としての引張り板30の奥行き先端部が載っている。
これを降下させたい利用者は、目的階の行先ボタン18が色分けされた階層19のなかの、どの位置にあるか確認する。
次に、位置変更指示ボタン20A、20B、20Cの中から所望の階床の行先ボタンがある階層と同色のものを押す。例えば、ここで、1〜6階までの低層階19Cのうちの何れかの階を目的階とすれば、明示手段としての色分けによって示されている同色の位置変更指示ボタン20Cを押す。

図5及び図6において、位置変更指示ボタン20Cを押すと、下回転板24に当接して、下回転板24が操作盤ボックス16の奥側(内正面16c側)へと押込まれる。
この場合、下回転板24は、突き出し付勢手段としての付勢ばね29の弾性力に抗し、回転軸25を回転中心として図6おいて時計回りに回転する。これによって、この下回転板24と180度反対側にある上回転板23が、回転板引っ張りばね29の引っ張り力に抗いながら、回転軸25を中心として、下回転板24と同方向に時計回りに回転して、上部索条としてのワイヤ27を介して、係止部材としての引張り板30を、操作盤ボックス16を正面側(図6おいて右)へと所定距離、即ち引張り板30が水平部35Hから離れるよう引っ張る。
こうして、ワイヤ27に引っ張られた引張り板30は、板レール31、31に案内され、操作盤ボックス16の正面側へと水平移動する。

操作盤ボックス16の正面側へと水平移動した引っ張り板30は、ストッパ手段90の板ばね90bがある位置まで到達すると、板ばね90bが、自身のばね力により形状を下方に復元する。この時、ワイヤ39はz寸法分緩んでいるので、復元に支障はない。その結果、溝30aに嵌合し、引っ張り板30の位置が保持される(図25)。溝30aに嵌合し、引っ張り板30の位置が保持された時、ワイヤ39は緩みのない緊張状態になる。
