Abstract
Description
【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a sushi showcase that automatically opens and closes a door.
[0002]
[Prior art]
A commonly used sushi showcase is provided between a counter table and a cooking place, and a door for taking in and out sushi is provided on the cooking place side.
[0003]
The door is a sliding door made of a glass plate. There is no handle for opening and closing, and a finger hook is carved at an end of the glass plate.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The sliding door of the conventional sushi showcase constructed as described above opens and closes by putting a finger on the carved finger hook, but the finger hook is shallow and the finger slips and it is difficult to open and close, and when opening and closing with a toe, the nail Chipped.
[0005]
Also, the sliding door is frequently opened and closed, and the fat of the sushi material coming in and out sticks to the finger hook and its surroundings, which is not preferable in terms of hygiene.
[0006]
In view of the above situation, it is an object of the present invention to provide a sushi showcase in which the opening and closing of a door is automated to reduce the burden on cooks and improve hygiene management.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention is a sushi showcase having a cooling function, in which a door is pulled or flipped up, and is automatically opened and closed by a foot switch or an optical sensor. It is.
[0008]
According to the present invention configured as described above, when the cook takes out the sushi material from the showcase, the door automatically opens and closes, which leads to a reduction in the work of the cook and an improvement in hygiene management.
[0009]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Next, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 shows a first embodiment in which a sliding door is adopted. A
