Abstract
Description
【0001】

[0006]
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and when cleaning a spherical object to be cleaned by ultrasonic waves, it can be reliably cleaned without fretting scratches, and without defects such as residues. It is an object of the present invention to provide an ultrasonic cleaning jig and an ultrasonic cleaning method in which drainage and removal after cleaning are excellent.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The ultrasonic cleaning jig according to claim 1 for attaining the above object, in a state where a spherical object to be cleaned is immersed in the cleaning solution, ultrasonic waves are applied to the cleaning solution to superpose the object to be cleaned. An ultrasonic cleaning jig for holding an object to be cleaned when ultrasonic cleaning is performed, the jig having a plate-shaped holding plate portion having a plurality of holding portions formed thereon, and the holding portions are provided on both sides of the holding plate portion. The object to be cleaned is supported by a support portion including at least three corners formed at the intersection of the elongated holes, the through-holes being formed of elongated holes that penetrate and intersect with each other. I do.
[0008]
According to the jig for ultrasonic cleaning having such a configuration, since the supporting portion can stably support the object to be cleaned, the spherical object to be cleaned moves even if the holding plate portion is slightly inclined. Problems such as contact with other objects to be cleaned can be eliminated. Accordingly, it is possible to reliably prevent the occurrence of fretting scratches due to ultrasonic vibration in a state where the objects to be cleaned are in contact with each other.
Further, since through holes are formed around the object to be cleaned so as to penetrate the front and back sides of the holding plate portion, ultrasonic waves from below can be sufficiently transmitted to the upper surface side of the holding plate portion. The whole of the object to be cleaned can be evenly cleaned by the ultrasonic wave wrapping around the upper surface of the plate portion and the ultrasonic wave reflected on the liquid surface of the cleaning liquid.
Further, since the object to be cleaned is supported by the corners by point contact, the object to be cleaned is easily rotated by the vibration of the ultrasonic waves. When the object to be cleaned is rotated, the entire object to be cleaned can be more effectively cleaned.
Furthermore, when the ultrasonic cleaning jig is pulled up, the liquid is surely drained through the through-hole, so that the residual cleaning liquid on the upper surface side of the holding plate portion can be reliably eliminated.
In addition, since the object to be cleaned is supported at a plurality of points of the supporting portion by point contact, the object to be cleaned fits into the hole and is difficult to remove as in the case of using a conventional wire mesh or punched metal. The operation can be facilitated without any problem.
[0009]
The ultrasonic cleaning jig according to claim 2 is the ultrasonic cleaning jig according to claim 1, wherein the holding portion has a holding concave portion having a concave portion having a larger diameter than an object to be cleaned. A through hole is formed in the bottom surface of the holding recess.
Thereby, even if the object to be cleaned is displaced from being held by the holding portion of the holding portion, the movement can be regulated by the peripheral wall forming the holding concave portion, and the object to be cleaned can be moved from the ultrasonic cleaning jig. Dropping and contact between the objects to be cleaned can be more reliably prevented.
[0010]
The ultrasonic cleaning jig according to a third aspect is the ultrasonic cleaning jig according to the second aspect, wherein the bottom surface of the holding recess is gradually inclined downward toward the center of the holding portion. It is characterized by the above.
According to the holding section having such a configuration, when the ultrasonic cleaning jig is pulled up and taken out of the cleaning liquid to drain the liquid, the cleaning liquid flows out more smoothly. It becomes difficult for the cleaning liquid to accumulate at the corners of the above, and the remaining of the cleaning liquid can be more reliably eliminated. In addition, the residue floating in the cleaning liquid can be reliably poured out.
Further, even if the object to be cleaned is displaced from the holding of the holding portion by the jig due to vibration or the like, the object to be cleaned is guided again to the center of the holding portion by the inclined surface. Therefore, the object to be cleaned can be stably arranged at the center of the holding portion, and a stable cleaning effect can be obtained, and the workability of taking out can be improved.
[0011]
The ultrasonic cleaning jig according to claim 4 is the ultrasonic cleaning jig according to claim 2 or 3, wherein the bottom of the holding recess has a liquid drain hole penetrating through the front and back of the holding plate portion. Is provided.
As described above, the liquid drain holes penetrating the front and back sides separately from the through holes are formed on the bottom surface of the holding recess, so that when the ultrasonic cleaning jig is pulled up and taken out of the cleaning liquid to drain the liquid, the cleaning liquid is removed. Cutting is performed better.
[0012]
Further, the ultrasonic cleaning jig according to claim 5 is the ultrasonic cleaning jig according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the holding plate portion is integrally formed of resin. It is characterized by.
According to such a configuration, it is possible to eliminate such a problem that a contaminant composed of abrasion powder is generated at an intersection of the mesh due to ultrasonic vibration or mechanical vibration as in the case of using a wire mesh.
Furthermore, as in the case of using a wire mesh in which the intersection of the mesh is welded or the entire wire is covered with resin etc., problems such as destructive wear of the welded portion and falling off of the coating may occur due to aging due to ultrasonic vibration. Absent. That is, there is no need to periodically perform re-welding or re-coating, so that costs for maintenance and the like can be minimized.
[0013]
The ultrasonic cleaning jig according to claim 6 is the ultrasonic cleaning jig according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the holding plate portion is formed in a disk shape and holds the ultrasonic cleaning jig. The portions are formed on a plurality of concentric circles at intervals in the circumferential direction.
An ultrasonic cleaning jig according to a seventh aspect is the ultrasonic cleaning jig according to the sixth aspect, wherein the holding plate portion has a cutout penetrating the front and back of the holding plate portion on the outer peripheral side thereof. A part is formed.
The ultrasonic cleaning jig according to claim 8 is the ultrasonic cleaning jig according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the holding plate portion is formed in an annular shape. The holding portion is formed at intervals on the formed holding plate portion.
[0014]

As described above, the holding plate portion is gripped and lifted from the outer peripheral side by the lifting device, so that the ultrasonic cleaning jig can be lifted stably, and the object to be cleaned can be more reliably prevented from falling off. .
[0016]
An ultrasonic cleaning method according to a twelfth aspect of the present invention for achieving the above object is a method of cleaning an object to be cleaned by applying ultrasonic waves to the cleaning liquid in a state where the object to be cleaned is immersed in the cleaning liquid. Ultrasonic cleaning method, wherein an object to be cleaned at the time of cleaning is accommodated in a holding portion formed so as to penetrate a plate-shaped holding plate portion, and at least three supporting portions formed on the holding portion. And is supported by point contact with the
[0017]
According to such an ultrasonic cleaning method, since the object to be cleaned is accommodated in the holding portion formed so as to penetrate the holding plate portion, the spherical cleaning object moves even if the holding plate portion is slightly inclined. As a result, it is possible to eliminate the problem of contact with other objects to be cleaned. Accordingly, it is possible to reliably prevent the occurrence of fretting scratches due to ultrasonic vibration in a state where the objects to be cleaned are in contact with each other.
Also, since the object to be cleaned is supported by point contact with at least three support portions formed on the holding portion, ultrasonic waves from below the holding plate portion are held from between the object to be cleaned and the holding portion. It can be sufficiently transmitted to the upper surface side of the plate portion. Thus, the whole of the object to be cleaned can be washed evenly by the ultrasonic wave wrapping around the upper surface side of the holding plate portion and the ultrasonic wave reflected on the liquid surface of the cleaning liquid.
Furthermore, since the object to be cleaned is supported by point contact, the object to be cleaned is easily rotated by the vibration of the ultrasonic wave. When the object to be cleaned is rotated, the entire object to be cleaned can be more effectively cleaned.
Furthermore, when the holding plate portion is pulled up from the cleaning liquid, the liquid is reliably drained from between the object to be cleaned and the holding portion, so that the cleaning liquid on the upper surface side of the holding plate portion can be reliably eliminated. .
Moreover, unlike the case where a conventional wire mesh or punching metal is used, the work can be facilitated without the object to be cleaned being fitted into the hole and being difficult to take out.
