Description

【0001】

緊締力を測定する際の加重は、4.9N(500gf)、ストレッチ性を測定する際の加重は、17.7N(1500gf)とした。

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to an undershirt worn almost in close contact with the surface of a wearer's upper body, and more particularly to a baseball undershirt that facilitates a pitching operation and a hitting operation.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, the following fabrics have been proposed for baseball undershirts.
(1) The body is made of cotton and the sleeves are made of 100% acrylic.
(2) Cloth made of polyester filament for the outer material of both the body and sleeves, cotton and polyester filament for the lining, and sweat-absorbing fabric on both sides.
(3) Fabric made of 100% polyester filament for both body and sleeve, and subjected to sweat-absorbing treatment.
[0003]
The above-mentioned conventional various undershirts use a cloth which has a certain degree of elasticity and a high sweat-absorbing property. The shape of the clothes is relatively large and has a silhouette that does not fit or adhere to the skin, and is roughly divided into four parts: a front body, a back body, and both sleeves. Although there are differences in the shape of short-sleeved, long-sleeved, high-necked, turtleneck, etc., depending on the application, the function of the garment focuses on the pursuit of comfort during wearing, such as sweat treatment during and after exercise and cold protection. Was.
[0004]
Some of them are intended to improve the functionality during exercise by emphasizing the lightness and elasticity of the material constituting all or a part of the undershirt. For example, there are some undershirts designed to make the arms easy to swing by using a highly elastic material for the arms and shoulders. However, they were merely mobile and did not actively assist the wearer's exercise.
[0005]
Patent Document 1 below discloses a shirt made of an elastic cloth, in which the rear part of the shirt passes from the portion near the acromion side of the upper part of the trapezius to the vicinity of the upper angle in the scapula, and any of the seventh to ninth thoracic vertebrae A strong tightening part that passes through the vicinity of the lower part of the rib on the opposite side and the neck at the front part of the shirt from near the part corresponding to the distal part of the deltoid muscle to near the edge of the part corresponding to the deltoid muscle. Ends near the upper end of the shirt, slightly on the side edge of the opening, and at the back of the shirt, from the vicinity of the deltoid muscle to the seventh cervical vertebra to the third thoracic vertebra, passing near the edge of the deltoid muscle. At this point, there has been proposed a shoulder and upper limb protective garment having a strong tightening force portion extending symmetrically to the opposite side as well. This strongly supports the muscle parts and bones involved when the shoulder joint and the nearby muscle disorders occur, etc., is effective in preventing the disorder and promoting treatment, and it can be easily and properly worn by amateurs, It is a shirt that can easily provide a taping effect, and such an effect can be obtained even when worn by a baseball pitcher or the like.

Japanese Patent No. 3115816
[0007]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the above-mentioned conventional baseball undershirts often focus on the pursuit of comfort during wearing, such as sweat treatment after exercise and cold protection during exercise. It relied solely on lightness and elasticity and did not actively assist the wearer's motor functionality. Further, the invention proposed in Patent Document 1 is effective only for prevention of joint and muscle disorders and promotion of treatment. It did not positively improve movement. In particular, the speed of the pitched ball is determined by how much power can be generated from the necessary muscles and how efficiently it can be transmitted to the ball released from the hand, so that the movement of the shoulders and arms is positively improved There has been a demand for a baseball undershirt having a function.
[0008]
The present invention solves the above-mentioned conventional problems by providing a baseball that positively enhances the movement of the shoulders and arms by arranging materials having different tightening forces depending on parts according to the movement of muscles at the time of pitching and hitting. It is intended to provide an undershirt for a child.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the undershirt of the present invention has a first type of material and a second type of material, in which a main component part is formed of a stretch material, and is worn in a state of being substantially adhered to a surface of a wearer's upper body. An undershirt comprising a type of material and a third type of material,
The tightening force of the first type of material is stronger than the tightening force of the second type of material, the tightening force of the second type of material is stronger than the tightening force of the third type of material,
The first type of material is disposed at a position including an area to which at least a part of the triceps muscle is addressed,
The third type of material is disposed in an area that addresses at least a portion of the trapezius lateral portion near the scapula, at least a portion of the latissimus dorsi, and at least a portion of the deltoid medial portion,
The material of the second type is arranged in an area other than the area where the material of the first type and the material of the third type are arranged.
[0010]
In another undershirt according to the present invention, the main component is formed of a stretch material, and the first type material, the second type material, and the third type material are worn in a state of being substantially adhered to the surface of the upper body of the wearer. Undershirts containing the following types of materials,
The tightening force of the first type of material is stronger than the tightening force of the second type of material, the tightening force of the second type of material is stronger than the tightening force of the third type of material,
The first type of material is disposed at a position including an area to which at least a part of the triceps is attached, and is terminated near the upper end of the triceps of the wearer, and the elbow of the wearer is performing a pitching operation. It is configured to extend when bent to
The third type of material is disposed in an area that addresses at least a portion of the trapezius lateral portion near the scapula, at least a portion of the latissimus dorsi, and at least a portion of the deltoid medial portion,
The material of the second type is arranged in an area other than the area where the material of the first type and the material of the third type are arranged.
[0011]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
First, in order to explain the movement of the muscles of the upper limb during baseball pitching, the structure and role of the muscles near the shoulder will be described. The movement of the muscles and skeleton near the shoulder during pitching is roughly divided into two movements: turning the shoulder and shaking the arm. When pitching, special attention should be paid to the suprascapular, subspinous, small circular, and subscapular muscles in the posterior scapula, which are called the inner muscles. When positioned and turning the shoulders, it plays a role in maintaining stability of the shoulder joints. Outside the inner muscle, there are the latissimus dorsi muscle at the back of the scapula, the trapezius muscle at the upper shoulder, the deltoid muscle at the lower shoulder, and the triceps at the upper back of the upper arm. Plays a role in moving The pitching motion is established by the synergistic action of the inner muscle and the outer muscle. However, since the inner muscle is basically a muscle that does not constitute a body surface, it is considered that the influence of the wear worn is small. Therefore, the movement of the outer muscle in contact with the wear, in particular, as shown in FIG. 4, the muscle near the scapula 70 and moves along with the movement of the scapula 70, the trapezius lateral part 71 and the latissimus dorsi upper part 72. The movement of the muscles in the region of the deltoid muscle 73 and the triceps 74 of the upper back of the upper arm is important. The present invention has been achieved by earnestly studying the movements of these muscles and the materials to be arranged in regions corresponding to these muscles.
[0012]
The trapezius outer part 71 used in the description of the present invention is a trapezius that extends from the back neck to the shoulder and back, stabilizes the head and spine, and moves and fixes the scapula, as shown in FIG. The area near the scapula that moves accompanying the movement of the scapula.
[0013]
The latissimus dorsi upper part 72 extends from the armpits to the entire back, determines the position of the spine, and is associated with the movement of the scapula near the scapula as shown in FIG. Area that moves.
[0014]
The deltoid inner part 73 is a deltoid that functions to bulge from the shoulder to the upper part of the upper arm, connect the scapula, clavicle and humerus, rotate the joint of the shoulder and lift the arm, as shown in FIG. Is the area that moves along with the movement of the scapula near the scapula.
[0015]
In the present invention, the area near the scapula 70 is specified by each of the three types of muscles. However, in addition to the above three types of muscles, muscles such as the great circle muscle, the small circle muscle, and the infraspinatus muscle are also found in the region near the scapula, but in the present invention, these muscles are located above the latissimus dorsi. 72.
[0016]
The movement of the muscle at the time of pitching and the material and structure to be arranged on the undershirt according to the present invention will be described.
[0017]
When turning the shoulder when throwing, the scapula slides from the vicinity of the center of the back to the arm direction, accompanying the movement, the muscles near the scapula, the outer part of the trapezius muscle, the upper latissimus dorsi, and the triangle. The muscles in the area inside the muscle also move. If the movement of these muscles is smooth, it is easy to turn the shoulder, and at the same time, it is easy to make the top of the pitch shown in FIG. 3A, that is, the position where the hand holding the ball comes to the highest place. Therefore, when constructing the undershirt, the soft trapezoidal muscles are stretched in the areas of the trapezius outside, the latissimus dorsi, and the deltoid inside near the scapula so as not to hinder the movement of the muscles. It is necessary to arrange a fabric material (hereinafter, referred to as a "weak tightening material").
[0018]
Next, as the arm is shaken, the triceps changes from a contracted state to an extended state, and the position where the bending of the arm in the direction of the external rotation during pitching becomes maximum as shown in FIG. 3B ( The triceps brachii is in a state where the triceps is maximally extended in the following "maximum external rotation of the upper arm." In FIG. 3B, a state in which the triceps brachii is maximally extended is indicated by a white arrow. From this state, as the limb accelerates beyond the elbow of the upper limb (hereinafter referred to as "forearm"), the triceps gradually returns from the extended state to the contracted state, and reaches the release position shown in FIG. 3C. When it reaches, release the ball and throw it.
[0019]
At this time, when a first type of fabric material (hereinafter, also referred to as a “strong tightening material”) that does not stretch unless strong force is applied is arranged in a region from the triceps of the undershirt to the forearm via the elbow. 3B, the dough material is extended around the elbow protrusion as a fulcrum up to the maximum outer rotation of the upper arm, and a strong force of the stretched dough material to contract causes a force to accelerate the forearm, that is, as shown in FIG. 3B. When shifting from the state shown in FIG. 3C to the state shown in FIG.
[0020]
At the same time, the triceps brachii muscle is stimulated and activated by the clothing pressure caused by the strong tightening material, so that an effect that the arm can be easily swung is obtained.
[0021]
In the undershirt according to the present invention, as described above, in the region of the trapezius lateral portion near the scapula, the upper latissimus dorsi, the region of the deltoid muscle inner portion, a weak tightening material is arranged, and from the triceps brachii via the elbow. By placing a strong tightening material in the area extending to the forearm and arranging a second type of cloth material (hereinafter, also referred to as “medium tightening material”) that expands with moderate force in other areas. As described above, it becomes possible to positively improve the movement of the muscles in the region of the trapezius outside the scapula, the upper part of the latissimus dorsi, and the region of the inside of the deltoid muscle and the triceps. This effect can be exerted when the wearer is worn in a state of being substantially in close contact with the surface of the upper body of the wearer.
[0022]
Also, not only the movement at the time of the pitch described above, but also at the time of hitting, the rotation of the shoulder and the movement of the arm, although the movable area is smaller than at the time of the pitch, the outer part of the trapezius near the scapula, the upper latissimus dorsi, Focusing on the area of the deltoid inner part and the vicinity of the triceps, it has the same movement as at the time of pitching, and by arranging the fabric material as described above, an undershirt that assists the movement at the time of hitting can do.
[0023]
In the present invention, the third type of fabric material is also referred to as “weak tightening material”.
[0024]
In the present invention, in order to create a state of "substantially close contact", the circumferential direction is preferably 50% or more and 110% or less, more preferably 70% or more and 95% or less, and the height is 75% or more and 100% or less with respect to the naked size of the human body. %, More preferably 85% or more and 100% or less, to form an undershirt. Of course, since the size of the human body varies from person to person, the above ratio is a guide.
[0025]
In the present invention, the “main component” refers to a body material portion and a sleeve portion that constitute an undershirt. In addition, although the strong tightening material is arranged at a position including an area to which at least a part of the triceps, a strong tightening material may be arranged to an area to which the entire triceps. Similarly, the weak tightening material may be placed in an area that covers all of the trapezius lateral portion near the scapula, all of the latissimus dorsi muscle and all of the deltoid medial portion.
[0026]
The undershirt may be long sleeved or short sleeved. In the case of long sleeves, the strong tightening material may be further arranged in a region from the triceps to the forearm via the elbow.
[0027]
It is preferable that the strong tightening material, the medium tightening material, and the weak tightening material are integrated by sewing. However, in the case of a weft knit, it can be integrally knitted as described later.
[0028]
The strong tightening material, the medium tightening material, and the weak tightening material of the present invention are stretch materials, and the elongation rate under a 4.9 N (500 gf) load in a 5 cm width indicates that the value of the strong tightening material is A1, and that of the medium tightening material is A1. When the value is B1 and the value of the weak tightening material is C1, A1 <B1 <C1, and the strong tightening material may be in a range of 20% or more and less than 50%, and the weak tightening material may be in a range of 80% or more. preferable. Further, when the elongation rate of a 17.7N (1500 gf) load in a 5 cm width of the material is A2, the value of the strong tightening material is B2, the value of the medium tightening material is B2, and the value of the weak tightening material is C2. Both B2 and C2 are preferably at least 50%. In order to obtain such a stretch characteristic of each portion, for example, when an elastic yarn described later is used as a constituent yarn of a knitted or woven fabric, it can be achieved by the following means as an example.
(1) The composition ratio of the elastic yarn in the high tightening material is higher than that in the medium and low tightening materials.
(2) The fineness of the elastic yarn is increased for the strong tightening material as compared with the medium and weak tightening materials.
(3) In the case of a woven fabric, the density of the warp and / or the weft is made higher, and in the case of a knitted fabric, the density of the knitting is made higher than that of the medium and weak tightening materials.
(4) The woven or knitted fabric is manufactured by increasing the tension of the elastic yarn in the strong tightening material as compared with the medium and weak tightening materials.
(5) The woven or knitted fabric is manufactured by increasing the thickness of the cloth for the strong tightening material as compared with the medium and weak tightening materials.
[0029]
The stretch material of the present invention is preferably at least one cloth selected from a two-way stretch knitted fabric and a two-way stretch woven fabric that expand and contract in the vertical and horizontal directions.
[0030]
The two-way stretch knitted or woven fabric may include polyester fiber yarns and elastic yarns as main component yarns, or nylon fiber yarns and elastic yarns as main component yarns. Here, the main component constituting yarn means that the total of both components is 80% by weight or more. When polyester fiber yarn is used, it is easy to dry even when sweating. When a nylon fiber yarn is used, the knitted fabric has a soft touch.
[0031]
The structure of the knitted or woven fabric may be any. The woven fabric may be a well-known plain weave, oblique weave, or satin weave, or may be a weave. Further, a knitted fabric knitted by a Russell warp knitting machine generally known as a knitted fabric, a knitted fabric knitted by a tricot warp knitting machine, a knitted fabric knitted by a knit weft knitting machine, or the like may be used. For example, a knitted fabric having a half structure knitted by a tricot warp knitting machine, a knitted material having a power net structure knitted by a Russell warp knitting machine, and the like can be given. The knit weft knit may have any structure such as, for example, a flat knit (sheet knitting), a rubber knit, a pearl knit, a smooth knit (double-sided knitting). The knitted fabric knitted by the knit weft knitting machine may be a knitted fabric knitted by a circular knitting machine or a flat knitting machine. In the case of a weft knit, it is possible to knit integrally without sewing. This knitting machine has a device called "Whole Garment" manufactured by Shima Seiki Seisakusho in Japan, and can be used to knit the front body, back body and sleeves at the same time to produce a seamless knit product.
[0032]
Furthermore, the combination of strong, medium and weak tightening materials is knitted seamlessly and cylindrically using a device called "seamless body inner knitting machine" controlled by Santoni of Italy, which is controlled by a full computer. Sleeves are also possible.
[0033]
The woven or knitted fabric preferably uses at least a part of elastic yarn having elasticity such as polyurethane yarn.
[0034]
The elastic yarn is preferably at least one selected from a polyurethane elastic yarn and a polyester elastic yarn. This is because it has high stretchability and is suitable for sports clothing. The elastic yarn may be either a bare yarn (bare yarn) or a covered yarn whose surface is coated with a polyester fiber or a nylon fiber.
[0035]
The undershirt of the present invention is suitable for a shirt worn under a baseball uniform.
[0036]
Fabrics using high crimped false twisted yarns, such as polyester and nylon, which have been subjected to high crimp false twisting to have elasticity, can be used for at least a part or all of the fabric. Further, it is also possible to simply use a plurality of the elastic knits in a pile. Further, a two-layer laminate fabric obtained by laminating the stretchable knit fabrics into two layers, and a stretchable polyurethane sheet sandwiched by the stretchable knit fabric into a three-layer laminate process are formed into three layers. Layer laminate fabrics can also be used.
[0037]
Next, as a method of imparting a "strong, medium and weak" tightening force to the fabric material to obtain a strong tightening material, a medium tightening material and a weak tightening material, polyurethane yarn, high crimp false twisted yarn (hereinafter, stretch yarn) The mixing ratio of "large, medium, and small" can give each fabric material a "strong, medium, and weak" tightening force. As a method of giving a change to the mixing ratio, a method of giving the mixing ratio “large, medium and small” by changing the thickness of the elastic yarn to “thick, medium, thin”, There is a way to get a mix of "large, medium and small" by changing to "many, medium and small". It is also possible to change the knitting density to “dense, medium, sparse” when the mixing ratio of the elastic yarn is constant. Furthermore, tightening the fabric to "strong, medium, or weak" by using a fabric with a different type of elastic yarn, using a laminated fabric and a non-laminated fabric, or changing the number of layers of the same fabric to overlap It is possible to have power.
[0038]
The "strong, medium, and weak" tightening force of the strong tightening material, the medium tightening material, and the weak tightening material can be confirmed by the magnitude of the elongation rate of the cloth under a constant load. That is, a fabric having a strong tightening force has a small elongation rate, and a fabric having a weak tightening force has a large elongation rate.
[0039]
In the present invention, the tightening force is the resistance of the material to elongation.
[0040]
The measuring method of the elongation rate showing the stretchability and the tightening force is as follows: TENSILON universal tensile tester (UTM-III-200, manufactured by Toyo Baldwin Co., Ltd.), the tensile strength is 20 cm / min, and the size of the sample fabric is The width was 5 cm, the length was 30 cm, and the gripping interval was 20 cm. The load at the time of measuring the tightening force was 4.9 N (500 gf), and the load at the time of measuring the stretchability was 17.7 N (1500 gf). Hereinafter, the elongation rate used in the description of the examples is a measurement result by this measurement method.
[0041]
In the undershirt according to the present invention, the strong tightening material, the medium tightening material and the weak tightening material may be integrated by sewing or bonding to form an undershirt.
[0042]
As a sewing method, there is a method of sewing with a sewing machine that forms a stitch such as a lockstitch, a chain stitch, a single needle overlock, a double needle overlock, and a flat seamer. It is not limited to these. However, it is desirable to employ a single needle overlock, a double stitch overlock, and a flat seamer that also have a stretchable seam and do not give a sense of discomfort when worn.
[0043]
As a bonding method, a glue is provided on the two types of fabrics (members) to be integrated, melted by heat, and after cooling, heat-meltable polyurethane seam tape that permeates into the fabric and solidifies between the fabrics. There is a thermocompression bonding method in which the fabric can be bonded by scissors and hot pressing.
[0044]
In the present invention, the first type of material is configured to terminate near the upper end of the triceps of the wearer and to extend when the wearer's elbow is bent during the pitching operation. Is preferred.
[0045]
Further, it is preferable that the third type of material is located near the scapula of the wearer and configured to make it easy to turn the shoulder.
[0046]
Also, the second type of material may be configured to extend along the spine between regions of the third type of material that address the vicinity of the scapula of the wearer.
[0047]
The shirt of the present invention can be applied not only to baseball but also to other sports such as golf, tennis, badminton, squash, hockey, and jogging.
[0048]

The weight per unit area (basis weight) is 190 g / m 2 Met.
[0053]
In this example, in order to create a "substantially close contact" state, the size was set to be about 80% in the peripheral direction and about 90 to 95% in length with respect to the naked size of the human body.
[0054]
As described above, in the undershirt 1 of the present embodiment, since the weak tightening material is arranged in the scapula portion 16, when the wearer turns his shoulder at the time of pitching, the trapezius lateral portion accompanying the movement of the scapula is used. In addition, the movement of the muscles in the upper latissimus dorsi and the inner part of the deltoid muscle becomes smooth, the shoulders are easily turned, and the top of the pitch shown in FIG. 3A is easily made.
[0055]
Since the firm tightening material is placed on the triceps part of the upper arm, the fabric material is extended around the elbow fulcrum until the maximum outer rotation of the upper arm shown in FIG. The force acting on the forearm is synergistic with the force for accelerating the forearm, that is, the force for contracting the triceps brachii when shifting from the state shown in FIG. 3B to the state shown in FIG. 3C, and serves to assist the movement of the forearm. At the same time, the triceps brachii muscle is stimulated and activated by the clothing pressure caused by the strong tightening material, so that an effect that the arm can be easily swung can be obtained.
[0056]
FIG. 2A is a front view of the short-sleeved shirt, and FIG. 2B is a rear view thereof.
[0057]
This embodiment is different from the embodiment of the long-sleeved shirt shown in FIGS. 1A and 1B only in that the sleeve portion 15b and the triceps portion 17b have short-sleeved specifications. This is the same as that described in the embodiment of FIG.
[0058]
The embodiment shown in FIGS. 1A to 1B is a long-sleeved shirt, in which the portion where the tightening material is arranged is a region from the triceps of the wearer to the forearm via the elbow, The embodiment shown in FIGS. 2A-2B is a short-sleeved shirt, in which the region where the strong tightening material is placed is only the triceps part of the wearer, that is, up to the cuff part of the short-sleeved shirt. Therefore, compared to long-sleeved shirts, the strong tightening material that assists the movement of the forearm tends to contract, but the triceps muscles are stimulated and activated by the clothing pressure caused by the strong tightening material, causing the arm to move. The effect of making it easy to swing can be obtained as in the case of the long sleeve shirt.
[0059]
In each of the above-described embodiments, a strong tightening material and a weak tightening material are arranged on both the left and right sides. When the wearer performs a striking motion, it is more effective to place it on both the left and right. However, if it is limited to pitching motion, strong tightening material and weak tightening material should be applied only to the wearer's arm, that is, the side of the throwing arm. It may be arranged.
[0060]
In each of the above embodiments, the shirt is constituted by the members of the collar portion 11, the front portion 12, the rear portion 13, the side portions 14, the sleeve portions 15a and 15b, the scapula portion 16, and the triceps portions 17a and 17b. The shape of each region is not limited to this, as long as the cloth material having the above-described tightening force is arranged in each of the above-described regions.
[0061]
The width and size of the scapula portion 16 and the triceps portions 17a, 17b can be arbitrarily modified as needed as long as the object of the present invention is achieved.
[0062]
Further, the shape of the collar is not limited to the one shown in the figure, and can be arbitrarily deformed as required, such as a so-called high neck and turtle neck.
[0063]
Although FIGS. 1A to 1B and FIGS. 2A to 2B are three-dimensionally expressed by approximating the wearing state, there is a slight change in shape depending on the body shape of the wearer.
[0064]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, in the undershirt of the present invention, since the weak tightening material is arranged on the scapula portion, when the wearer turns the shoulder at the time of throwing a ball, the trapezius muscle lateral portion accompanying the movement of the scapula, a wide area. The movement of the muscles in the region of the upper part of the back muscle and the inner part of the deltoid muscle becomes smooth, the shoulders can be easily turned, and the top of the pitch can be easily formed.
[0065]
A strong tightening material is placed on the triceps, so when the ball is thrown, up to the maximum external rotation of the upper arm, the fabric material is stretched around the elbow fulcrum and then the stretched fabric material tries to contract Acts to assist the movement of the forearm in synergy with the force that attempts to accelerate the forearm, that is, the force that causes the triceps to contract. At the same time, the triceps brachii muscle is stimulated and activated by the clothing pressure caused by the strong tightening material, and the arm becomes easy to swing.
[0066]
In the case of a short-sleeved shirt, the region where the strong tightening material is arranged is only the triceps part, that is, up to the cuff portion of the short-sleeved shirt, so that the strong tightening material that helps the movement of the forearm tends to contract is weak. However, the triceps muscles are stimulated and activated by the clothing pressure caused by the strong tightening material, and the arm is easily swung.
