Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an upper mounting member of a sunshade for mounting an upper edge portion of a sunshade which is provided so as to be able to be drawn out from a lower edge of a window opening and adjusts light emitted from a window opening of a vehicle.
[0002]
[Prior art]
An example of this type of sunshade and the structure of a window opening for mounting the sunshade is disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 10-324151. This is a wind-up case that winds up and down on the door body consisting of the outer panel and the inner panel, and incorporates a wind-up case that can wind up the sunshade between the inner panel and the door trim provided inside the car, A plurality of hooks attached to the upper edge of the sunshade drawn through a slit formed in the door trim are detachably engaged with the upper edge of the window glass. The sunshade is deployed or stored according to the elevation of the window glass. The latch hook is formed by forming a plate member having a constant width into a shallow inverted U-shape.
[0003]
As shown in FIG. 8, a door provided with such a sunshade usually has a window frame 15 for guiding and supporting the window glass. Inside the window frame 15, a root side into which the window glass 14 is inserted is provided. There is provided a weather strip 16 having a pair of lip portions 16a which are wide and are inclined with respect to each other in an eight-shaped cross section so that the distal end portion on the opposite side is narrow. In the state where the window glass 14 is closed, the root side of each lip 16a is separated from the surface of the window glass 14, but the vicinity of the tip of the lip 16a is in contact with the surface of the window glass 14 to make the interior and the outside of the vehicle airtight and watertight. To be sealed.
[0004]
In the case where the window opening is provided directly on the side surface of the frame other than the door of the vehicle, a plurality of hooks are provided on the garnish provided inside the roof side portion which is above the window opening, and the sunshade is provided on the garnish. There is also a mounting structure that hooks the edge.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, on the upper edge of the window glass 14 sealed by the weather strip 16 as shown in FIG. In the locked state, the lip portion 16a of the weather strip 16 is pushed up from the surface of the window glass 14 by the hook portion 1, and is formed by the hook portion 1 and the surface of the window glass 14 immediately on both sides of the hook portion 1. Since the step cannot be followed, a triangular gap S is generated between the hook portion 1, the window glass 14, and the lip portion 16a as shown in FIG. 9, which is a sectional view taken along line 9-9 in FIG. Since the interior of the vehicle and the exterior are communicated with each other through the space S and the space between the window glass 14 and the weather strip 16, external noise enters the interior of the vehicle and water leaks during rainy weather or washing with water. The problem arises.
[0006]
As a mounting structure of the upper edge of the sunshade, as shown in FIG. 10, a plurality of mounting members 5 are mounted on the inner surface of the wind frame 15 and weather strips 16 are provided inside the mounting members 5, and each mounting member 5 is extended. In some cases, a plurality of small horizontally long openings 17c formed in the upper edge portion 17b of the sunshade 17 are hooked on the hook portion 5a formed by bending. In this structure, there is no problem in the seal between the window glass 14 and the weather strip 16, but the cross section similar to that described above between the wind frame 15 and the weather strip 16 immediately on both sides of the mounting member 5 has a triangular shape. The vehicle interior and the outside are communicated through this clearance, so that external noise enters the vehicle interior, and there is a problem that water leaks during rainy weather or washing with water. Further, if the use state of the sunshade 17 is bad and the mounting member 5 is inclined, there is a problem that the weather strip 16 is displaced from a proper position.
[0007]
In addition, a window opening is provided directly on the frame of the vehicle, and the mounting structure that hooks the upper edge of the sunshade on the hook part provided on the garnish inside the roof side part above the window opening is inside the roof side part. It can only be applied to those with garnishes, and not to those with sunshades on doors.
[0008]
The present invention solves each of these problems by improving the shape of the hook portion of the upper mounting member of the sunshade to the upper edge of the window glass to improve the sealing property between the hook portion and the weather strip. The purpose is to do.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
For this purpose, the upper mounting member of the sunshade according to the present invention is a weatherstrip which is mounted on a vehicle body member located below the window opening of the vehicle so as to be able to ascend and descend and in which the upper edge portion seals the inside and outside of the vehicle in the highest state. Having an inverted U-shaped cross-section hooked over the upper edge of the window glass contacting the lip of the vehicle body, and pulled out from the inside of the upper edge of the vehicle body member located below the window opening. In the upper mounting member of the sunshade to which the upper edge portion of the sunshade is attached, the lower half of the leg portion of the hook portion overlapping the lip portion of the weather strip near the position where the window glass is most raised has a width of the leg. A wide portion that is wider than the width of the upper half of the portion, and a divergent surface that gradually increases the thickness of the wide portion as it goes downward on the thickness direction outer surface of the wide portion is formed, The protruding parts on both sides of the wide part gradually reduced in thickness as approaching both tip edges, and a mounting part for attaching the upper edge of the sunshade was formed at the lower end of one leg inside the car of the hook part It is characterized by the following.
[0010]
The wide portion of the upper mounting member of the sunshade described in the preceding paragraph may be formed in both lower halves of the two legs of the hook portion, or may be formed under one of the legs that is the vehicle interior of the hook portion. It may be formed in half.
[0011]
In addition, the upper mounting member of the sunshade described in each of the preceding items, a mounting portion for mounting the upper edge portion of the sunshade, a hook portion integrally formed on a lower end portion of one leg portion on the vehicle inside of the hook portion and having an open upper side. It is preferable that
[0012]
Function and Effect of the Invention
According to the upper mounting member of the sunshade of the present invention, the width of the lower half of the leg portion of the hook portion overlapping the lip portion of the weather strip near the position where the window glass is most elevated is larger than the width of the upper half portion of the leg portion. The wide lip is also wide, and the divergent surface that gradually increases the thickness of the wide part as it goes downward is formed on the outer surface in the thickness direction of the wide part, so the inclined lip part is not only the tip part but also the divergent surface. It contacts the wide part in almost the whole. Since the thickness of the protrusions on both sides of the wide portion gradually decreases as approaching both front edges, the step between the divergent surface of the wide portion and the window glass becomes small at the front edge of the protrusion. Therefore, the gap generated between the window glass, the weather strip and the mounting member is also reduced, so that there is less possibility that external noise will enter the interior of the vehicle, and that there will be a problem that water leaks when raining or washing.
[0013]
According to the configuration in which the wide portion of the upper mounting member of the sunshade is formed on both lower halves of the two legs of the hook portion, the window can be mounted regardless of whether the mounting member is mounted or removed. Since the glass moves up and down the center of the weather strip, an upper mounting member of a sunshade suitable for a door having a window frame for stably guiding and supporting the window glass is obtained. In addition, according to the wide portion formed on the lower half of one of the legs on the inside of the hook portion, the upper mounting member of the sunshade suitable for a door without a wind frame such as a hard top is provided. can get.
[0014]
In addition, according to the attachment portion for attaching the upper edge portion of the sunshade being a hook portion having an open upper side integrally formed at the lower end portion of one leg portion on the inside of the hook portion when the sunshade is unnecessary, The tip can be easily removed from the mounting portion of the mounting member, and the sunshade can be stored in the vehicle body member below the window opening.
[0015]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, an upper mounting member of a sunshade according to the present invention will be described with reference to a first embodiment shown in FIGS. In this embodiment, a sunshade upper mounting member according to the present invention is applied to a door provided with a window frame for guiding and supporting a window glass. First, the door will be described.
[0016]
The door that opens and closes the door opening of the vehicle includes a door body (body member) 10 and a wind frame 15 mounted on the upper side of the door body, as shown in the diagram on the left side of FIG. A window opening is formed by the window glass 14. In the state where the door is closed, as shown in a partially enlarged view at the upper right of FIG. 1, the wind frame 15 has the weather strip 19 provided at the corner of the outwardly protruding portion, and the roof side portion 12 and the front and center pillars ( (Not shown) and is sealed to the frame, and the door body 10 is similarly sealed to the frame.
[0017]
The door body 10 is formed by joining the outer peripheral portions of a press-formed sheet metal outer panel 10a and an inner panel 10b integrally by hemming or the like to form a middle part. 10c is formed, and the inner side of the inner panel 10b is covered with a door trim 11 attached with a clip or the like. The window glass 14 is moved up and down through an opening 10c by a window regulator (not shown) provided in the door main body 10, and when the window glass 14 is at the highest position, the upper edge and the front and rear edges are as shown by the solid line in FIG. After entering the window frame 15 having the U-shaped cross section, the window opening is closed, and in the most lowered state, the window opening is released as shown by the two-dot chain line in FIG.
[0018]
As shown in a partially enlarged cross-sectional view in the upper right of FIG. 1, the upper frame and the front and rear edges have a U-shaped cross section, and the entire inside of the U-shaped portion occupying most of the window frame 15 has a window glass 14. Is provided with a weather strip 16 for airtightly and watertightly sealing the interior and exterior of the vehicle when the window opening is closed. The weather strip 16 is made of a soft and elastic material such as rubber, has a wide root side (corresponding to the opening side of the U-shaped portion) into which the window glass 14 is inserted, and has a front end portion (rear side of the U-shaped portion) opposite thereto. And a pair of lip portions 16a which are arranged in an inclined manner in an eight-shaped cross section so as to be narrower, and are attached by bonding or the like. The window glass 14 has one or a plurality of hooks 21 (1 to 1) having an inverted U-shaped cross-section so as to straddle the upper edge inserted into the lip 16a of the weather strip 16 in the most elevated state. (Approximately four) attachment members 20 are locked in accordance with the position of an opening 17c provided in the upper edge portion 17b of the sunshade 17 described below.
[0019]
A screen portion 17a of a sunshade 17 is wound around a winding shaft 18a in a winding case 18 mounted along the upper edge of the inner panel 10b, and is elastically provided by a torsion spring (not shown) provided on the winding shaft 18a. In the state in which the upper edge portion 17b is entangled, the upper edge portion 17b is locked so that the leading edge does not enter from the slit 11a. In use, the upper edge portion 17b of the sunshade 17 is pulled out of the slit 11a of the door trim 11 together with the screen portion 17a, and a plurality of small horizontally long openings 17c formed in the upper edge portion 17b are used for the mounting members 20 described below. The sunshade 17 is hooked on the hook portion 25, whereby the sunshade 17 is expanded or stored according to the elevation of the window glass 14.
[0020]
As mainly shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the mounting member 20 has a hooking portion 21 having an inverted U-shaped cross section, and inner faces of two legs 22 forming each hooking portion 21 facing each other are parallel to each other. It is a plane. In the lower half of each leg 22 overlapping the lip portion 16a of the weatherstrip 16 near the position where the window glass 14 is most raised, a wide portion 23 having a wider width than the upper half of the leg 22 is formed. The protruding portions 23a on both sides of the wide portion 23 in this embodiment are substantially triangular with the lower side expanding. A divergent surface 23b is formed on the outer surface in the thickness direction of the wide portion 23 so as to gradually increase the thickness of the wide portion 23 as it goes downward. The protruding portions 23a on both sides of the wide portion 23 gradually decrease in thickness as approaching both front edges, and each front edge of the wide portion 23 outside the lateral width d is sharpened to have a thickness of zero. The extended portion extending downward from the wide portion 23 of the one leg portion 22 on the inside of the vehicle is formed into a hook portion 25 that extends downward and inward and is bent upward and inward to open upward.
[0021]
The window glass 14 rises most, and the upper edge of the window glass 14 holding the attachment member 20 is locked in the weather strip 16 provided on the window frame 15 as shown in the partially enlarged sectional view in the upper right of FIG. In the inserted state, the lip portion 16a is inclined such that the lower root side is away from the surface of the window glass 14, but the outer surface in the thickness direction of the wide portion 23 increases in thickness as it goes downward. Because of the surface 23b, the lip portion 16a is in contact with the outer surface of the wide portion 23 not only at the tip but also at almost the entire divergent surface 23b. The cross section of each part shown in FIG. 4 in this state will be described with reference to FIGS. As shown by the line 4-4 in FIG. 3, a cross-sectional view of the upper half of the leg 22, that is, the position above the lip 16a is as shown in FIG. 4, and the lip 16a abuts the leg 22. It has not been. As shown by the line 5-5, a cross-sectional view at a position within the range of the wide portion 23 in the lower half of the leg portion 22 and above the position corresponding to the above-mentioned width d is as shown in FIG. The lip portion 16a is in contact with a divergent surface 23b formed on the outer surface in the thickness direction of the wide portion 23. However, at this cross-sectional position, since the thickness of each leading edge of the wide portion 23 is not 0, a slight step is generated between both ends of the diverging surface 23b and the surface of the window glass 14, and the step is formed just outside these both ends. A triangular gap T is formed between the wide portion 23, the window glass 14, and the lip portion 16a, which is almost the same as the gap S of the prior art described with reference to FIGS.
[0022]
However, as shown by the line 6-6 in FIG. 3, the cross section of the wide portion 23 within the range of the wide portion 23 in the lower half of the leg portion 22 and below the position corresponding to the above-described width d is shown. Since the thickness of each leading edge is 0, the diverging surface 23b of the wide portion 23 is connected to the surface of the window glass 14 without any step in the middle as shown in FIG. Therefore, in the range where the thickness of the leading edge becomes zero, the lip portion 16a of the weather strip 16 contacts from the diverging surface 23b of the wide portion 23 of the mounting member 20 to the surface of the window glass 14 without forming a gap in the middle. There is no gap between the window glass 14, the weather strip 16 and the mounting member 20. As a result, the gap T of the cross section at the position of the line 5-5 decreases as the position moves to the position of the line 6-6, and the gap disappears. Therefore, external noise enters the vehicle interior, and water leaks when raining or washing with water. The problem does not arise.
[0023]
In the above-described embodiment, the shape of the protruding portion 23a of the wide portion 23 protruding on both sides is a substantially triangular shape whose lower side is widened as shown by a solid line in FIG. The base may extend in a right angle from the side edge of the leg portion 22 and may have a trapezoidal shape in which the lower side is expanded. If the width of the upper portion of the protruding portion 23a is made wider or substantially the same as the oblique trapezoidal shape or a similar shape, the thickness of each leading edge of the wide portion 23 is reduced to zero in the entire upper and lower widths or almost the entire width of the wide portion 23. Since the gap T is not generated even at or near the tip of the lip 16a, external noise and intrusion of water during rainy weather or washing with water are further reduced.
[0024]
In the first embodiment described above, the upper mounting member of the sunshade according to the present invention is applied to the door having the window frame 15, but the second embodiment shown in FIG. The upper part of the sunshade according to the present invention is applied to a door having no window frame 15.
[0025]
Since the door of this embodiment is not provided with a window frame, the weather strip 16A that seals the interior and exterior of the vehicle airtight and watertight when the window glass 14 closes the window opening, as shown in FIG. It is directly attached to the roof side portion 12A or the like by adhesion or the like. The weather strip 16 </ b> A is similar to the lip portion 16 a on the vehicle interior side of the weather strip 16 of the first embodiment, and has a lower root side separated from the inner surface of the window glass 14 and an upper end portion. Has one lip portion 16 </ b> Aa that is arranged to be inclined with respect to the window glass 14 so that the lip portion 16 </ b> A contacts the window glass 14. As in the first embodiment, a hooking portion 21 having an inverted U-shaped cross-section is provided on the window glass 14 so as to straddle the upper edge of the weatherstrip 16A which is in contact with the lip portion 16Aa in the most raised state, as in the first embodiment. One or a plurality of attachment members 20 </ b> A having the following are locked in accordance with the position of the opening 17 c provided in the upper edge 17 b of the sunshade 17. When the door is closed, the upper edge and the front and rear edges of the window glass 14 are in contact with the lip portion 16Aa, as in the first embodiment, and move rightward from the lip portion 16Aa when the door is opened. .
[0026]
As shown in FIG. 7, the attachment member 20A has a hooking portion 21 having an inverted U-shaped cross section as in the first embodiment, but has the same protrusion 23a and suehiro as in the first embodiment. The wide portion 23 having the surface 23b is formed only on the lower half portion of one leg 22 inside the vehicle of the mounting member 20A, and is not formed on the other leg 22. Also in this attachment member 20A, as shown in FIG. 7, in a state where the window glass 14 is at the highest position and is in contact with the lip portion 16Aa of the weather strip 16A, a range in which the thickness of the leading edge of the protruding portion 23a becomes zero. Then, as in the case of the first embodiment described above, the lip portion 16Aa of the weather strip 16A has a gap extending from the diverging surface 23b of the wide portion 23 of the mounting member 20A to the surface of the window glass 14 without forming a gap in the middle. Since there is no contact, there is no problem that external noise enters the vehicle interior or that water leaks when raining or washing with water.
[0027]
According to each of the above-described embodiments, the lip portion 16a that is inclined with respect to the surface of the window glass 14 near the position where the window glass 14 is most elevated has the wide portion 23 at almost the entire divergent surface 23b as well as at the tip portion. And the lip portion 16a of the weather strip 16 extends from the diverging surface 23b of the wide portion 23 of the mounting member 20 without any gap in the range where the thickness of each leading edge of the wide portion 23 is zero. Since the contact is made over the surface of the window glass 14, there is no gap between the window glass 14, the weather strip 16 and the mounting member 20. Therefore, there is no problem that external noise enters the vehicle interior or that water leaks during rainy weather or washing with water.
[0028]
In each of the above-described embodiments, a part of the thickness of each of the front end edges of the wide portion 23 is set to 0, so that a gap generated between the window glass 14, the weather strip 16 and the mounting member 20 is reduced. Since it is 0, the effect of preventing water leakage and the like is maximized. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and may be implemented by reducing the width of the wide portion 23 by the protruding portion 23a so that the thickness does not become zero. Even in such a case, the effect of preventing water leakage is considerable. Achieved to a degree.
[0029]
In the above-described embodiment, the mounting member 20 having the above-described structure is locked to the upper edge of the window glass 14 of the door that opens and closes the entrance of the vehicle. According to this, the sunshade 17 provided inside the door is provided. Is obtained. However, the upper mounting member of the sunshade according to the present invention is not limited to this, and is implemented by engaging with the upper edge of the window glass that opens and closes the window opening provided on the side surface of the frame other than the door of the vehicle. You can also.
[0030]
In the first embodiment described above, the wide portion of the upper mounting member of the sunshade is formed in both lower halves of the two legs 22 of the hook portion 21. Regardless of whether the mounting member 20 is attached (when the sunshade is used) or the mounting member 20 is removed (when the sunshade is not used), the window glass 14 moves up and down the center of the weather strip 16 so that the window glass 14 is stably guided and supported. Thus, an upper mounting member of a sunshade suitable for a door or the like having the wind frame 15 can be obtained. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and the wide portion 23 may be formed in the lower half of one of the legs on the vehicle interior side of the hooking portion 21. A sunshade upper mounting member suitable for a door having no window frame such as a top can be obtained.
[0031]
Further, in the above-described embodiment, the upper portion integrally formed with the lower end of one leg of the hooking portion 21 of the mounting member 20 on the vehicle interior side is opened, with the mounting portion 25 for mounting the upper edge portion 17b of the sunshade 17 being opened. The upper portion 17b of the sunshade 17 can be attached and detached even if the attachment member 20 cannot be detached from the upper edge of the window glass 14 by closing the window glass 14 so that the sunshade can be detached. The degree of freedom of attachment / detachment of the upper edge part 17b for using 17 increases. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and the mounting portion 25 provided on the mounting member 20 and the upper edge portion 17b of the sunshade 17 are non-removably mounted by screws, pins, sewing, or the like. By engaging and disengaging 21 with the upper edge of the window glass 14, the upper edge 17b of the sunshade 17 can be attached to and detached from the upper edge of the window glass 14.
