Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention provides a method for extracting signals for lighting various display devices of a motorcycle certified car for a driving school without mounting or external components such as an external sensor without processing or modifying the inside of an engine or a crankcase. The present invention relates to a method for displaying various lamps in a motorcycle-certified car for a driving school, which calculates and compares electric signals generated in the car by a computer and displays the processed signals.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, motorcycle-certified vehicles for driving schools are manufactured and sold by motorcycle manufacturers, but display devices required as driving-train-certified vehicles include a front part of a steering wheel and a vehicle body as shown in FIG. 1st gear display lamp 1, 2nd gear display lamp 2, 3rd gear display lamp 3, 4th gear display lamp 4, 40km / h or more display lamp 5, stall display lamp 6, and front brake display lamp 7 is equipped with 7 kinds of display lamps, and the car is driven in the training course to give guidance on driving skills. The instructor visually recognizes the driving skills and gives appropriate guidance. Are visually recognized by a display device comprising such display lamps as to whether or not appropriate driving skills are provided.
[0003]
The above-mentioned mechanism for displaying the positions of the gears of the transmission of the conventional driving school-certified car is provided by processing and attaching a sensor to the transmission drum inside the crankcase of the engine, and a display device comprising the above-mentioned display lamps by an electronic circuit. The Japanese motorcycle manufacturer manufactures a specially modified driving car with a special modification inside the crankcase separately from a general motorcycle for commercial use, and sends it to the driving school. Sold and used.
[0004]
However, in recent years, motorcycle enthusiasts have a strong desire to switch to a more popular model than motorcycles sold by domestic manufacturers, for example, a foreign motorcycle. In order to meet the demands of applicants for obtaining a large motorcycle license, this type of foreign vehicle has been introduced as a driving school certified vehicle in order to meet the demands of those who wish to obtain a large motorcycle license. In addition to encouraging the driver's desire to obtain a motorcycle license, the driving school tends to make a difference from other driving schools, making it an advantageous means of recruiting large motorcycle license applicants.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention is capable of displaying the transmission position without any change from the conventionally-certified driving schools, and is capable of displaying almost all motorcycles including large motorcycles without machining or modifying the inside of the crankcase. Provided are various lamp display methods for a motorcycle-certified vehicle for a driving school that can be applied to a motorcycle only by attaching inexpensive external parts.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In the present invention, when a normal motorcycle is converted into a driving school certified vehicle, a position sensor for detecting the vertical movement of the shift pedal is attached, and a clutch lever sensor for detecting a gripped state of the clutch lever is provided near the clutch. The computer captures electrical signals from the clutch lever sensor, shift pedal position sensor, speedometer, tachometer and neutral lamp, and the computer operates the clutch lever and shift pedal, as well as the electrical signals from the speedometer and tachometer. , And various display lamps are turned on and off at an external position of the motorcycle.
[0007]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, with reference to the drawings, an embodiment of various lamp display methods in a motorcycle driving certification vehicle of the present invention will be described.
[0008]
First, when a motorcycle that is normally sold is converted into a driving school certified vehicle as described above with reference to FIG. 5, a portion of the shift pedal 9 shown in the overall schematic perspective view of the motorcycle shown in FIG. The up-and-down movement of the speed change pedal in the directions of arrows A and B in FIG. 2 (FIGS. 2A, 2B and 2C are each an enlarged side view) is an up-gear sensor 16 via a magnet 15. In addition, a position sensor of the speed change pedal 9 sensed by the down gear sensor 17 is attached, and a clutch lever sensor 18 for detecting a gripped state of the clutch lever 8 is provided near the clutch lever 8. Next, as shown in the explanatory view of FIG. 3, electric signals from the clutch lever sensor 18, the position sensors 16 and 17, the speedometer 19, the tachometer 20, and the neutral lamp (not shown) of the shift pedal 9 are transmitted to a computer. 21 and compares the electric signal from each operating mechanism operated by the driver with the signal currently being generated by the program of the computer 21 prepared in advance and the signal currently being generated. A numerical value applicable to the situation is detected, and the various display lamps 1 to 7 of the motorcycle at the same external positions as shown in FIG. 5 are turned on and off instantaneously.
[0009]
When the vehicle is in a running state with the clutch engaged, priority is given to displaying the result of calculation of the ignition signal of the engine and the pulse for the speedometer 19, and if the gear operating position input data is different, the position data is corrected. , The indicator lamp always lights up accurately.
[0010]
Next, the operation of the motorcycle of this embodiment shown in FIG. 1 will be described. First, when the key 13 is inserted and the power is turned on, the computer 21 starts operating, and if the transmission is in the neutral state, the neutral lamp is activated. When the starter switch 12 is turned on, the engine starts, the engine starts rotating at a low speed, the clutch 8 is disengaged, the gear is shifted to the first speed, the clutch 8 is gradually engaged, and the accelerator 11 is rotated to gradually turn on. Start running.
[0011]
At the moment when the clutch is engaged, the computer 21 calculates the pulses of the speedometer 19 and the tachometer 20, and calculates the value of the ratio between the number of pulses entering the tachometer 20 and the number of pulses of the speedometer 19 in the above-mentioned respective values. Display with the corresponding indicator lamp.
[0012]
That is, the computer 21 calculates the pulse signal on the IN side shown in FIG. 3 and turns on the display lamp on the OUT side. In this case, the tachometer 20 and the number of pulses of the engine, the speedometer 19 and the number of pulses are used. Is expressed as shown in the graph of FIG. 4. At this time, the ratio of the number of pulses entering the tachometer 20 of the engine to the number of pulses of the speedometer 19 is expressed as a first, second, third and fourth speed. Will be lit by each display lamp.
[0013]
When a motorcycle which is generally sold by the method of the present invention described above is applied to a certified car for a driving school, two gears, an up-gear sensor 16 and a down-gear sensor 17, are used to guide the shift pedal 9 up and down. The sensor of (1) is attached so that the up / down movement of the shift pedal 9 is recognized.
[0014]
In addition, a normal motorcycle has a mechanism in which the clutch is disengaged when the clutch lever 8 is gripped, and a neutral lamp for indicating a neutral state in which no gear is engaged is incorporated in a speedometer 19 or the like. This allows the driver to determine that the gear is in the neutral position.
[0015]
Furthermore, in the case of a large motorcycle, a mechanism for generating an electric signal to move the speedometer 19 is incorporated in almost all vehicles, and the number of revolutions of the engine can be detected by the number of pulses of the ignition coil. Has become.
[0016]
Then, when the clutch lever 8 is depressed and the neutral lamp is turned on, the vehicle is put into the first gear and the vehicle starts to run, and as shown in FIG. Since the ratio with the speed is the same in all gears, this value is compared with the value of the actual operation by the computer 21 to calculate and turn on each display lamp.
[0017]
In FIG. 1, reference numeral 10 denotes a front brake, and a rear brake 14 is provided on the right side of the vehicle body in FIG.
[0018]
【The invention's effect】
According to the above-described method of the present invention, the transmission position is displayed in the same manner as the currently used driving school-certified vehicle simply by attaching inexpensive external parts to a motorcycle sold generally. It can be indicated by a ramp, and the driving school does not need to purchase expensive dedicated driving school certification cars that have been processed and modified inside the crankcase etc., and inexpensive training for those who want to obtain a motorcycle license Cost can be provided. In particular, the present invention can be effectively applied to a large two-wheeled outer vehicle.
