Abstract
Description
【0001】
【0104】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
According to the present invention, articles made of agricultural and marine products are individually selected, and the quality of the article is determined based on the result of the selection. The quality of the determined article, and the shipment including the type, quality, and quantity of the article. The present invention relates to a processing facility that is stored in a container according to a previous order and is shipped in units of the container.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The fruit selection process in the conventional fruit selection equipment (an example of the processing equipment) will be described. Note that an example of an article to be selected is a melon.
[0003]
The melon taken in by the producer is put in a container (bucket for arrival), and the bucket in which this melon is put is transported by a vehicle such as a truck, and is carried into a receiving portion of a selection facility.
[0004]
In the receiving part, the bucket is lowered from the vehicle by an operator of the fruit selection facility, and the lowered bucket is carried into the fruit selection part by a conveyor or the like.
In the fruit selection section, melon is taken out (or released) from the bucket, and for each melon, the class (2L, L, M, S, etc.) is determined by weight, size, shape, etc., sugar content, maturity The grade (excellent, excellent, good, good, etc.) is judged by the color, the presence or absence of scratches, etc., and sorted according to the selection results based on the determination results (selection results / rank) of these classes and grades. As a result, it stays in another line.
[0005]
Then, the worker moves the end of the line according to the selection result, picks the melon according to the order of the shipping destination consisting of the rank and quantity of the melon, and stores it in the cardboard (product case for shipping) As a result, the melon is boxed according to the order, then sealed and transported to the shipping section in cardboard units.
[0006]
In the shipping section, the cardboards are stacked and loaded on a truck or the like for each shipping destination.
[0007]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the above-mentioned conventional processing equipment (fruit selection equipment), it is sorted according to the result of selection, stays in the line according to the result of selection, melon is picked from these lines, and corrugated cardboard (product case for shipment) ) Will be formed, but if the melons of the ranks (results of picking) to be picked are not sorted into the line, the packaging operation cannot be completed, and cardboards that do not complete the packaging operation will be piled up. was there.
[0008]
Moreover, since there is a possibility that a large amount of sorted melons may stay in the line for each selection result, it is necessary to lengthen the line for each selection result, and it is necessary to take a lot of space. Moreover, in order to eliminate the possibility that a large amount of melon stays, it is necessary to quickly carry out the boxing operation, which places a burden on the operator and also requires a large number of sealing machines for sealing cardboard.
[0009]
Therefore, the present invention has an object to provide a processing facility that does not require a long line for each result of selection and can automatically form a product case that flexibly responds to a shipping destination order.
[0010]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the invention according to
[0011]
Here, the articles made of agricultural and fishery products are fruits such as melon, and the container is a product case made of cardboard, containers, buckets, and the like.
According to the above configuration, the received articles are individually placed on the receiver, then selected, and the quality of the article is obtained based on the result of the selection. The received article is determined based on the quality of the article. It is collected (placed) on the article support as it is placed, and once stored or transported, from this article support, it is stored in a container according to the order of the shipping destination, and shipped in units of containers. Further, a code for identifying the receiver is attached to the receiver, and the information on the quality of the article placed on the receiver is managed in correspondence with the receiver, so that the article is moved by the movement of the receiver. It can be tracked together with the quality, so that it can be stored in the container according to the quality of each article, and as a result, a container that flexibly corresponds to the order of the shipping destination can be formed. In addition, since the articles are collected on the article support based on the quality of the articles and can be stored, a long sorting line for each quality as in the prior art becomes unnecessary and space saving is realized.
[0012]
The invention according to
[0013]
According to the above configuration, the articles are transferred and collected on the article support in units of quantity set in advance for each quality of the articles, and preparations for transfer to the container according to the order are made.
The invention according to
[0014]
According to the above configuration, the articles are transferred and stored on the article support more than the quantity of articles stored in the container for each quality of the articles. For example, twice the number of articles stored in a container is collected (placed) on an article support, and articles of the same quality collected on the article support are stored in two containers. Used to make.
[0015]
The invention according to
[0016]
According to the above configuration, when an “order consisting of the type, quality, and quantity of an article” is received from the shipping destination, information on the articles stored in each container to be shipped to the shipping destination according to the order (the type and quality of the article) Quantity) is formed, and based on the article information of each container, information (type and quality and quantity) of articles collected (placed) on each article support is formed. The collected articles of the same quality can be efficiently transferred to each container.
[0017]
The invention according to
[0018]
According to the above configuration, information on the articles (types of articles) that are collected (placed) on each article support, predicted from the information (types, quality, and quantities) of articles stored in the containers shipped in the past. Quality and quantity) are formed, so that it is possible to efficiently transfer the articles of the same quality collected on each article support to each container, and are stored in the containers shipped in the past and the same It is possible to form a container in which an article of information is stored.
[0019]
The invention according to
[0020]
According to the above configuration, the placement information (type and quantity of the article) is formed by the quantity of articles placed on each article support regardless of the quality of the article, and thus the receiver supports the article regardless of the quality of the article. It is transferred to the body and the transfer operation is executed efficiently.
[0021]
The invention according to the seventh aspect is the invention according to any one of the first to sixth aspects, wherein placement information of an article to be placed on each article support is formed in advance, and each of the articles The transfer instruction of the articles to the article support is started only when the articles matching the placement information of the articles on the support are prepared.
[0022]
According to the above-described configuration, the article that has been conveyed after selection has been judged as to which article support information (quality) of the article support matches with the quality, and the article to each article support is determined. Only when articles that match the placement information (quantity) are prepared, an instruction to transfer these articles to the article support is started, and the articles are efficiently and efficiently placed. Further, until articles that match the placement information (quantity) of articles on each article support are gathered, they are retained regardless of the quality, and there is no need to provide a line for each quality as in the prior art.
[0023]
The invention according to claim 8 is the invention according to any one of
[0024]
According to the said structure, the articles | goods in which selection was performed will stay, and when it returns from this staying state to a conveyance state, it will be transferred by the quality of goods to an article support body. In this way, when the article on which the selection has been performed is retained, the difference between the selection speed and the transfer speed to the article support is absorbed.
[0025]
The invention according to
[0026]
According to the above configuration, the article placed on the article support is stored in a container at the shipping destination, and the remaining articles that are not scheduled to be shipped are temporarily stored in another container for secondary storage (second time Storage and retention).
[0027]
The invention described in
According to the said structure, the container stored secondary is preferentially shipped and it is considered so that stock may be reduced.

Subsequently, the packaging satisfying the quantity for each estimated rank obtained from the top combinations of “(rank No.-quantity), (rank No.-quantity)” based on the past results of the first packaging data. Ask for data. These are the second boxed data (an example of information on articles stored in each container predicted from information on articles stored in a past container). As the second packaging data, the shipping destination is not specified. As shown in FIG. 12A, “for each product case (for each number following the product case number of the first sorting data) − (rank No.−quantity), (rank No.-Quantity) "is formed.
