Description
【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a tire antenna device attached to a tire, and a tire with a communication function including the tire antenna device.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art In the related art, a transponder is embedded in a tire in order to obtain temperature and internal pressure information on the tire. For example, this prior art is disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. Hei 9-136517. In this conventional technique, a transponder main body is provided on an inner peripheral surface of a tire. A receiving antenna and a transmitting antenna are provided in the transponder main body.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The antenna of a communication device such as a transponder provided on a conventional tire is small in size, has a short communication distance, and information may not be appropriately transmitted in communication with an external communication device.
[0004]
On the other hand, it is difficult to newly provide a large antenna inside the tire because it has an adverse effect on strength and balance.
[0005]
The present invention has been made to solve such a problem, and has a tire antenna device and a communication function capable of improving the communication performance between a communication device provided on a tire and an external communication device. The purpose is to provide tires.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The tire antenna device according to the present invention includes a belt attached around the entire circumference of the tire, a bypass wire connected to first and second points that are arbitrary points on the belt, A communication circuit connected thereto; and a magnetic body provided near the belt between the first point and the second point. With such a configuration, a part of the belt can function as a loop antenna without impairing the function of the belt.
[0007]
Another antenna device for a tire according to the present invention includes a belt attached around the entire circumference of the tire, and a belt which is located near each of a first point and a second point which are arbitrary points on the belt. A first electrode and a second electrode provided at positions separated from the first electrode and the second electrode, a bypass wiring connected to the first electrode and the second electrode, a communication circuit unit connected to the bypass wiring, A magnetic body provided in the vicinity of the belt between the first point and the second point, between the first electrode and the first point of the belt and between the second electrode and the second electrode; The belt is configured to be electrostatically coupled between the second points. Even with such a configuration, a part of the belt can function as a loop antenna without impairing the function of the belt. Further, since the belt and the bypass wiring are not directly connected, the manufacture becomes easy. In particular, by providing electrodes, bypass wiring, and a communication circuit unit on the inner peripheral surface of a normal tire, a loop antenna can be configured by so-called retrofitting.
[0008]
At the first point and the second point in the above-described tire antenna device, a third electrode and a fourth electrode are provided, respectively, between the first electrode and the third electrode, and between the first electrode and the third electrode. The second electrode and the fourth electrode may be electrostatically coupled. With such a configuration, the degree of electrostatic coupling can be increased.
[0009]
Further, the bypass wiring may include a capacitor.
[0010]
Further, the inductance of the belt in a range between the first point and the second point and in which the magnetic material is provided in the vicinity is represented by L ′, the impedance of the communication circuit unit and the impedance of the bypass wiring is represented by Z, When the communication frequency of the circuit unit is ω, it is preferable to set ωL ′ to be sufficiently higher than Z. Thereby, the communication function of the loop antenna can be improved.
[0011]
Further, the capacitance generated between the first electrode and the first point of the belt is C, the capacitance generated between the second electrode and the second point of the belt is C ′, When the communication frequency of ω is ω, both 1 / ωC and 1 / ωC ′ may be set to be sufficiently small. Thereby, the communication function of the loop antenna can be improved.
Further, when the inductance of the belt between the first point and the second point and other than the range in which the magnetic body is provided in the vicinity is L, the capacitances C and C ′ are communicated with the inductance L. It is preferable to set so as to resonate in series with the communication frequency ω of the circuit section. Thereby, the communication function of the loop antenna can be improved.
[0012]
Further, when the inductance of the belt in a range between the first point and the second point and in which the magnetic body is provided in the vicinity is L ′ and the capacitance of the capacitor is C ″, A loop formed by the belt, the bypass wiring, and the communication circuit section between the point 1 and the second point and in which the magnetic body is provided in the vicinity is parallel to the communication frequency ω of the communication circuit section. L ′ and C ″ may be set so as to resonate. Thereby, the communication function of the loop antenna can be improved.
[0013]
Here, the belt may be configured in a mesh shape. Thereby, the effect of improving the inductance by the magnetic material can be enhanced.
[0014]
Further, it is desirable that the magnetic body be provided on both the inner circumference and the outer circumference of the belt between the first point and the second point. Thereby, the effect of improving the inductance by the magnetic material can be enhanced.
[0015]
The magnetic material may be formed by applying a magnetic paint to the belt between the first point and the second point. In the case of such a configuration, manufacture becomes easy.
[0016]
The communication circuit unit in a preferred embodiment is formed of a ball semiconductor having an antenna coil built therein, and a coil is formed in a part of the bypass wiring.
[0017]
Another tire antenna device according to the present invention is a tire antenna device attached to an inner peripheral surface of a tire, and includes a first electrode, a second electrode, the first electrode, and the second electrode. A bypass line connected to the electrode, a communication circuit unit connected to the bypass line, a magnetic body disposed between the first electrode and the second electrode, the first electrode, And a sheet-like member to which the magnetic body is attached. Thereby, a loop antenna can be easily configured.
[0018]
An adhesive may be applied to one surface of the sheet member. This facilitates mounting on the tire.
[0019]
Further, the sheet-like member may have flexibility. Thereby, it can be attached according to the shape of the tire.
[0020]
Another tire antenna device according to the present invention includes a carcass cord attached around the entire circumference of the tire, a bypass wiring connected to a first point and a second point that are arbitrary points of the carcass cord, A communication circuit unit connected to the bypass wiring; and a magnetic body provided near the carcass cord between the first point and the second point. With such a configuration, a part of the carcass cord can be made to function as a loop antenna without impairing the function of the carcass cord.
[0021]
Another tire antenna device according to the present invention is a carcass cord attached to the circumference of the tire, and near each of a first point and a second point which are arbitrary points of the carcass cord, A first electrode and a second electrode provided at separated positions, a bypass wiring connected to the first electrode and the second electrode, a communication circuit unit connected to the bypass wiring, A magnetic body provided in the vicinity of the carcass cord between a first point and the second point, wherein a magnetic body is provided between the first electrode and the first point of the carcass cord and the second electrode; A portion between the second points of the carcass cord is electrostatically coupled. With such a configuration, a part of the carcass cord can be made to function as a loop antenna without impairing the function of the carcass cord. Further, since the carcass cord and the bypass wiring are not directly connected, the manufacture becomes easy. In particular, by providing electrodes, bypass wiring, and a communication circuit unit on the inner peripheral surface of a normal tire, a loop antenna can be configured by so-called retrofitting.
[0022]
Here, a third electrode and a fourth electrode are provided at the first point and the second point, respectively, between the first electrode and the third electrode, and between the first electrode and the third electrode. The electrode and the fourth electrode may be electrostatically coupled. With such a configuration, the degree of electrostatic coupling can be increased.
