Abstract
Description
【0001】
皮膜を形成するための成膜装置(例示:DLC(diamond−like coating)装置)には、真空チャンバーが用いられている。
体積比=V2/V1

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a container cleaning apparatus and a container cleaning method, and more particularly to a container cleaning apparatus and a container cleaning method for removing carbon powder adhering to the inner surface of a PET bottle after forming a film that is transferred to a turntable and goes around. About.
[0002]
[Prior art]
PET bottles are containers that are indispensable in daily life as containers for enclosing various liquids. PET in PET bottles has poor air barrier properties. In order to prevent oxidation, an air barrier film is formed on the inner peripheral surface of the PET bottle. A vacuum chamber is used for a film forming apparatus (for example, DLC (diamond-like coating) apparatus) for forming a film. The gas molecules of the film-forming raw material are ionized or turned into plasma by an electrode connected to a high-frequency power supply or an ionization power supply in the vacuum chamber, deposited on the inner peripheral surface of the PET bottle, and formed into a film.
[0003]
Multiple chambers are used for mass production of disposable or reused PET bottles. Development of an apparatus (not shown) that has a number of chambers rotating on the same circumference as the film forming apparatus, and the degree of vacuum is increased stepwise during one round so that film formation is performed at the highest vacuum level Is being promoted. In order to gradually increase the degree of vacuum for a large number of PET bottles, a plurality of vacuum devices are used. The inside of one PET bottle is selectively switched to the suction side of a plurality of vacuum devices and evacuated. For such evacuation, a rotary vacuum distributor (not disclosed) is being developed. In such a vacuum distributor under development, a plurality of regions having different degrees of vacuum appear on the same circumference. The degree of vacuum on the high vacuum side may be affected by the degree of vacuum on the low vacuum side. Such evacuation is not limited to film formation on the inner surface of a PET bottle, and can be applied to a film forming apparatus that forms various atomic component layers on various substrates.
[0004]
A process including a series of processing steps includes a washing step or a cleaning step. In the cleaning step following the film forming step, a substance to be removed such as carbon powder adhering to the inner surface of the container is removed. A container washing nozzle in which washing water is used for washing is known from JP-A-9-276747. In a cleaning device under development in which jet air is used in place of such washing water, a nozzle moves up and down with respect to the inside of the container to more reliably remove the substance to be removed by the jet air. Air is blown into the container.
[0005]
In such a cleaning apparatus, the substance to be removed attached to the inner surface of the container is effectively peeled off by the jet air, but there remains a problem that it is desired to overcome. The time zone of the jet generation cycle includes a dynamic period in which the jet dynamically changes, and a static period in which the air becomes static and stays. The substance to be removed that was peeled off during the dynamic period, especially the substance to be removed that was charged when it was turned into plasma in the film forming process in the previous process, was re-adhered to the inner surface of the container again during the static period. Can be seen.
[0006]
It is required to establish a technology that can reliably remove the substance to be removed from the inner surface of the container without causing the re-adhesion phenomenon.
[0007]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
An object of the present invention is to provide a container cleaning apparatus and a container cleaning method which can establish a technique for more reliably removing a substance to be removed from the inner surface of the container without causing a re-adhesion phenomenon.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
Means for solving the problem are expressed as follows. The technical items appearing in the expression are appended with numbers, symbols, etc. in parentheses (). The numbers, symbols, and the like are technical items that constitute at least one embodiment or a plurality of embodiments of the embodiments or the embodiments of the present invention, in particular, the embodiments or the embodiments. Corresponds to the reference numbers, reference symbols, and the like assigned to the technical matters expressed in the drawings corresponding to. Such reference numbers and reference symbols clarify the correspondence and bridging between the technical matters described in the claims and the technical matters of the embodiments or examples. Such correspondence / bridge does not mean that the technical matters described in the claims are interpreted as being limited to the technical matters of the embodiments or the examples.
[0009]
The container cleaning apparatus according to the present invention includes a turntable (16), a holder (55) supported by the turntable (16) and rotating in the same body as the turntable (16), and an inverted state of the holder (55). A discharge device (31) for discharging air into the held container (46), a suction device (38) for suctioning air discharged into the container (46) to the outside of the container (46), It comprises an elevator (28) for relatively elevating and lowering the discharger (31) and the holder (55) in the direction of the axis of rotation of the board (16).
[0010]
The adhering substance adhering to the inner surface of the inverted container is taken into the flow of the discharged air, and all of the discharged air is positively sucked by the blower, so that the reattachment of the adhering substance is suppressed. The substance adhering to the air sucked in the direction of gravity in the inverted container has no buoyancy and falls quickly, is sucked together with the air, and is discharged to the outside of the container. The discharge point of the discharge air drops or rises, and the angle of the air flow toward the inner surface of the container changes continuously, so that the effect of peeling the particles adhered to the inner surface from the inner surface is remarkable.
[0011]
The container has a carbon coating on its inner surface. The carbon powder adhering to the inner surface of the container is sucked together with the air. Immediately after the discharge is completed, the suction is continued, and the inside of the container is positively sucked. It is important that the time control of closing the suction valve after the discharge valve has been closed is positively and positively performed.
[0012]
The elevator is formed of an elevating guide rail (27) supported by a rotating disk and an elevating table (28) supported by the elevating guide rail (27) to be able to move up and down. The retainer (55) is supported by the lifting platform (28). The guide surface of the lifting guide rail can be formed as a cam surface.
[0013]
The dispenser is formed of a lifting / lowering body (31) and a sealing plug (33) which is connected to the lifting / lowering body (31) and seals an opening which opens to the lower side of the container (46). The upper part of the lifting / lowering body (31) forms a nozzle, and a suction port (38) for sucking air to the outside of the container (46) is formed in the sealing stopper (33). Discharge and suction are performed in a sealed state, and the air displacement efficiency is high.
[0014]
The elevating body (31) is formed in a cylindrical shape, and its upper portion has a plurality of air discharge ports to form a nozzle. The air discharge port has a first jet port (53) oriented in the direction of the axis (L) of the elevating body, a plurality of second jet ports (52) obliquely oriented with respect to the axis (L), It is formed from a plurality of third ejection ports (51) oriented in a direction perpendicular to the axis (L). The plurality of second jets (52) are arranged on the same circumference around the axis (L), and the plurality of third jets (51) are arranged on the same circumference around the axis (L). Are located in The axis (L) passes through the first ejection port (53). The first ejection port (53) is preferably open at the top surface of the elevating body. Such a group of jets jets air radially. The air is applied to the entire inner surface of the container at a variable angle, and the dust removing effect is more remarkable.
[0015]
Therefore, it is important that the lowering of the nozzle, in particular, the raising and lowering and the air ejection are simultaneous.
[0016]
The retainer is preferably an electrode for static elimination.
[0017]
The container cleaning method according to the present invention is a container cleaning method for purifying the inner surface of a container using the above-described container cleaning device, wherein the discharge port (51, 52, or 53) of the discharger (31) is connected to the port of the container. An insertion step of inserting the discharge port (51, 52, or 53) into the opening of the container and then moving the discharge port (51, 52, or 53) into the container. It comprises a lowering step of lowering the inside of the container, and a suctioning step of suctioning air ejected into the container to the outside of the container. The descending step includes a step of blowing air into the container from the discharge port (51, 52, or 53).
[0018]
The effect of air injection during descent is as described above. The importance of sealing (sealing) the container mouth by the raising step is as described above. It is important that the ascent step include a step of blowing air into the container from the outlet. It is effective for the removal rate to increase that both the number of the ascending steps and the number of the descending steps are plural. It is even more important that the step of injecting air include the step of injecting air obliquely with respect to the axis of the container. It is further advantageous that the step of injecting air comprises the step of injecting air in a direction perpendicular to the axis of the container.
[0019]
It is particularly important for the embodiment of the container cleaning method according to the invention that the container is a container after its inner surface has been coated with carbon. It is significantly important that the air suction be continued until after the air jet.
[0020]

When a pure gas is evenly mixed with an impurity mixed gas and such uniformly mixed gas is continuously discharged, the pure gas is discharged together with the impurity gas, but in principle, all of the impurities are permanently discharged. Instead, the time to reach 95% removal is very long. In the second position II, the outlet of the nozzle is located above the internal space of the container, and the discharge is located below the internal space of the container, and the replacement rate at which the impurity-containing air is replaced by pure air is high. Such replacement is performed in one cycle of the purification process.
[0037]
FIG. 11 shows the relationship between the number of replacements at such a high replacement rate and the removal rate. The horizontal axis shows the volume ratio.
Volume ratio = V2 / V1
V2: Blow-in amount (mass or volume converted to specified atmospheric pressure)
V1: Volume of container Here, the blowing amount is the amount of air supplied in one cycle. Since the volume ratio is proportional to the number of cycles, the horizontal axis corresponds to the number of cleaning steps. In response to an increase in the number of times less than a certain number, the removal rate sharply increases nonlinearly in a section where the number of times is small, but in response to an increase in the number of times more than a certain degree, the removal rate hardly increases in a section where the number of times is large. Slowly approaches 100%. The above-described multiple steps of the high removal rate roughly correspond to the values on the horizontal axis. In the prototype, the number of cycles for obtaining a removal rate of 98% is five. In the container cleaning apparatus according to the present invention, all the air supplied to the container is exhausted in one step, so that the ideal removal rate shown in FIG. 11 can be achieved.
