【0001】

4Fe2++O2+8OH−→ 4FeOOH+2H2O

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a method and a system for removing iron in water using a jet generator for separating and removing iron contained in soil and groundwater. More specifically, a jet generator was used to pump substances contained in the soil environment together with water in the soil or ground, and to separate and remove iron, volatile organic compounds, and other substances contained therein. The present invention relates to a method and a system for removing iron in water.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Iron is dissolved in groundwater mainly as ferrous ions and ferric ions. However, there is almost no ferric ion in the neutral region. In order to use this for drinking water, etc., ferrous ions are oxidized and precipitated or precipitated by air exposure method using oxygen in the air, hydrochloric acid method using chlorine agent, ozone oxidation method, etc. The removal method is used. It is said that there are three types of practical iron removal methods: aeration oxidation, chlorine oxidation, and contact filtration in direct oxidation. Among the contact filtration methods, a method of injecting air into raw water is also known. However, there is no known method for efficiently mixing raw water and air in the conventional contact filtration method.
[0003]
On the other hand, among the substances used as industrial cleaning, solvents, etc., soil such as soil (layer A and layer B in civil engineering terms) and the like, and dichloromethane, carbon tetrachloride, 1,2- Dichloroethane, 1,1-dichloroethylene, cis-1,2-dichloroethylene, cis-1,2-dichloroethylene, 1,1,1-trichloroethane, 1,1,2-trichloroethane, trichloroethylene, tetrachloroethylene, 1,3-dichloropropane And volatile organic compounds such as benzene are designated as soil environmental standards and groundwater environmental standards and are known. Further, six volatile organic compounds such as chloroform, trans-1,2-dichloroethylene, 1,2-dichloropropane, p-dichlorobenzene, toluene, and xylene are added as items to be monitored.
[0004]
It is said that most of the volatile organic compounds pollute soil and groundwater by infiltrating the soil and groundwater with volatile organic compounds penetrating into the soil from or near the ground surface and penetrating into the underground. ing. The volatile organic compounds that have flowed out of the pollution source penetrate into the underground in a liquid state, and partially stay in the pores of the soil. It is said that the undiluted solution that has reached the aquifer descends in the aquifer if the gap between the formations is large, reaches an impermeable layer such as a clay layer, and stays near the groundwater table if the gap is small.
[0005]
Various treatment techniques for removing and purifying volatile organic compounds in the soil have been proposed and implemented, such as a soil gas suction method, a double suction method, a gas-liquid mixed extraction method, and a soil excavation method. I have. As groundwater treatment technology, treatment methods such as a groundwater pumping method, a microorganism treatment method, and a reactive barrier have been proposed and implemented. In addition, off-gas containing volatile organic compounds separated from soil or groundwater is treated by activated carbon adsorption, catalytic oxidation, thermal oxidation, ultraviolet oxidation, or the like.
[0006]
The double suction method described above involves digging a well reaching the contaminated stratum, pumping groundwater from the aquifer, and separately suctioning soil gas for treatment. The gas-liquid mixed extraction method uses a vacuum pump. Is a technique of simultaneously sucking soil gas and groundwater by high pressure reduction using a vacuum. The groundwater pumping method is a method of pumping groundwater in which pollutants are dissolved. The pumped soil gas and raw water must somehow separate and remove water and volatile organic compounds.
[0007]
Among them, pumping aeration is known as a technique for separating and removing volatile organic compounds and low-boiling organic chlorine compounds from contaminated groundwater. The pumped contaminated groundwater comes into contact with air in an aeration facility installed on the ground, whereby highly volatile components contained in the contaminated groundwater are transferred to the gas phase and purified. For the treatment of the exhaust gas, methods such as adsorption treatment with activated carbon, thermal decomposition, and catalytic decomposition are applied.
[0008]
As a typical example of the pumping and aeration, there are known a tower-type aeration tower, a tray type, and a method of performing aeration using a diffuser tube in a storage tank. However, in these conventional aeration methods, the contact between the air and the raw water causes the raw water to fall from above and simultaneously eject the air from below. In other words, the directions of the flow of the raw water and the air to be brought into contact with the raw water are opposite to each other and are often opposed.
[0009]
According to this method, when the concentration of contamination in raw water becomes high, and if you want to increase the gas-liquid ratio (if you want to increase the amount of air), if the amount of air is increased, the raw water will be blown up by the air and fall will be difficult. As a result, there is a problem that the processing amount is reduced. As a result, there is a problem that the contact time of air and raw water must be lengthened, the equipment becomes large, and the processing energy increases.
[0010]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the case of removing iron from contaminated raw water or separating volatile organic compounds, the present inventors consider that the size of air, that is, air particles (bubbles) are generated when raw water is aerated in a conventional aeration method. We focused on the fact that the probability of contact with raw water was small because of its large size and weak gas-liquid mixing. It focuses on making the air particles in contact with raw water smaller and more, and enhancing gas-liquid mixing.
[0011]
That is, it has been desired to increase the surface area of air per unit volume and enhance gas-liquid mixing, and not to reduce the throughput. The present inventors have proposed a volatile organic compound removal method and system for efficiently separating volatile organic compounds (Japanese Patent Application No. 2002-111641). However, this system does not remove iron in raw water.
[0012]
The present invention has been made under the above-mentioned technical background, and achieves the following objects.
An object of the present invention is to provide a method and a system for removing iron in water using a jet generator, which can improve the probability of contact between raw water and air to efficiently separate and remove iron from raw water. .

The jets such as the main jet and the adhering vortex generate air having an extremely small particle size, and also have a function of uniformly mixing and stirring with Xu iron water and a large number of air having an extremely small particle size.
[0043]
Xu iron water comes into contact with air having an extremely small particle size, so that the small air particles dramatically increase the surface area (the surface area of the cube of the particle size). Highly volatile components contained therein are transferred to the gas phase and purified. In addition, since the iron-salt water and the air are injected in the same direction, it is easy to increase the amount of air, and when the amount of air is increased, the flow velocity increases, and there is an advantage that the stirring effect is increased.
