本発明は、インターネット等のコンピュータネットワークを利用してユーザがアクティブに欲する詳細な情報（請求項を含む本明細書全体において、この情報をアクティブ情報という。）を入手することが可能な情報処理システムおよびそれを利用した電子商取引システムに関する。

従来、インターネット等のコンピュータネットワークを利用してユーザが情報を入手する方法として、ＷＷＷ上で情報を検索したり、電子ニュースを読んで質問を行う方法が行われている。

ＷＷＷ上での検索は、検索サイトのキーワード入力欄にユーザがキーワードを入力して検索し、そのキーワードが含まれているホームページアドレスが表示されると、ユーザがそれをチェック、確認することにより情報を入手している。

また電子ニュースでは、ユーザが電子ニュース提供者にアクセスし提示された電子ニュースを読んで情報を入手している。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしこれらの方法では、ネットワークサーバに既にアップロードされた情報しか得ることができず、ユーザが必要とする情報がサーバにアップロードされていない場合にはユーザは必要とする情報を入手することができない。電子ニュースであれば、関連した情報をアップロードした情報提供者に質問を行うことも可能ではあるが、情報提供者の情報がどの程度正しいか知る方法もないし、情報提供者の情報提供意向や嗜好が情報を求めているユーザのそれと異なれば、提供された情報はユーザが欲しているものと合致しない可能性が高い。

上記課題を解決するために、本発明は、ユーザのプロファイルを記憶するユーザプロファイル記憶手段と、ユーザが発信した情報コンテンツを記憶するコンテンツ記憶手段とを有し、第１のユーザからアクティブ情報の請求があったとき、前記コンテンツ記憶手段に記憶されている情報コンテンツのうち請求された情報に近い情報を発信したユーザまたは前記ユーザプロファイル記憶手段に記憶されているプロファイルが情報請求者のプロファイルに近いユーザのいずれかを第２のユーザとして選定し、第１のユーザのアクティブ情報の請求を前記第２のユーザに請求し、第２のユーザが応答した情報を前記第１のユーザに返信する情報処理システムであり、このようにすることで情報の入手に当たって、ユーザが自分の欲する確かな情報をアクティブにしかも確実に入手することができる。
