【発明の属する技術分野】本発明は、カメラ等の重量の
ある製品のストラップを取付けるストラップメタルの構
造に関する。

【従来の技術】カメラ等の重量のある製品のストラップ
を取付けるストラップメタルとしては、従来、種々の形
状、構造のものがある。例えば、フロントケースとリヤ
ケースの結合ねじに環状片を取付け、携帯機器のハンド
ストラップ紐を取り付ける構造が、特開平11−284
352号公報に開示されている。この技術は、取付けね
じの頭にストラップを取り付けるので、重量がねじのみ
に負荷され、重量の重い製品に対しては適切でない。

は、携帯用端末機器を収納した上下ケースをねじで一体
固定したケースに開口部を設け、この開口部を貫通する
ストラップ縛結穴を有する突出部を一体成形したストラ
ップホルダ構造が示されている。このような構造は部品
が多く、簡単な構造が望まれている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】以上のようなストラッ
プ取付部の従来構造は、強度が弱いか、又は多数の部品
を使用しており、カメラ等の重量のある製品のストラッ
プとして適切ではない。本発明者は、強度を確保すると
共に、部品点数を減らし、組立工数も減らしたストラッ
プメタルを開発した。本発明の課題は、強度を確保する
と共に、部品点数を削減し、組立工数の削減を図り、か
つ、デザイン性を確保し、高級感を与えるストラップメ
タルを提供することである。

【課題を解決するための手段】本発明は、上記課題を達
成するためになされたもので、次の技術手段を講じたこ
とを特徴とするストラップメタルである。すなわち、本
発明は、キャビネット内で共締め部品と共にキャビネッ
トに固定する固定部と、キャビネットから外部に突出す
る吊り環とを連設した一体成形体であることを特徴とす
るストラップメタルである。共締め部内はキャビネット
に固定される基板その他の部材であり、ストラップメタ
ルの取付けと部材の固定とを兼用して、部品数の削減、
組立工数の削減及び強度の確保を図ったものである。

【発明の実施の形態】以下図面を参照して本発明の実施
の形態を説明する。図1は本発明の実施例のストラップ
メタルの取付け構造を示すストラップメタル部の断面
図、図2は実施例のストラップメタルの正面図、図3
は、作用の説明図で、図3は図1のA−A矢視図であ
る。
【0008】本発明のストラップメタル10は、全体形
状はほぼナス管形状をなしている。すなわち、全体的に
ほぼL字形状をなし、L字の一辺は吊環11とボデイ1
3とから成り、吊環をキャビネット30の孔31から外
部に突出し、L字の他辺は、クランク部材14、クラン
ク部材14の先端に固定部15を備え、キャビネットの
背面に沿って共締め部材20と共に固定される形状であ
る。その正面図は図2に示すようになっており、ストラ
ップを通す孔12を有する吊環11の基部は円柱状のボ
デイ13となっており、ボデイ13の端部から横にクラ
ンク部材14を突設し、クランク部材14の先端部に、
雌ねじ16を有する固定部15を備えている。

共に組み立てられる。共締め部品20の孔21及びキャ
ビネット30の孔31にストラップメタル10のボデイ
13を挿通し、キャビネット30の内側からキャビネッ
ト30の外に吊環11を突出させる。次いで固定部15
に、キャビネット30の外側からキャビネット30の孔
32及び共締め部品20の孔22を通ってねじ33で共

るねじ33の押し込みの反力受け部を設けておき、この
回動によって、ストラップメタル10をその反力受け部
に支持させることができる。本発明のストラップメタル
は以上のように構成されているので、次のメリットが得
られる。
(a)非常に高級感のある吊環形状のストラップメタル
がキャビネットから出ている。
(b)強度が大きく、ゆるみ、外れ等がない。
(c)共締め部材と共に固定するので、部品の削減、組
立工数の削減が可能となった。
