The loudspeaker is also called a "loudspeaker" and is a transducer device that converts an electrical signal into an acoustic signal. And in the practical application process, speakers are widely used in various fields. For example: speakers are arranged in sound production equipment such as mobile phones, televisions and automobiles, which can produce sound.
Along with the pursuit of people for the lightweight products, the speakers are also designed to be more and more miniaturized, and meanwhile, the speakers are also convenient to install in a limited installation space. However, there is still a disadvantage in the process of improving the weight of the speaker, that is, the mounting structure adopted by the current speaker is still complex when the speaker is mounted. For example: still adopt a large number of fasteners to install fixedly to the speaker, this time the setting up of this large number of fasteners will make the mounting structure of installing to the speaker comparatively complicated. In other words, it can be said that the weight of the speaker itself is simply reduced, but the weight of the mounting structure for mounting the speaker is neglected. At this time, in the case of a smaller speaker structure, the weight of the more complicated mounting structure in the product is increased, and the weight of the product is easily increased, which affects the design effect of the final weight reduction of the product. Meanwhile, the more complex mounting structure also brings another problem, namely the arrangement of a plurality of fasteners makes the multiple mounting one by one needed, and further the assembly process of the product is more complicated.
Therefore, based on the above-mentioned consideration, in order to solve the problems that the light weight effect of the current speaker products is poor and the product assembly is complex, the application provides a novel speaker assembly. This speaker subassembly innovatively can carry out the joint with speaker and installed part setting and fix in advance to replace partial fastener through the joint in speaker and the installed part fixed knot construct in advance, and then make the quantity of fastener obtain the reduction and simplify the mounting structure who installs the speaker, in order to improve the design effect to the lightweight of product, improve the convenience to the product equipment simultaneously.
Next, a specific structure of the speaker assembly proposed in the present application will be explained and described in a specific embodiment, and in an embodiment of the present application, please refer to fig. 1 to 7 in combination, the speaker assembly 100 proposed in the present application includes a mounting member 1, a speaker 3, and a fastener 5, the mounting member 1 is provided with a mounting clamping portion 11, and the speaker 3 is provided with a fixing clamping portion 31; the loudspeaker 3 is pre-fixed through the clamping fit of the fixing clamping part 31 and the mounting clamping part 11 and the clamping of the mounting piece 1, and is fixedly connected with the mounting piece 1 through the fastener 5.
The mount 1 may be used to give a mounting position for mounting the loudspeaker 3. The mounting piece 1 can be one part of sound equipment capable of sounding such as a mobile phone, a television or an automobile; of course, the mounting member 1 may be a mounting member 1 for mounting the speaker 3, and then the mounting member 1 may be mounted in a sound emitting device capable of emitting sound, such as a mobile phone, a television, or an automobile. The mounting member 1 may be a plate structure, or may be a cover structure formed by combining a plurality of plates, or a frame structure formed by combining a plurality of columns, or the like, and the specific structure and shape of the mounting member 1 are not limited in this application, and the mounting member may be used for mounting the speaker 3. The mounting clamping part 11 on the mounting member 1 can be used for being matched with the fixing clamping part 31 on the loudspeaker 3 in a clamping way, so that the loudspeaker 3 is clamped and pre-fixed on the mounting member 1. The mounting and fastening portion 11 may be in a form of a fastener 311 as described below, or may be in a form of a fastening hole 111 as described below, so that fastening may be achieved.
The speaker 3 may be used to convert an electrical signal into an acoustic signal to realize a sound producing function. Since the sound-producing principle of the speaker 3 is the prior art, the specific structure of the speaker 3 will not be described in detail here. The fixing clamping part 31 on the loudspeaker 3 can be used for being matched with the mounting clamping part 11 on the mounting piece 1 in a clamping way, so that the loudspeaker 3 is clamped and pre-fixed on the mounting piece 1. The fixing and fastening portion 31 may be in the form of a buckle 311, or may be in the form of a buckle hole 111, so that fastening may be achieved. However, the form of the engagement between the fixing engagement portion 31 and the mounting engagement portion 11 may be the form of the engagement between the snap 311 and the snap 311, or the form of the engagement 311 and the snap hole 111. In addition, when the speaker 3 includes a frame, a magnetic circuit system and a vibration system mounted to the frame, the mounting clip 11 may be provided to the frame. In the case where the speaker 3 includes a balancer, a magnetic circuit system and a vibration system mounted to the balancer, the mounting clip 11 may be provided to the balancer.
The fastener 5 can be used for further fixedly connecting the loudspeaker 3 and the mounting piece 1 after the loudspeaker 3 and the mounting piece 1 are clamped and pre-fixed, so that the loudspeaker 3 is finally stably limited on the mounting piece 1. Wherein the fastener 5 may be a screw. Of course, the fastener 5 may be a nut. A threaded post may be provided on one of the mount 1 and the speaker 3, which passes through a notch on the other of the mount 1 and the speaker 3, and a nut may be connected to the threaded post passing out of the notch. Alternatively, the fastening member 5 may be a magnetic member, and may be magnetically fixed to one of the speaker 3 and the mounting member 1 after one of the speaker 3 and the mounting member 1 is provided. Therefore, the type of the fastener 5 is not particularly limited, and after the speaker 3 is pre-fixed to the mounting member 1 through the fixing and clamping portion 31, the speaker 3 and the mounting member 1 are further connected through the fastener 5, so that the final stable limit of the speaker 3 can be achieved.
In use of the speaker assembly 100 of the present embodiment, a mounting position may be given by the mounting member 1 of the speaker assembly 100, and the speaker 3 of the speaker assembly 100 may be mounted to the mounting member 1. Specifically, the mounting member 1 is provided with the mounting clamping portion 11, the speaker 3 is provided with the fixing clamping portion 31, and then the speaker 3 can be pre-fixed by the clamping cooperation of the fixing clamping portion 31 and the mounting clamping portion 11 when the speaker 3 is mounted. And then the loudspeaker 3 and the mounting piece 1 are further connected through the fastener 5, so that the loudspeaker 3 is limited again on the mounting piece 1, and the mounting of the loudspeaker 3 can be finished. At this time, since the speaker 3 and the mounting member 1 in the speaker assembly 100 may be fastened and pre-fixed by the combination of the fixing fastening portion 31 and the mounting fastening portion 11, the speaker 3 is initially limited on the mounting member 1, that is, some degrees of freedom of the speaker 3 may be limited. The remaining degrees of freedom of the loudspeaker 3 can then be limited with a smaller number of fasteners 5.
Therefore, the speaker assembly 100 in this embodiment enables the number of fasteners 5 for fastening the speaker 3 and the mount 1 to be reduced, that is, the mounting structure for mounting the speaker 3 to be simplified, by arranging the speaker 3 and the mount 1 to be snap-fittable. With the reduction in the number of the fasteners 5, the weight of the product is correspondingly reduced, so that the lightweight design effect on the product can be improved. Meanwhile, the clamping and fixing mode is simpler, and the clamping and pre-fixing process between the loudspeaker 3 and the mounting piece 1 can be simpler. The smaller number of fasteners 5 also makes the fastening process with fasteners 5 simpler. Thus, the process of installing the speaker 3 can be simplified, and the convenience of product assembly can be improved.
Referring to fig. 3 and fig. 4 in combination, in an embodiment of the present application, one of the mounting clamping portion 11 and the fixing clamping portion 31 is a buckle 311, and the other is a buckle hole 111, and the buckle 311 is clamped in the buckle hole 111.
When the mounting clamping portion 11 adopts the buckle 311, the fixing clamping portion 31 may adopt the buckle hole 111; in the case of using the fastening hole 111 for the mounting fastening portion 11, the fastening portion 31 may be a fastener 311.
In the present embodiment, by providing the mounting clip portion 11 and the fixing clip portion 31 in the form of the clip 311 and the clip hole 111, the clip 311 can be inserted into the clip hole 111 when the clip 311 and the clip hole 111 are clipped. Therefore, such arrangement can make the connection of the mounting clip portion 11 and the fixing clip portion 31 more compact so as to reduce the overall volume of the speaker assembly 100, thereby contributing to improvement of the light weight effect of the product and the convenience of subsequent mounting of the speaker assembly 100.
Referring to fig. 2 to 7 in combination, in an embodiment of the present application, the buckle 311 includes a main body rod 313 and a clip 315, one end of the main body rod 313 is connected to the mounting member 1 or the speaker 3, and the clip 315 is connected to the other end of the main body rod 313; the fastening hole 111 is provided in a through hole 173, and one end of the main body rod 313, which is close to the clip 315, passes through the fastening hole 111, and the clip 315 abuts against a portion of the mounting member 1 or the speaker 3, which is enclosed to form the fastening hole 111.
The main body rod 313 of the buckle 311 may have a cylindrical structure such as a circular column or a square column, and one end thereof is used for being connected to the mounting member 1 or the speaker 3, and the other end thereof is used for providing a clamping joint 315 so as to be clamped by the clamping joint 315. The locking joint 315 may be provided on the end surface of the main body bar 313, but may be provided on the side circumferential surface of the main body bar 313, so that at least a part of the locking joint 315 protrudes from the side circumferential surface of the main body bar 313. The shape of the clip 315 may be various shapes such as a waist shape, a round shape, or a square shape, which is not particularly limited in this application. The fastening holes 111 are arranged in the form of through holes 173, i.e. the fastening holes 111 extend through the mounting 1 or through the opposite sides of the loudspeaker 3. The portion of the clip 315 abutting against the mounting member 1 or the speaker 3 and surrounding the fastening hole 111 means: when the mounting clamping portion 11 is the buckle 311 and the fixing clamping portion 31 is the buckling hole 111, the clamping connector 315 abuts against a portion of the speaker 3 surrounding the buckling hole 111, that is, abuts against a surface of the speaker 3 facing away from the mounting member 1, so as to realize clamping fit between the speaker 3 and the mounting member 1. When the mounting clamping portion 11 is the fastening hole 111, and the fixing clamping portion 31 is the fastening hole 311, the clamping connector 315 abuts against a portion of the mounting member 1 surrounding the fastening hole 111, that is, abuts against a surface of the mounting member 1 facing away from the speaker 3, so as to realize clamping fit between the speaker 3 and the mounting member 1. In addition, the engagement between the clip 315 and the fastening hole 111 may be an elastic clip engagement. That is, the fastening hole 111 may be smaller than the clip 315, and the clip 315 may be reset after passing through the fastening hole 111 elastically, and then abuts against a portion of the mounting member 1 or the speaker 3 surrounding the fastening hole 111 to achieve a fastening fit. Of course, the fastening hole 111 may also include a first hole body 113 and a second hole body 115 with different sizes, as described below, where the first hole body 113 may be penetrated by the fastening head 315 and the main body rod 313, and after the main body rod 313 slides into the second hole body 115, the fastening head 315 is abutted to the mounting piece 1 or the speaker 3 to form a part of the second hole body 115 by virtue of the second hole body 115 being smaller than the fastening head 315, so as to implement a fastening fit. Alternatively, the fastening hole 111 and the fastening head 315 may have the same size, and after the fastening head 315 and the main body rod 313 pass through the fastening hole 111, the fastening head 315 and the fastening hole 111 may be rotated so as to be offset, and further may abut against a portion of the mounting member 1 or the speaker 3 surrounding the fastening hole 111 to achieve fastening engagement.
In this embodiment, the fastening hole 111 is set to be a through hole 173, and the clamping connector 315 of the fastening buckle 311 passes through the fastening hole 111 to be abutted to the mounting member 1 or the speaker 3 to enclose a portion forming the fastening hole 111 to implement the clamping connection, so that the clamping structure of the portion is simpler, thereby being beneficial to improving the convenience of manufacturing the speaker assembly 100. Meanwhile, the wall thickness of the fastening hole 111 can be relatively thin, so that the light weight effect of the product can be further improved. Of course, it should be noted that, in other embodiments, the fastening hole 111 may be a blind hole structure, and the fastening connector 315 may be fastened to the recess on the wall of the fastening hole 111 after extending into the fastening hole 111.
Referring to fig. 3 to 6 in combination, in an embodiment of the present application, the fastening hole 111 includes a first hole body 113 and a second hole body 115, where the second hole body 115 and the first hole body 113 are arranged side by side and are communicated with the first hole body 113; on a projection plane perpendicular to the center line of the fastening hole 111, the projection area of the first hole 113 is larger than or equal to the projection area of the fastening joint 315, the projection area of the second hole 115 is smaller than the projection area of the fastening joint 315, the main body rod 313 passes through the second hole 115, and the fastening joint 315 abuts against the mounting member 1 or the speaker 3 to form a part of the second hole 115.
