【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】少なくとも2つ以上の軸体が連設すること
により構成され、一方の軸体の一端部が他方の軸体内に
挿入してなる軸筒内に、インキ収容管に筆記具用インキ
を充填したボールペンレフィールを、該ボールペンレフ
ィールの後端部を軸筒の後端部の軸体に当接して収納し
てなるボールペンにおいて、前記一方の軸体の一端部
に、端部が開口した切り割り部を形成するとともに、一
端部の少なくとも切り割り部を形成した軸体部分の外径
を対向した他方の軸体の内径より大径に形成し、前記一
方の軸体の一端部が対向した他方の軸体の内壁に衝接す
ることにより一端部が縮径し、一端部を前記ボールペン
レフィールのインキ収容管の外周面に当接させて収納し
たことを特徴とするボールペン。
