【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 一端側において分水栓の上部開口部に取
り付けられる、中空の取り付け本体と、前記取り付け本
体の他端側から前記取り付け本体内へ軸方向移動可能に
その内側端部が挿入され、ポリエチレン製本管を穿孔す
る穿孔体とを備える穿孔具において、前記穿孔体は、前
記取り付け本体の前記他端側に形成された雌ネジに螺合
して軸方向移動が可能な、軸方向に貫通した孔を有する
リードシャフトと、前記リードシャフトの前記内側先端
部に設けられる、先端に切れ刃が形成された円筒部を備
えたカッターとを備え、前記リードシャフトの前記貫通
孔は、前記カッターの前記円筒部内部に通じていること
を特徴とする、ポリエチレン管用穿孔具。
