Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roofing or outer wall waterproof sheet excellent in operability in field construction to allow an efficient construction and to improve the waterproofing performance. SOLUTION: This waterproof sheet 1 is a rolled product or sheet-like product having a three-layer structure consisting of a waterproof layer 2, a waterproof adhesive layer 3, and a release paper 4. The release paper 4 has a cut line C along the longitudinal direction so as to be partially separable and cuttable in construction. Accordingly, in construction, the adhesive application can be efficiently carried out stepwise without using a nail or staple by successively peeling the temporarily fixing small release paper 4a and the main adhesion large release paper 4b. The water proof layer 2 comprises an overlapping margin mark A on the surface, which is used in a positioning work in construction to enhance the working efficiency. The waterproof adhesive layer 3 prevents the water leak from the circumference of a pierced nail in addition to the adhesive action to a roof bed, an outer wall bed or the like.

However, in the conventional roof substrate tarpaulin and its construction method, it is necessary to strike a large number of nails and staples to fix them, so that the construction is very inefficient and easily broken. There was a problem that water penetrated from the nails and the tacker hit part. In this way, because the conventional tarpaulin is not perfect and there is water leakage, the roof base material corrodes due to rain leakage for about 20 years and it is necessary to re-roof the roof, which requires a long construction period, cost, and worry about rain during construction There are also secondary problems such as. Even in the exterior wall construction of a building, the material and construction method of the waterproof sheet are almost the same as those for waterproofing the roof substrate, and therefore have the same problem as the roof substrate waterproof sheet.

FIG. 5 shows another embodiment of the waterproof sheet suitable for being applied to the outer wall. This tarpaulin is the overlap mark A
By providing a plurality of places including both sides, it is possible to freely respond to the construction direction of the waterproof sheet. For example, in the case of construction in which the waterproof sheet 1 is laterally attached to a vertical outer wall, the waterproof sheet 1 is usually attached from below, a part of this is overlapped, and a second sheet is attached above it. At this time, since the sheet hangs downward, temporary tacking adhesion is performed on the upper side of the sheet, and positioning of the overlapping margin is also performed on the upper side of the completed sheet. Further, if necessary, the overlap margin mark A can be used as a guide, for example, when the sheet is cut and used as a narrow sheet.

Since the adhesive is applied to the waterproof sheet by dividing it along the cutting line and separating it from each other, it is not necessary to fix it with nails or staples, and it is possible to perform a stepwise construction of permanent adhesion after temporary fixing. As a result, nails and staples are not necessary for fixing the waterproof sheet itself, work efficiency is high, and water leakage from the through holes due to these fixing nails is eliminated, and the durability of the roof is increased. Also, since the adhesive area can be selected by dividing the release paper, the sheet does not bend or become uncorrectable compared to the case where the entire release paper is peeled off and attached at once, and the adhesive surface contains air. As a result, many bubbles are not generated and the adhesive strength per area does not become weak, and there are few work failures, and construction work can be performed efficiently.
