Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.ペプチド担体結合部分に結合した少なくとも1つのアンギオテンシン・ペプ チドを含むアンギオテンシン誘導体。 2.アンギオテンシン部分が、アンギオテンシンI、アンギオテンシンII、ある いはアンギオテンシンIまたはアンギオテンシンIIの機能的等価物からなる請求 項1に記載のアンギオテンシン誘導体。 3.担体結合部分が反応性側鎖を有するアミノ酸残基を含んでいる請求項1また は2に記載のアンギオテンシン誘導体。 4.担体結合部分がアンギオテンシン・ペプチド成分のN末端またはC末端での ペプチド延長である前記請求項のいずれか一項に記載のアンギオテンシン誘導体 。 5.式I: (上式において、Aはアンギオテンシン・ペプチド成分を表し、 Xはアミノ酸を表し、 Yは、遊離の-SH基、-OH基、または-COOH基を持つ側鎖を有するアミノ酸を表し 、 Lは、1つまたは複数の部位で((A)-Xn)-基と結合可能な、 例えば10までの(A)Xn部分と結合可能な有機リンカーを表し、 nおよびrはそれぞれ0〜20であり、 mおよびsは、それぞれ≧1、例えば1〜10であり、好ましくは1、2、3または4 であり、 p、qおよびtはそれぞれ0または1であり、 ここで、m≧2の場合p=1、またはs≧2の場合q=1という条件で、Xはアンギオテ ンシン・ペプチド部分のN末端またはC末端に結合することができる)で表わさ れる請求項1記載のアンギオテンシン誘導体。 6.Aがアンギオテンシン・ペプチドである請求項5に記載のアンギオテンシン 誘導体。 7.Lがペプチド鎖である請求項5または6に記載のアンギオテンシン誘導体。 8.nおよびrがそれぞれ0〜10である請求項5から7のいずれか一項に記載のア ンギオテンシン誘導体。 9.mおよびsがそれぞれ≦8である請求項5から8のいずれか一項に記載のアン ギオテンシン誘導体。 10.Xが、側鎖を有さないかまたはヒドロカルビル側鎖(好ましくは、アルキ ル、C3-7のシクロアルキルまたはシクロアルケニル、C3-7のシクロアルキル−ま たはシクロアルケニル−アルキル、アルカリル、アラルキルまたはアルカリルア ルキル部分であって、各アルキル部分が飽和または不飽和であり、6個までの炭 素原子を含み、各アリール成分が好ましくはフェニル環である)、特に好ましく は、脂肪族側鎖を有するアミノ酸である請求項5から9のいずれか一項に記載の アンギオテンシン誘導体。 11.Xがグリシン、アラニン、β−アラニン、バリン、ロイシンまたはイソロ イシンである請求項5から10のいずれか一項に記載のアンギオテンシン誘導体 。 12. (上式において、A、X、L、nおよびrは上記に定義されたものであり、m≧2であ る)から選択される請求項5から11のいずれか一項に記載のアンギオテンシン 誘導体。(上式において、AはアンギオテンシンIまたはIIである)から選択された前記請 求項のいずれか一項に記載のアンギオテンシン誘導体。 14.アンギオテンシンI、アンギオテンシンIIおよび/またはアンギオテンシ ノーゲン分子との交差反応性免疫学的応答を誘導する前記請求項のいずれか一項 に記載のアンギオテンシン誘導体。 15.担体に結合された前記請求項のいずれか一項に記載のアンギオテンシン誘 導体。 16.前記担体がポリペプチドである請求項15に記載のアンギオテンシン誘導 体。 17.前記担体が、精製ツベルクリン・タンパク分画、破傷風トキソイド、ジフ テリア・トキソイド、テンガイ・ヘモシアニンまたはそれらの誘導体から選択さ れる請求項16に記載のアンギオテンシン誘導体。 18.請求項1から14のいずれか一項に記載のアンギオテンシン誘導体、また は請求項15から17のいずれか一項に記載の複合アンギオテンシン誘導体を、 薬学上許容される1つまたは複数の担体または賦形剤とともに含む薬剤組成物。 19.治療に利用するための請求項1から17のいずれか一項に記載のアンギオ テンシン誘導体。 20.レニン−アンギオテンシン系に関連した疾病を治療するのに使用するため の薬剤の製造における請求項1から17のいずれか一項に記載のアンギオテンシ ン誘導体の使用。 21.前記疾病が鬱血性心不全または高血圧症である請求項20に記載の使用。 22.血圧を調整するための請求項21に記載の使用。 23.請求項1から17のいずれか一項に記載のアンギオテン シン誘導体を投与することを含むレニン−アンギオテンシン系の活性化に関連し た病状を治療する方法。 24.請求項1から17のいずれか一項に記載のアンギオテンシン・ペプチド誘 導体をコードする核酸分子、およびそれと相補的な配列の核酸分子。 25.請求項24に記載の核酸分子を含む発現ベクター。 26.請求項25のベクターで形質転換した宿主生物。 27.請求項1から16のいずれか一項に記載のアンギオテンシン・ペプチド誘 導体をコードする核酸分子、またはアンギオテンシン・ペプチド誘導体をコード する核酸分子を含む発現ベクターを投与することを含む、レニン−アンギオテン シン系に関連した疾病を治療する方法。 28.担体と結合したときに、アンギオテンシンI、アンギオテンシンIIおよび /またはアンギオテンシノーゲンのエピトープを認識する、免疫された被験者に おける抗体を誘導できるポリペプチド免疫原。
